Abstract

Employee performance is a measure of the quality of human resources in a company, because employee performance is one important factor for the achievement of a company's goals. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors, such as training, work environment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of training and work environment to employee’s performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as the intervening. This research was conducted at the Semarang City Education Department by taking a sample of 115 respondents registered as active officials of the Semarang City Education Department. Data collection method is done through a questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of training and work environment on OCB, the influence of OCB on employee performance and OCB is able to mediate the relationship between training and work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Companies are expected to be able to maximise the limited human resources they have in order to meet the goals of a company that has been set. The purpose of this study is to determine the variable influence of work discipline, organisational commitment, and person job fit on employee performance at CV Gardenia Java.  The research method used is quantitative method. The object of research is one of the furniture industries in Jepara. The population in this study were employees in the production department with a total of 105 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 application. In analysing data using statistical methods using validity, reliability, and normality tests. To ascertain whether the data meets the basic assumptions of the study, a classic assumption test is carried out. In addition, researchers will conduct multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, T test, simultaneous test (F), and determination test.  The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline variable has a positive influence on employee performance as indicated by the b1 value (work discipline coefficient value) of 0.678 which means that the more work discipline increases, the employee performance will increase; (2) Organisational commitment variable has a positive influence on employee performance satisfaction, that is, if organisational commitment increases, employee performance will increase. This is indicated by the coefficient value of organisational commitment (b2) of 0.478; (3) The person job fit variable has a positive influence on employee performance as indicated by the person job fit coefficient value of 0.561 (b3). This means that if person job fit becomes more affordable, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to study how incentives, work discipline, and work motivation impact employee productivity at the Jepara Regency Regional Planning, Development, Research, and Development Agency. This study uses multiple linear analysis as a quantitative methodology. Validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination tests were conducted. using questionnaire data distributed to 62 employees, and collecting valid data from 62 respondents. The census sampling method was applied for sampling. The results of the analysis using SPSS showed that the incentive and work motivation variables had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. On the other hand, the work discipline variable did not show a significant effect on employee productivity, but tended to be negative.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workplace safety, comfort, and environmental health on employee performance. A quantitative method was employed in this study. The sampling method used was probability sampling, with a total of 381 employees and 90 respondents serving as the research sample. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. SPSS version 25 was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of multiple linear regression data analysis, the findings indicate that workplace safety and comfort have a significant effect on employee performance, while environmental health has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on tax and export revenues while considering them as mediating variables. The research utilized secondary data, specifically a time series comprising a total of 120 data points obtained from the Ministry of Finance, Central Statistics Agency, and Bank Indonesia spanning from 2013 to 2022. The analysis involved the application of the Linear Regression method, path analysis, and Sobel test. The research findings indicate that inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates collectively affect exports. While inflation and interest rates do not influence tax revenues, exchange rates and exports do. Exports have the potential to mediate the impact of inflation on tax revenues, as evidenced by the Sobel test. However, exports cannot mediate the impact of interest rates and exchange rates on tax revenues. This study contributes to advancing the understanding of export variables as mediating factors in the determination of tax revenues.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. This research used a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique (sampling with criteria) with a total of 150 respondents and involved a population of teenagers and adults with a minimum age of 17 years, who had purchased and consumed Pocari Sweat at least twice, with the object being Dian Nuswantoro University students. This test uses primary data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM. The research results show that product quality and price have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, while price has no effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah guna menganalisis serta menguji pengaruh Disiplin Kerja serta Lingkungan Kerja pada Prestasi Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel Mediasi pada PT AP Semarang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan sampel 62 pegawai. Menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling untuk menentukan sampel. Metode analisis yang diterapkan mencakup evaluasi outer model, inner model, serta pengujian hipotesis memakai perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0.9. Hasil penelitian menyiratkan yakni: (1). pengaruh disiplin kerja pada motivasi kerja positif signifikan (2). pengaruh lingkungan kerja pada motivasi kerja positif tidak signifikan (3). pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja positif signifikan (4). pengaruh lingkungan kerja pada prestasi kerja positif tidak signifikan (5). pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja positif signifikan (6). Pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh pada Prestasi Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja (7). Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh pada Prestasi Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana struktur modal memengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI, serta untuk memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi praktisi dan pengambil keputusan dalam mengelola keuangan perusahaan mereka. Metode penelitian kuantitatif didasarkan pada filsafat positivisme dan digunakan untuk menginvestigasi populasi atau sampel tertentu. Pengambilan sampel biasanya dilakukan secara acak, data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian, dan analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif/statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Metode ini sering disebut sebagai metode tradisional, positivistik, ilmiah, dan discovery. 45 perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri logam yang terdaftar di BEI hanya 9 perusahaan yang masuk ke dalam kriteria penelitian. Financial Risk maupun Leverage memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Leverage memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Financial Risk. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang menggunakan leverage secara efektif dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas mereka meskipun ada risiko yang terlibat. Sebaliknya, risiko keuangan yang lebih tinggi juga dapat memberikan peluang untuk profitabilitas yang lebih besar, meskipun dampaknya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan leverage. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Leverage, Financial Risk
