Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Berbasis Website. Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) merupakan salah satu program bantuan bersyarat dari pemerintah sebagai bentuk kompensasi dari kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Pada tahap seleksi calon penerima (BLT) belum sepenuhnya tepat sasaran karena masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga banyak yang belum tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan hal ini maka dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang akan mempermudah dalam pengecekan data calon warga yang berhak menerima dana BLT secara otomatis untuk setiap penyalurannya. Sehingga proses seleksi dapat lebih objektif, efisien waktu dan dapat meminimalisir kesalahan seleksi yang mungkin timbul dalam pemilihan calon penerima BLT. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Data sampling yang gunakan adalah data Kepala Keluarga di Desa Satria Jaya Kecamatan Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi. Proses perhitungan menggunakan algoritma SAW dan inplementasi sistem berbentuk Website dengan metode waterfall memberikan hasil yang baik dan akurat. Analisisa yang diberikan didasarkan pada hasil perkalian dan penjumlahan matriks ternormalisasi dengan nilai bobot yang telah ditentukan. Penentuan range nilai akhir 0 – 0.75 sebagai nilai yang digunakan untuk penentuan kelayakan calon penerima BLT berdasarkan observasi lapangan di desa tersebut. Hasil simulasi perhitungan data calon penerima BLT dengan menggunakan algoritma SAW menghasilkan 25% hasil simulasi data yang diuji merupakan penduduk yang lolos sebagai penerima bantuan BLT. Abstract: Decision-Making System for Recipients of Direct Cash Aid (BLT) Using the Website-Based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. Direct Cash Aid – Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) is a conditional assistance program from the government as a form of compensation for rising fuel oil prices – Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). At the selection stage of prospective recipients (BLT) it was not fully on target because it was still done manually so that many were not on target. Based on this, research was carried out to design a decision support system that would make it easier to check data on prospective residents who are entitled to receive BLT funds automatically for each distribution. So that the selection process can be more objective, time efficient and can minimize selection errors that may arise in the selection of prospective BLT recipients. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used. The sampling data used is data from the head of the inhabitant in Satria Jaya Village, Tambun Utara District, Bekasi. The calculation process uses the SAW algorithm and the system implementation in the form of a Website with the waterfall method gives good and accurate results. The analysis given is based on the results of multiplication and addition of normalized matrices with predetermined weight values. Determination of the final value range of 0 – 0.75 as the value used to determine the eligibility of prospective BLT recipients based on field observations in the village. The simulation results for calculating data on prospective BLT recipients using the SAW algorithm yielded 25% of the simulated results of the tested data being residents who passed as BLT aid recipients. Abstract

Academic consultation activities between students and academic supervisors are necessary to help students carry out academic activities. Based on the transcript of grades obtained, many students do not choose the appropriate final project/thesis specialization fields based on their academic abilities, resulting in a lot of inconsistencies between the course grades and the final project specialization fields. The purpose of this research is to minimize the subjectivity aspect of students in choosing their final project academic supervisors and minimize the inconsistencies between the course grades and the final project specialization fields. The method used in this research is classification data mining using the Decision Tree and C4.5 Algorithm methods, with the attributes involved being courses, course grades, and specialization courses. The C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm is used to transform data (tables) into a tree model and then convert the tree model into rules. The implementation of the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm in the specialization field decision support system has been successfully carried out, with an accuracy rate of 70% from the total calculation data. The data used in this research is a sample data from several senior students in the Informatics program at Ubhara-Jaya. The results of the research decision support system can be used as a good recommendation for the Informatics program and senior students to direct their final project research. It is expected that further research will use more sample data so that the accuracy rate will be better and can be implemented in website or mobile-based applications.

Abstract

The Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is an assessment of the basic competencies that all students need in order to be able to develop their own capacity and participate positively in society. The aim of AKM is to measure competency at the individual student level, which is expected for all students to reach a proficient or proficient level of competence. The minimum competency assessment since 2021 has been carried out online using the AKM-Kelas application provided by the Pusmenjar Kemdikbud. The challenge that later arises in implementing this is the ability of the school community to operate the application, apart from facilities and infrastructure, some schools do not yet have computer laboratory facilities. Based on this, the Kampus Mengajar (KM) program from the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) will work together to socialize and assist in using the AKM-Class application. In line with this, the participants in the Kampus Mengajar Batch 4 (KM-4) program at SDN 02 Jatireja designed a mentoring program for using the AKM-Kelas application in collaboration with the community service program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat - PkM) from Informatics lecturers at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. Through this mentoring program, teachers and grade 5 elementary school students are the main targets as training participants. The main focus of this training is how to install desktop-based applications for teachers as proctors and install Android-based applications for students as AKM participants. This training program is carried out in stages over three consecutive months. The results of this training show an increase in competence that must be owned by teachers and students in the aspects of: AKM knowledge, literacy, numeracy.

Abstract

Guru sebagai fasilitator bukan hanya sebagai pendidik dan pengajar saja pada abad 21 ini. Guru dituntut mempunyai kemampuan lebih dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Guru harus mampu memadukan pembelajaran, konteks yang bermakna dan harus memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk dapat mengakses materi pembelajaran setiap saat dan memberikan penilaian formatif yang adil, salah satunya dengan menggunakan konsep gamifikasi. Terlebih di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini, perlu adanya kegiatan pembelajaran interaksi yang baik antara guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran secara daring. Salah satunya menggunakan aplikasi Mentimeter, yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis website yang dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan kegiatan survey dalam suatu kegiatan seminar atau pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimulai dari koordinasi dengan pihak mitra untuk mendiskusikan tentang banyaknya peserta, dan tanggal pelaksanaan, dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi daring dan bagian akhir melakukan koordinasi dengan mitra terkait pelaporan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah SMA Negeri 14 Kota Bekasi. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini pihak mitra dapat memahami mengenai aplikasi Mentimeter dan mengetahui bagaimana membuat media interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi Mentimeter sebagai upaya mewujudkan program pemerintah merdeka belajar.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah suatu bentuk pendidikan dengan cara memberikan pengalaman empiris kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup ditengah-tengah masyarakat, dan secara langsung mengajarkan kepada mahasiswa cara identifikasi berbagai masalah sosial di masyarakat. KKN bagi mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu pengalaman belajar yang baru untuk menambah pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan kesadaran hidup bermasyarakat. Bagi masyarakat, kehadiran mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memberikan motivasi dan inovasi dalam bidang sosial kemasyarakatan. Bertepatan dengan kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang masing berlangsung, termasuk di Desa Suka-Mekar Kabupaten Bekasi, maka kegiatan KKN yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya dapat menjadi sarana sosialisasi tentang penerapan Protokol Kesehatan (Prokes) kepada masyarakat setempat. Disamping itu, pemberian beberapa macam pelatihan seperti pembuatan masker home made, pelatihan komputer bagi para pelajar dan berkontribusi dalam pembenahan administrasi ke arah sistem informasi digital juga telah dilaksanakan di kantor desa Suka Mekar. Dengan adanya kegiatan KKN ini dapat menumbuhkan kembali kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan dan tetap produktif di masa pandemi Covid-19 agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

Information technology that continues to grow rapidly, especially in the field of education, requires the parties involved to be able to adapt to technology. Especially in the last two years, Indonesia has experienced the Covid-19 Pandemic, which requires the teaching and learning process to be transformed into an online form, giving rise to many e-Learning platforms. Using e-Learning can help teachers and students monitor the activity of students in doing assignments, discussion forums or other activities. This online learning process was also carried out at the Foundation for Orphans and Dhuafa Al-Mabrur Kebalen, Bekasi Regency. To assist the Foundation in implementing e-Learning, this Community Service (PKM) program was carried out which aims to develop Learning Management System (LMS) software. This training is expected to meet several targets, namely being able to manage learning materials and being able to manage e-Learning participant accounts. From the results of the training on the use of Web-based applications, it shows that teachers find it helpful to monitor student activities in accessing online learning materials. The students have also been able to use this eLearning application well.

Abstract

Along with the continued development of digital marketing in product marketing today, it is very necessary to be able to improve product branding for Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Keputih Village, Surabaya. The lack of maximum ability in branding the products offered is due to limited facilities in taking good product photos. Product photos can be used as a visual communication medium, because a good product photo can convey the intent of the photo, so as to increase product knowledge. Making a mini studio as a solution to the problem of the availability of facilities to be used as a studio. The implementation of this mini studio creation activity was carried out in mutual cooperation in Keputih Village with simple tools and materials through the KKNT MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java activity. This activity can be a solution to the problem of photo studio availability and simplify the process of taking pictures through the use of a mini studio. As a result of this activity, participants and readers of the publications can find out what tools and materials need to be prepared and the costs to be incurred in making a mini studio and the stages in making a mini studio. The mini studio that resulted from this activity was handed over to the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market to be used by MSME actors and the mini studio module which is expected to be useful for UMKM actors in Keputih.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors driving the economy that needs to be given more attention in order to develop properly. Kampung Kue Rungkut is one of the villages that has tourism potential and creative economy. Kampung Kue is located around the Special Economic Zone (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus, KEK) Surabaya, East Java Province. The villagers, most of whom depend on their livelihood by selling cakes, are a hereditary tradition. Through Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) activities, students try to contribute to the development of Kampung Kue tourism by designing a floor plan for the Kampung Kue tourist location. The results of the floor plan design will be printed and placed at several location points to guide and make it easier for visitors and tourists to recognize the tourist location of Kampung Kue. The implementation of the KKN program went well and contributed to developing a tourism village model based on Regional Innovation Capacity which is expected to contribute to development policies and tourism village management.

Abstract

Along with the times, applications on computers are increasingly sophisticated. Knowledge of the Computer Assisted Test method is very important for civil servant candidate fighters who will take the test. After passing the administrative selection, CPNS selection fighters are required to take part in the next selection which consists of 3 tests, namely the Personal Characteristics Test (TKP), General Intelligence Test ( TIU) and National Insight Test (TWK). At this time there are still many people who fail to take the CPNS selection test. One of the areas where there are still many failures when participating in the CPNS selection is Meskom village. Meskom Village is located in Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The problem that is often faced by the community is failure when taking the CPNS CAT (Computer Assisted Test) test, therefore training needs to be held regarding the application used during the CPNS test selection. In addition, this training also helps the community in solving CPNS selection questions, one of which is the general intelligence test. Training and application of the CAT (Computer Assisted Test) application as well as discussion of personality tests and national insight tests as preparation for the implementation of the CPNS test for the people of Meskom village. This activity succeeded in providing a simulation of the use of the CAT application to the residents of the Meskom village, CPNS fighters. In addition, they are also equipped with an understanding of how to answer questions quickly and accurately according to the time available.

Abstract

The ability to adapt processes in the transformation from the conventional marketing era to the digital marketing era requires knowledge of digital literacy. How to utilize digital media and what strategies are needed to improve product marketing is absolutely a must have for today's business actors. Based on this, the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) activities try to bridge the increase in digital literacy in the UMKM community. The partners in this KKN activity are in the Sitiwinangun Village community, Kabupaten Cirebon. This village has one of the regional specialties of pottery handicrafts which has not utilized technology in marketing its products. Indicators of successful implementation of this KKN work program are: suitability of work program plans and implementation, level of community participation in each activity, and increasing knowledge of the UMKM community in Sitiwinangun Village regarding digital literacy in product marketing. Some of the outputs produced through this community service KKN activity, namely: increasing the hard skills of UMKM actors in making good and interesting product videos, increasing digital literacy for local youth, making village profile videos that have been published on YouTube social media, and decorate creative trash bins as a form of environmental care campaign.
