Abstract

This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of how Dapodik can play a role in supporting efficiency and improving the quality of education at the primary level. The research methodology adopts qualitative research design using WebQual 4.0 model. A qualitative approach was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of user experience regarding the stability and effectiveness of Dapodik in the management of educational data. This study involved participants from two leading elementary schools in Kabupaten Jember, Jember Lor 3 State Elementary School and Al Furqon Elementary School. In its analysis, the research instrument covers three main aspects. The findings show fluctuations in usability scores that reflect application access and performance instability. Although Dapodik shows a good focus on search engine optimization with high SEO value and best practices, improvements to the Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and page structure are needed to improve stability and responsiveness. The results of operator interviews show the adequacy of Dapodik information, however, more attention is needed in understanding the features of the application. User service responsiveness can be improved by minimizing delays in providing guidance. Suggestions for improvement include stabilization of applications and improved understanding of features, while continued research can explore the positive impact of Dapodik in the context of student learning in various educational environments.

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia is very large and complex with low quality. The quality of Indonesian education can improve, one way is by having equal distribution of education in every province in Indonesia. This equality can be one solution to improve the quality of graduates in Indonesia. This equality can be done by grouping Indonesian provinces with low quality education. One grouping method that can be used is the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm, which is a clustering technique that is determined by the degree of membership in each data point in one cluster. The grouping process was carried out using 136 data on Higher Education Gross Enrollment Rates in 34 provinces from 2019-2022. The data was processed using the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm and then a search for optimal clusters was carried out using the help of the Partition Coefficient Index. Based on testing from 2 to 10 clusters, the optimum cluster is 2 clusters, with a Partition Coefficinet Index value of 0.83491. In the optimum cluster, we get cluster 1 with 20 provinces and cluster 2 with 14 provincial groups. Characteristics resulting from data from 2019 to 2022, cluster 1 has provincial members with the lowest higher education APK compared to cluster 2, especially in cluster 1 members, namely Kep province. Bangka Belitung which has the lowest higher education APK is 2019 with 14.27 APK, 2020 with 14.73 APK, 2021 with 15.23 APK, 2022 14.85 APK.

Abstract

Generally, education is a process of communication and transfer of information from educators to students. Online learning is a special education service that is carried out inclusively with a kind of separate learning model between educators and students. The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the management of distance learning and open learning in Kindergarten of Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case study approach. The researchers used interviews to collect datas and triangulations to check the datas validity. The model of data analyzing and validity checking was based on the theory by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed : (1) Planning: school coordinates with parents via Whatsapp group and teachers prepares the themes of learning for creating learning flexibility. (2) Implementation: the teachers accompany parents through Whatsapp with some themes of discussion. (3) Evaluation: the evaluaton is carried out daily and weekly indirectly through Whatsapp group, the media used for interaction between teachers to students, teachers to teachers and also interviews to parents, or by giving assignments and visiting works. Pendidikan secara umum merupakan suatu proses komunikasi dan transfer informasi dari pendidik kepada peserta didik. Pembelajaran daring merupakan layanan pendidikan khusus secara inklusif yang dilaksanakan dengan model pembelajaran terpisah antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran open and distance learning di TK Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan: sekolah berkoordinasi dengan wali murid, guru menyiapkan tema pembelajaran, sekolah menyiapkan group Whatsapp, fleksibilitas belajar anak di rumah. (2) Pelaksanaan: guru mendampingi orang tua melalui media Whatsapp, tema dapurku, tema belajar anak pintar, anak hebat dan anak cerdas, tema sahabat bermain, tema rajin ibadah. (3) Evaluasi: pemanfaatan grup Whatsapp untuk evaluasi harian dan mingguan melalui grup Whatsapp, baik evaluasi dengan dialog langsung antar anak dan guru maupun guru dengan guru, maupun interview guru dengan orang tua, serta melalui penugasan dan hasil karya wisata. Abstract

Every learning activity must involve students so that they can experience what they are learning. In order to achieve the best learning results, students must be actively involved in learning activities. Reciprocal learning is an independent learning activity in learning subject matter as well as an active and creative role as an educator in conveying all information to his friends. The existence of student confidence in active and independent learning will have a positive effect on student learning outcomes. Instruments used in the form of questionnaires and tests. The questionnaire is in the form of a number of written questions used to obtain information from the respondent, while the test is in the form of a list of questions or items. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant influence between the use of reciprocal learning and the learning outcomes of IT students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember; (2) there is a significant influence between self-efficacy and the learning outcomes of IT students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember; and (3) there is an effect of the use of reciprocal learning and self-efficacy simultaneously or together on the learning outcomes of IT students at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember.

Abstract

Postnatal herbal medicine and boiled water are herbs are usually given to postpartum mothers to strengthen the body and speed up the recovery period of the uterus, speed up the cessation blood and healing perineal wounds. Method: Quasi Experimental research type Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Held at PMB Nuripah Kubu Raya on 21-27 November 2023. Total sample was 34 respondents, the respondents were divided randomly into 2 groups, postpartum mothers in intervention group were given 1x1 multivitamin and postnatal healthy herbal medicine test ingredients at a dose of 1x1 suchet (25 grams) and Postpartum mothers in control group were given 1x1 multivitamin as a comparison, the research was carried out for 7 days. Results: The intervention group had an effect on changes in uterine involution based on anteroposterior diameter (p. 0.005), changes in uterine involution based on longitudinal length (p. 0.002), the amount of locheal discharge (p. 0.003), the smell of locheal discharge (p. 0.002), reducing the pain scale (p. 0.000) and perineal wound healing (0.003). Conclusion: Healthy postpartum herbal medicine and perineal wound fluid effective accelerating early puerperium period (uterine involution, lochea and perineal wounds) with the fastest start of action compared to the control group (multivitamin).

Abstract

COVID-19 vaccination for pregnant women can prevent the risk of exposure to COVID-19, but there are still concerns for pregnant women regarding the contents, side effects and impact of vaccination. So it has a low impact on pregnant women's acceptance of Covid-19 vaccination. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence pregnant women towards COVID-19 vaccination at the Padang Tikar Community Health Center 2022. The research design used is a mixed method, using an analytical observational approach with a purposive sampling technique, with a quantitative sample of 30 respondents and 5 qualitative informants. Data analysis is univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The research results show that the most dominant variable is attitude with a value of OR = 10.482 (95% CI OR 1.364-80.535) meaning that pregnant women who have a less supportive attitude are more at risk of not getting the Covid-19 vaccination, namely 10.482 times more than pregnant women who have supportive attitude towards Covid-19 vaccination. In conclusion, it is hoped that health workers will educate about Covid-19 vaccination by providing support so as to increase the positive attitude of pregnant women.

Abstract

Presence is a one of main thing for a State Civil Apparatus (ASN). However, in its implementation, the ASN attendance process currently still uses conventional methods and finger machines, which causes several problems, such as ineffectiveness, inefficiency, and vulnerability to fraud. This research is aimed to develop a presence application using Android-based face recognition and location-based service methods. This study type is research and development use the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Spiral that focuses on paying attention to project risks. The liason or data collection stage used is a literature study by looking for relevant study, then direct observation in the field interviews with BKPSDM Bondowoso regarding presence issues, and a questionnaire to collect feedback from respondents as material for further application development, then the data collection results will be used to analyze needs, features and application specifications. The risk analysis stage aims to identify risks that may occur. The engineering stage of the application was built using the Flutter framework and RestfulAPI. The results of application testing state that the application can perform according to its functionality and needs. The study results is an Android application that aims to assist ASN in facilitating attendance via smartphones. According to a survey of 500 people, the application was positively received by Bondowoso County Government.
