Abstract

Financial literacy is a crucial variable for researchers and policymakers because financial literacy's contribution encourages inhabitants to organize future financial planning and decision improvement. The study aims to empirically investigate the determinants of financial literacy such as financial education, parents' socioeconomic status, and gender. The authors used a cross-sectional survey approach with N = 325 samples. The result of measuring students' financial literacy showed a moderate condition (moderate level). The multiple linear regression models showed that parents' socioeconomic status significantly improved students' financial literacy. Meanwhile, financial education and gender did not prove significant in influencing students' financial literacy. The empirical study generated that encouraging parents is one of the essential policy elements in improving students' financial literacy. The higher students' socioeconomic status tends to encourage better financial planning and decision because they comprehend the literacy skills.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the extent of the relationship between Service Quality (X1), Place (X2), and Price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Roti Bakar 88 Poris Jaya, Tangerang City. The research method used was through the distribution of google form questionnaires to respondents as visitors to Roti Bakar 88, as well as a literature review used as secondary data. For the analysis of this research the author uses quantitative analysis methods. The results of the analysis are obtained by the following calculations: from the results of multiple linear analysis obtained Y = 22.034 + 0.224 X1 + 0.18 X2 + 0.318 X3 + 5.366 means that there is an increase and decrease between the variables X1, X2, and X3 then customer satisfaction will experience an increase and decrease. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) the influence of service quality, place, and price of each variable affects customer satisfaction by 18.9%, the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is obtained that tcount for the influence of service quality is 2,910, tcount for the influence of place is 0.259, and tcount for the effect of price is 3.616 which is obtained from the distribution ttable for df = n - k = 100 - 4 and the level of significance is 0.05 then it is found that ttable is 1.984. In other words, H1 and H3 are accepted while H2 is rejected, because tcount > ttable.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product, location, promotion on purchasing decisions in the Victoria cluster, a case study at PT. Arta Buana Sakti located in Tangerang. The research method of this research is quantitative with associative (causal) method. Population size using a limited population. For the determination of the research population, those who have purchased the Victorian cluster unit with a total of 240 units are already inhabited. To get the sample of this research using probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique, the formula used is slovin and get 71 respondents. Using a Likert scale measurement instrument. The results showed that partially the product had an effect on the purchasing decision of the Victoria cluster, partially the location had no effect on the purchasing decision of the Victoria cluster, partially the promotion affected the purchasing decision of the Victoria cluster, simultaneously product, location, promotion had an effect on the purchasing decision of the Victoria cluster. Abstract

Setiap organisasi atau perusahaan memiliki budaya organisasi yang berfungsi untuk membentuk aturan atau pedoman dalam berpikir dan bertindak untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan bersama melalui kebijakan pimpinan perusahaan yang akan menghasilkan budaya organisasi pada perusahaan, harapannya agar kinerja pegawai meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 90 dan sampelnya menggunakan teknik simple random sampling menjadi sebanyak 50 pegawai pada UTD PMI Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitiannya adalah Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi cecara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, penetapan harga, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada J&T Express Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner pada 96 konsumen J&T Express Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Analisis data ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampling incidental, yaitu bagian dari teknik nonprobability sampling dengan rumus Lameshow dan teknik pengujian data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji korelasi berganda, uji regresi berganda dan uji determinasi. Hasil analisa secara parsial pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen menghasilkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,066<0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen menghasilkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,050<0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen menghasilkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005<0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Secara simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, penetapan harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen mempunyai nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kunjungan wisata ke kampung tematik di Kota Tangerang.  Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian survei. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung wisata di 15 lokasi kampung tematik dengan sampel sebesar 46 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan non probability melalui pendekatan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek demografi, tingkat pengenalan pengunjung, faktor pendorong berkunjung dan perilaku pengunjung merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kunjungan wisata ke kampung tematik di Kota Tangerang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1), Promosi (X2), Lokasi (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) secara parsial dan simultan pada Kopi Janji Jiwa Jilid 35 Kota Tangerang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Kopi Jnaji Jiwa Jilid 35 Kota Tangerang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Korelasi Berganda, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F, serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 24. Hasil pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel yaitu Kualitas Produk dan Lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan variabel Promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kemudian uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk, Promosi, dan Lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Berdasarkan Koefisien Determinasi (R2) menunjukkan hasil dari R Square adalah sebesar 0.684 atau 68,4%. Artinya variabel kualitas produk, promosi, dan lokasi dapat menjelaskan variabel kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 68,4%, sisanya sebesar 31,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Improving the quality of life of the community as one of the key indicators of development success is a must since it has an impact on the wellbeing of the community. This study aims to measure quality of life and analyze the effect of additional general allocation funds for village infrastructure development, education, and control variables on the quality of life of the community who lived in Tangerang. The researchers employed a sample size of 368 people. Using a cross-sectional survey approach, valid, and reliable questionnaires were distributed. The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that the general allocation funds for the village infrastructure development were proven to have a significant effect on improving the quality of life of the community. The education level variable did not have a significant effect on improving the quality of life, but it had a significant effect on the psychological health domain of quality of life. In addition to the provision and maintenance of health services, it is necessary for the government to include the construction of infiltration wells, community-based domestic wastewater management networks, light fire extinguishers, and portable fire pumps as development priorities.
