The data analysis methods used were simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The samples in this study were 95 Christian students of state senior high school. The relationship between Learning Management (X) and Learning Achievement (Y) amounted to 0.661. The correlation relationship rate was in the high category. So there was a positive relationship with the low category between Learning Management and Student Learning Achievement. R Square of 0.437 this showed that the influence of Learning Management with Student Learning Achievement was 43.70% and the remaining 56.3% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The t test was conducted by comparing tcount and ttable. In accordance with the testing requirements that tcount (3,580) > ttable (0,2796), this means that the variables of Learning Management have a positive and significant influence on the Student Learning Achievement. Thus Ho refused and Ha was accepted. Considering the high influence of learning management on learning achievement, teachers need to reorganize the learning patterns of Christian education. The focus of change is directed at planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the materials and the class as well.

Abstract

The nature of religion which refers to etymological studies clearly aims so that human life is not chaotic, so it is not surprising that all religions teach goodness. Only the lofty ideals of each religion cannot be adequately implemented among the grassroots so that it is presented precisely as violence and intolerance between adherents of one religion with another religion. Abuse in the name of religion occurs and becomes the beginning of the legitimacy of acts of violence in the cloak of religion. Reconciliation efforts are the church’s responsibility because the church has significant power in society and the church becomes a representation of God that brings the mandate and spirit of reconciliation to the world. The church is also the holder of the baton of Jesus' ministry on earth. In the historical reality of human life, Jesus is the only one who can do good and right throughout His life. The angel called him "Holy, Son of God" (Luk. 1:35), which is confirmed in Hebrews 4:15 "...but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” While other humans are only able to implement the bad, or the combination of good and evil, because of human sinfulness. Only by faith in Jesus is a man justified and put before God. Through the power of the Holy Spirit that exists within believers, a wrong thread can be decided and enabled to live life as a new creation, that is, as children of God. The study aims to look at the extent of the church's role in preparing congregation spirituality within the framework of religious moderation, and at the same time reconcile congregations who experience intimidation. The method used in this study was a mix-method, where for some parts that need enrichment, structured interviews were carried out, but in the general part, generalizations were carried out as a result of quantitative data. The respondents in the study numbered 30 people from churches in potentially intolerant areas. In the results of the data with SPSS, it is known that the church’s role in cultivating a system of values, spiritual principles, and a solid theological foundation for the congregation influenced religious moderation by 89.3%, while other factors influence the other 10.7%. Further, it is shown that only 30% of respondents feel equipped with the content of religious moderation in a structured and "prepared" spiritually in case of clashes/friction with other religious people.

Abstract

The era of disruption that is being experienced by the entire world population causes negative effects in the form of excessive worry and rumination, which is known as overthinking. Various new habits that must be done as a form of adaptation to the Covid-19 pandemic, including in the field of education, result in adjustments that for some people can be a big problem. Everything, which is good and bad, is spread quickly so that it gives rise to various interpretations for the recipient, which often leads to overthinking. On the other hand, it is believed that the formation of behavior with a certain purpose and purpose cannot grow naturally.  The behavior that is expected for a person must be formed in such a way, because the behavior of the individual is influenced by various things around him. Intrapersonal skills which are one of the soft skills that must be possessed by students are an important part that is expected to be able to counteract the negative effects of overthinking. This study aims to look at the extent of intrapersonal skill influence on overthinking.  The method used in the study was quantitative, with a sample of 100 people. Regression test results showed that intrapersonal skills had a 74.3% effect on overthinking, while 25.7% were influenced by other factors. Thus, the negative effects of overthinking can be prevented by improving intrapersonal skills.

Abstract

The entire long series of educational processes, from material preparation, delivery, evaluation, to the selection of technology as a means of learning may be a series of difficult and painful problems, especially during pandemic Covid-19.Teachers are faced with the fact that Christian values are suspected of declining in their students. Not to mention the pressure that is always given, that religious lessons only succeed if there is a change in behavior in learners. This research aims to prove that the understanding of the Divine vocation as a teacher makes the teachers of Christian education able to survive in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study used quantitative methods, to look at teachers' understanding of their Divine vocation. The variables used in this study were the teacher's level of understanding of Divine vocation as independent variable and teacher’s competence as dependent variable, with a sample of 50 people. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the teacher’s level of understanding of Divine vocation on the teacher’s competence of Christian education. This can be seen from the results of the R-Square determination coefficient which shows a figure of 0.521 which means that the influence of independent variables (X) on dependent variable changes (Y) is 52.1% while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by variables other than independent variable X (the teacher’s level of understanding of Divine vocation). The problem of decadence of teacher’s competence, that is very likely experienced by teachers during this pandemic, can be addressed by putting full emphasis on the importance of understanding a teacher's Divine vocation.
