Abstract

Lacks of facility and equipments in physics/science experiment is the problem in school activity, due to prising and availability of the equipment. The lack of facility and equipment can cause lower quality of student education. Solutions needed to solve this problem. In this community service, Arduino Uno with sensor physics and data acquisition experiment equipment introduced. Introduction about input-output pin in Arduino, temperature sessor LM35, coding language, and air temperature data acquisition, explained to student and teacher. The results are the experiment well done, learning that interests students to participate actively, additional knowledge for the teacher, and the higher motivation of students and teachers to study further.

Abstract

X is a company that works in the field of oil palm plantations and has a palm oil production capacity of 60 tons per hour. The products of palm oil that have been produced are Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO). The various kinds of waste produced by the company as a result of the palm oil industry process are liquid waste, palm kernels, fiber and seed shells. Liquid waste is used as organic fertilizer for oil palm plantations which will be sent through a liquid waste pump machine. Damage that occurs to the liquid waste pump machine will inhibit the delivery of liquid waste to the plantation, thus affecting the yield of palm oil from the plantation itself. This study describes the application of repair and preventive maintenance policies for liquid waste pump machines by looking at the frequency of damage to the liquid waste pump engine and predicting the delivery of liquid waste to the pump engine for the next period as well as providing solutions for handling damage that occurs in the liquid waste pump engine. From the results of calculations on data processing, the results of how to control the causes of damage that occur in the liquid waste pump machine can be overcome by using the Preventive Maintenance Method within a period of 1 month and maintenance of every component in the liquid waste pump machine within 1 cycle, namely 357.27 hours with a repair time of 5.82 hours. Controlling other causes of damage is to add a filter to the liquid waste pool so that stones, leaves and liquid waste husks do not hinder the suction pipe of the liquid waste pump machine.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk peningkatan dan pengendalian kualitas produksi yang melibatkan faktor manusia dan mesin pada PT.X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah alat bantu pengedalian kualitas yaitu Diagram Pareto dan Peta Kendali P untuk memudahkan dalam menganalisis penyebab kecatatan Produk Bolck Cylinder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diketahui bahwa cacat yang sering terjadi adalah GH BlcShft cope 3 & 4, Scabing dan Gomi Drag. GH Blcshft cope 3 & 4 memiliki frekuensi kecacatan sebanyak 3,277 dengan presentase sebesar 40,6%. Scabing memiliki frekuensi kecacatan sebanyak 1,900 dengan presentase sebesar 23,5% sedangkan Gomi Drag memiliki frekuensi kecacatan sebanyak 1,580 dengan presentase sebesar 19,6%. Kata Kunci : Silinder Blok, Diagram Pareto, Peta Kendali P.

Abstract

Abstrak–Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan pekerja ketika duduk dalam melakukan kegiatan mengeluarkan dan membersihkan isi rongga perut dan dada ayam (eviserasi) di Rumah Potong Ayam Tradisional Dika Arenda Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Rasional yaitu melihat permasalahan dan hasil solusi berdasarkan tujuan, fungsi, spesifikasi, alternatif untuk dipilih dan dievaluasi. Penelitian menghasilkan rancangan Kursi Eviserasi yang nyaman dan aman. Rancangan Kursi Eviserasi dapat digunakan dengan dua posisi yatu posisi duduk dan berdiri.  Kata Kunci : Kursi Eviserasi, Metode Rasional, aman, nyaman

Abstract

Latar Belakang Stres merupakan situasi tekanan emosional yang dialami seseorang yang menghadapi tuntutan yang sangat besar. Kinerja adalah tingkat pencapaian hasil atau pelaksanaan tugas dalam mewujudkan maksud dan tujuan perusahaan. Beban kerja merupakan sejumlah proses atau kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan oleh seorang pekerja dalam kurun waktu tertentu.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan stres kerja dengan beban kerja dan kinerja perawat di IGD dan ICU RS.Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Cross Selectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat.Hasil: Hasil penelitian pertama menunjukkan stres kerja dalam kategori tinggi (54,8%) dan kinerja perawat buruk (83,3%), penelitian kedua menunjukkan beban kerja ringan (53,3%) dengan tingkat stres ringan (57,8%) sedangkan penelitian ketiga Penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja rendah (43,8%) dan tingkat stres rendah dengan kinerja baik (90%).Kesimpulan: Hubungan Stres Kerja dan Beban Kerja dengan Kinerja Perawat di ICU dan IGD memiliki hasil yang bervariasi. Stres ringan dengan kinerja yang baik dipengaruhi oleh pengakuan hasil kerja berupa kepuasan yang didapat dari pekerjaan itu sendiri. Sedangkan stres yang tinggi dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja yang tidak sebanding dengan tugas perawat dan dibatasi oleh waktu.Kata kunci: stres kerja, kinerja perawat, beban kerjaAbstract BACKGROUND Stress is a situation of emotional distress experienced by someone who is facing enormous demands. Performance is the level of achievement of results or implementation of tasks in realizing the goals and objectives of the company. Workload is a number of processes or activities that must be completed by a worker within a certain period.OBJECTIVE OF THE RESEARCH The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of work stress to the workload and performance of nurses in the emergency room and ICU hospitals.METHODS The research method used is the Cross Selectional approach. This research was taken in several hospitals in Indonesia. The sample in this study was nurses.RESULTS The results of the first study showed work stress in the high category (54.8%) and poor nurse performance (83.3%), the second study showed mild workload (53.3%) with a mild stress level (57.8%) while the third study showed low work stress (43.8%) and low stress levels with good performance (90%).CONCLUSION The Relationship between Work Stress and Workload and Performance of Nurses in ICU and IGD has varied results. Light stress with good performance is influenced by recognition of work results in the form of satisfaction one gets from the work itself. Whereas high stress is influenced by workload that is not proportional to nurse duties and is limited by time. Keywords: work stress, nurse performance, workload

Abstract

Permintaan minyak nabati di dunia meningkat sehingga permintaan minyak kelapa sawit meningkat tajam pada tahun 2022. Salah satu perusahaan kelapa sawit di Kalimantan Selatan adalah PT. Wijaya Borneo Tiganna yang mengalami kenaikan permintaan produksi yang cukup tinggi. Namun, peningkatan produksi tidak seiring dengan produktivitas pekerja. Banyak kesalahan operator (human error) sehingga mengalami penurunan produktivitas. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor pekerjaan (task) yang berulang-ulang (continuous process) yang dilakukan oleh pekerja dan menyebabkan kesalahan (error) yang dilakukan operator. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis nilai keandalan pekerja sortasi sehingga dapat dipakai sebagai landasan untuk mengidentifikasi peningkatan produktivitas kerja pekerja sortasi PT. Wijaya Borneo Tiganna. Metode yang adalah dengan Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART). Ada 3 Jenis rework pada Bagian Sortasi TBS. HEP dengan menggunakan Metode HEART sebesar 1,1103148. Keandalan pekerja dalam mengerjakan task masih dapat diperbaiki dengan keterampilan dan ketelitian dalam proses sortasi serta grading TBS.Kata Kunci:  keandalan, produktivitas, human error dan task

Abstract

Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) secara resmi menyatakan bahwa COVID-19 menjadi pandemi global. Hal ini berdampak terhadap sektor kesehatan terutama tenaga kesehatan profesional seperti perawat. Banyak tenaga perawat mengalami kelelahan kerja pada saat menangani pasien COVID-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Untuk responden penelitian adalah perawat di RSUD dr. H.M. ANSARI SALEH. Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 109 orang. Dan untuk mengetahui kelelahan kerja pada perawat, peneliti menggunakan kuesioner Subjective Self Rating Test dari Industrial Fatigue Research Commite (IFRC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perawat yang merasakan kelelahan kerja yang paling banyak adalah pada kategori kelelahan kerja rendah sebanyak 62 orang (56,88%). Untuk perawat yang merasakan kelelahan kerja sedang sebanyak 44 orang (40,36%) dan paling sedikit adalah perawat dengan kelelahan kerja tinggi sebanyak 3 orang (2,75%).Kata Kunci: COVID-19, pandemi, perawat, kelelahan kerja.

Abstract

Paddy is one of the priority crops in agricultural production. South Kalimantan is an area that produces Paddy. In paddy productivity in the southern Kalimantan region, there are paddy wetlands and paddy dryland. The need for paddy production in the southern Kalimantan region can increase or decrease every year. The method used in this study is a linear regression algorithm with a machine learning approach. Linear regression analysis basically predicts a variable's value based on its free variables. Linear regression only predicts variables whose data nature is intervals or ratios. Linear regression analysis can be used to examine the relationship between two or more variables. Linear regression can also make additional assumptions between variables through the most suitable lines of straight-line data points. This study is to determine the relationship between harvest area and productivity. As a result of trials using the machine learning approach, linear regression algorithms show a relationship between harvest and production area. The correlation test results can find relationships between data points so that linear regression can be used to predict. From the relationship between harvest area and productivity, a prediction accuracy of 95% was obtained.

Abstract

The increase in the use of masks during this pandemic has greatly affected work. Wearing mask cuases difficulty in breathing when workers do their work by going up and down stairs. Workers are required to wear masks when checking calcium in reservoirs with the height of about 5 to 10 meters from the ground level at PT. Wijaya Borneo Tiganna. The purpose of this study was to identify the energy consumption of workers wearing masks in working up and down stairs during a pandemic. The method used was Cardiovascular Load (%CVL) and energy consumption of workers before and after wearing masks when going up and down stairs. The results of the study obtained that the %CVL value was 38.37% and was included in the level of need for improvement. The average energy consumption of 3.31 Kcal/minute is included in the light category.
