<![CDATA[Abstract— Knowledge as one of the company's assets is one aspect that can increase the value of a company's competitive advantage. Knowledge becomes important when the competition among enterprises and labor exchange happened so fast, it is necessary for a form of knowledge management system or better known as Knowledge Sharing. The importance of knowledge management is also realized by PT. Jane Indah Perkasa Jakarta so that this research aims to apply knowledge sharing in the company. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive supported by the method of The Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE). Results of this study based on questionnaires on the application of Knowledge Sharing to employees that are at intervals of 3.40 to 4.19, the average value of the entire statement at 4.19 which was well received.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is the result from dissertation research about open recruitment. Indonesia has been running several methods in employee‟s selection . According to UU No. 5 Year 2014 on State Civil Apparatus (ASN), in order to get a competent employee based on merit system, all district should held the open recruitment system. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of open recruitment for Leader Position (JPT) Pratama in BKD Bandung. Open recruitment conducted by the government of Bandung with BKD as an organizer institution, is part of a merit system where the aim is to obtain candidate who will headed an institution with competence, based on the existing rules in merit system.. But the fact showed there are still many things that have not been as expected. The method used is qualitative research design where in this study the author seeks to observe and reveal in depth what is happening in the field and will be more observed and explored the behavior of the object under investigation which includes examining the process undertaken by the Agency Bandung Regional Personnel who have implemented an open recruitment system. The results of this study indicate that some problems appeared as the findings of this research. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of open recruitment in Bandung city has been running well but there are some inputs that the author suggest as a recommendation to the government of Bandung in order to forwards the implementation of this open recruitment system can do more better.Keywords: Open Recruitment, Competent, Merit System]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the training is to socialize and provide comprehension to farmers about technologyinnovation of botanical pesticide from tobacco waste. Farmer- behavior change is expected to lead tofarmers’ desire to apply technological innovation of botanical pesticide. This research useddescriptive method. Determination of respondent is conducted by a census of all the farmers whoattended training on botanical pesticide technology (20 respondents). Indicators of farmer- behaviorchanges including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor about the benefits, how to make and apply thebotanical pesticide. The indicators are measured using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive statistics. The results showed that the training of botanical pesticide technology has a goodinfluence on the behavior of farmers.]]>

<![CDATA[Greenhouse is widely applied to provide protection against pest and harsh environment condition and most farmers usually planted mixed crops inside. However, this system creates an isolation to pollination which responsible for fruit production. In this study, local domesticated stingless bees, Trigona (Tetragonula) laeviceps, was applied as pollinator for two crops, beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.) planted as mixed crops inside greenhouse. The benefit of the bees was measured as pollination success and quality of the crops produced (size and weight). Tomato flowers received no visit from both wild pollinators (all was Apis cerana) and stingless bees while in bean flowers, A. cerana exhibited more and longer visits to flower than T. laeviceps albeit lower number of flowers visited. The pollination efficiency between wild pollinator and T. laeviceps for beans (both at 41%) while self pollination produced better pollination efficiency for tomatoes planted at open field (84% compared to 71%). Beans planted at open field produced better products (bigger size and heavier) while tomatoes produced lesser quality although the differences were not significant. Based on this study, T. laeviceps may applied as pollinator agent in greenhouse and for mixed crops of beans and tomatoes.]]>

<![CDATA[Transformasi ilmu pengetahuan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Proses transformasi ilmu pengetahuan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara.seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Tjutju Soendari [2]. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi jaringan computer dan adanya perkembangan dalam fiber optik sebagai media yang dapat mengantarkan informasi secara real time dengan kapasitas data yang besar dan dalam waktu yang singkat, telah mendukung berkembangnya sistem kuliah on-line. Hal ini dapat menunjang proses perkuliahan yang memiliki kelas paralel seperti halnya proses perkuliahan yang ada di Telkom apllied science school yang memiliki lebih dari dua kelas untuk setiap mata kuliahnya sehingga dengan adanya system ini memungkinkan jumlah dosen yang dibutuhkan untuk system perkuliahan ini berkurang. Sistem perkuliahan on-line membutuhkan transfer data yang bersifat real time dengan kualitas gambar yang baik. Sebuah prototype perkuliahan on-line yang dibangun untuk menghubungkan 3 buah client yang berada pada ruangan yang berbeda tetapi saling terhubung kedalam sebuah jaringan, menunjukkan bahwa jaringan yang menggunakan teknologi Active Optikal Network berbasis active splitter menunjukkan nilai delay 4,54 ms sedangkan delay untuk jaringan berbasis kabel UTP adalah 54,5 ms. Sehingga perbandingan nilai delay ini menunjukkan kuliah on-line lebih baik jika menggunakan jaringan serat optik.]]>

<![CDATA[Penggunakan perangkat lunak yang dapat mengambil keputusan dengan objektif dibutuhkan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Transpot Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice sebagai pengolah data dengan membandingkan 2 metode yaitu metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre. Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre ini memiliki kriteria yang dapat menentukan alternatif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proses dalam pemilihan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan membandingkan karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya dan memberikan output nilai yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan metode Analytical Hierarachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan aplikasi expert choice lebih tepat untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan berprestasi. Dengan menyediakan skala pengukuran untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif, terkomputerisasi dan mengurangi terjadinya human eror menjadi rekomendasi untuk sistem pendukung keputusan kepada PT. Mitra Transport Laut. The use of software that can make decisions objectively is needed in evaluating employee performance at PT. Mitra Transport Laut. In this study, expert choice application used as data processing by comparing 2 methods namely AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and Electre method. This AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and electre method have criteria that can determine alternatives in decisions in the application of software. The process in the selection of employee performance is to compare one employee with another employee and give out put the value that has been determined by the company against the employee. The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using the expert choice application is more appropriate for assessing the performance of outstanding employees. By providing a measurement scale to produce more objective, computerized decisions and reduce the occurrence of human errors, it becomes a recommendation for a decision support system to PT. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelaku bisnis terutama UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) dalam meningkatkan bisnis yang mereka jalani. Setiap perusahaan yang profesional harus memiliki strategi penjualan, terutama di tengah wabah Covid-19. Strategi ini dibutuhkan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban perusahaan dan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan untuk bertahan. Untuk itu, diperlukan strategi penjualan melalui E-Katalog pada media online, serta penggunaan cloud computing sebagai pusat pengelolaan data. Penggunaan teknologi ini harus mudah dipahami oleh pihak yang berkepentingan. Selain itu juga harus relevan artinya bisa digunakan oleh pelaku bisnis UMKM. E-Katalog tersebut juga harus andal, yaitu dapat digunakan terus-menerus sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan, tidak hanya di tengah kondisi wabah. <![CDATA[Kegiatan Sosialisasi Internet sehat untuk komunitas Salimah merupakan sebuah kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang diadakan Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam menggunakan internet secara sehat dan aman. Hal ini dikarenakan Peserta kegiatan ini berasal dari Komunitas Salimah yang beranggotakan perempuan dan Sebagian besar sudah berumah tangga dan memiliki anak, sehingga kegiatan yang dilaksanakan melalui sharaing session diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi terkait ancaman dan bahaya pada saat menggunakan internet serta Tips dan Trik penggunaan internet yang aman bagi seluruh anggota seluruh anggota keluarganya. Kegiatan sosialisasi internet sehat ini dilaksanakan melalui dua sesi presentasi menggunakan aplikasi power point dan aplikasi youtube yaitu sesi pertama terkait dengan pengunaan internet sehat. Sesi ini berisi informasi terkait dampak positif dan negative yang sering muncul pada saat menggunakan internet serta teknik yang aman menggunakan Internet. Sesi kedua merupakan sosialisasi penggunaan gadget yang bijak. Adapun alasan diangkatnya topik ini dikarenakan hampir semua orang saat ini sudah memiliki dan menggunakan gadget bahkan rata-rata hampir 70% dalam waktu keseharianya tidak pernah lepas dari gadget. Hal ini memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kondisi social maupun emosinalnya. Oleh karena itu melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sesi 2 ini diharapkan peserta dapat mengendalikan penggunaan gadgetnya secara bijak. Sedangkan proses tanya jawab dilaksanakan pada kegiatan sesi 3, melalui kegiatan ini peserta dapat memperjelas materi yang disampaikan pemateri melalui kegiatan diskusi interaktif.. berdasarkan kuisioner yang telah disebarkan kepada 16 peserta, menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari peserta pengabdian masyarakat, sehingga diharapkan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan teknik terbaru dalam pemanfaatan internet dapat dilanjutkan untuk kegiatan berikutnya. <![CDATA[Wangunsari Village is a pioneer village that initiated a vegetable nursery as a business unit. In developing vegetable nurseries, nursery farmers face various problems. To solve problems, nursery farmers rely only on personal experience and information they have. With regard to information, communication is very much needed for the development of vegetable nursery farming. To strengthen the communication of vegetable nursery farmers in Wangunsari Village, this study uses social network analysis to find out community features and key actors. The measurements used are density, efficient clustering, degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweeness centrality, and eigenvector centrality. In the measurement of density, the strength of the network is 11.5% with 129 bonds. Clustering measurement coefficient with a value of 0.569. As for the degree centrality measurement, namely InDeg and Outdeg by 10% for actor H. Closeness centrality, namely InCloseness is 66 and InFarness 50 is owned by actor H. Betweenness centrality is highest at 682.35 for actor H. value 0.4. The existence of this social network analysis can be the first step for agricultural extension workers and other institutions in agricultural development efforts regarding the development of vegetable nurseries in Wangunsari Village.]]>
