Abstract

The background : Pain is a problem that is often found in a patient post sectio of caesarea. It was caused by the presence of a stretch the muscles of the uterus and the abdomen after insisional on the network effect anasetesi missing. Pain management non pharmacological can be done by means of guided imagery. Guided imagery is one method of controlling pain are part of cognitive-behavioral. The purpose of this technique that is to provide comfort, change the psychology to reduce the perception of pain and optimalitation bodily functions. The purpose of evaluate the effectiveness guided imagery therapy against intensity of pain to post section of caesarea. Carried out search of articles on pubmed and google scholar. The search was expanded by using a technique citation pearl growing.Study published in english and indonesian language in 2010-2020 being considered to be included in the reviewed. The data extracted by writers and summarized use of p extraction data from JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute). Obtained 3 study entering review criteria. The guided imagery: Therapy effective to reduce pain post sectio of caesarea. Engineering guided imagery can be given 1 first hour of sectio caesarea post in a patient manner invited to imagine a nice thing, therapy guided imagery can be collected during 15-20 minutes a guided imagery therapy than other techniques of relaxation as to excite optimistic; increase confidence and relaxation and rest in deprive cycle, fear, tension pain; increase endorphin natural; and reduce fatigue the guided imagery therapy also do not need any fees, easy, by respondents and caused no side effects.

Abstract

Aims: This study aimed to determine the effect of internet-based education to improve knowledge and practice toward COVID-19 prevention among community volunteer in Indonesia. Design: This study is a quantitative study using the queasy-experimental two group pre-posttest design. Methods: The intervention in the form of internet-based education was offered to respondents in 5 sessions (45 minutes each meeting) in 3 weeks in the form of discussions utilizing power points and applications regarding COVID-19 prevention. the respondents are those who meet the inclusion criteria during the study: age over 18 years old, able to communicate well, not have visual and hearing impairment, can read and write, willing to be involved in research, and have access to android gadgets. Results: The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents consisting of 84 respondents (56.4) male and 66 respondents (44.0) female. Of these 150 respondents, 75 respondents were in the intervention group and 75 respondents were in the control group. COVID prevention knowledge before and after the internet-based education intervention increased significantly from 2.02 (SD=1.25) 2 to 3.45 (SD=1.31) with a t-value of 6.22 and a p-value of 0.000. In the scores of COVID-19 prevention practice, it was found that the intervention group data showed a significant Increased from 2.57 (SD = 0.98) to 3.13 (SD = 2.34) with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusions: This study found the significant improvement of knowledge and practice toward COVID-19 prevention using an internet-based education.

Abstract

Gynecological cancer is one of the most common reproductive health problems. The morbodity and mortality rates of women with gynecologic cancer were increasing. Women with gynecologic cancer have symptoms burden over time. Treatment are needed to support patients in the adaptation process and maintain a balance of well-being while symptoms occur. This article used a literature review with the narrative review method. The article searched were performed on databased PubMed and Google Scholar with the keywords symptoms burden AND management OR intervention. Studies published from 2010 to 2020 are considered for inclusion in this review and using Indonesian and English. Assessment of study quality is carried out in accordance with JBI's critical appraisal and grade recommendation analysis based on EBM. There were 6 articles that matched the criteria, one was a systematic review and the other five had an RCT research design. The results of this review suggest that the most article highlighted psychological symptoms burden. The intervention used to reduce the symptoms burden range from actions that provide a relaxing effect such as reflexology massage, progressive muscle relaxation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy. And there are interventions that focus on developing self-management in handling symptoms such as guided self-determination, psychoeducation and leadership and coaching for health. Thus, nursing care is recommended to be able to make these various intervention happen consistently and developed according to patient needs.

Abstract

Kanker serviks terjadi pada leher rahim. Kanker serviks disebabkan oleh Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Kanker serviks adalah salah satu kanker yang menyebabkan kematian utama pada permpuan termasuk di Indonesia. Kanker serviks terjadi permpuan usia produktif 25-54 tahun, terapi yang dilakukan membutuhkan waktu lama dan resiko menimbulkan berbagai efek samping yang mungkin mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien.  Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup penderita kanker serviks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review.  Kualitas artikel diukur menggunakan format dari JBI critical for cross sectional study. Pencarian artikel menggunakan databases: Google Scholar dan PubMed,  dengan kata kunci Quality of Life AND Cervical Cancer. Didapatkan 117 artikel dari Google Scholar, dan 315 artikel dari PubMed.  Kriteria inklusi  termasuk artikel yang di publish dari tahun 2015-2019. Hasil analisis artikel ditemukan gambaran kualitas hidup penderita kanker serviks sangat beragam. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu usia, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan dan stadium. Faktor lainnya adalah kesehatan fisik, lingkungan sosial dan keluarga, emosional, fungsi dan latar belakang budaya. Terjadi perubahan kualitas hidup pada setiap pasien yang menjalani pengobatan terapi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi institusi pendidikan, tenaga kesehatan dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya mengenai kualitas hidup penderita kanker serviks.

Abstract

Banyak ibu yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pemberian ASI disebabkan oleh masalah pada payudara yang dapat menyebabkan berhentinya pemberian ASI. Masalah menyusui yang sering terjadi seperti breast engorgement dapat menyebabkan rasa sakit pada puting karena produksi ASI yang berlebihan. Oketani massage adalah salah satu teknik yang dapat membantu ibu postpartum mengatasi beberapa kesulitan tersebut untuk memperlancar proses laktasi serta menyokong pertumbuhan bayi. Tujuan dari tinjauan sistematik ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas oketani massage terhadap breast engorgement pada ibu postpartum serta melihat aspek masalah lain pada ibu dan bayi. Pencarian artikel dilakukan di PubMed dan Google Scholar. Pencarian diperluas dengan menggunakan teknik citation pearl growing. Studi yang diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2020 dipertimbangkan untuk dimasukkan dalam tinjauan ini. Data diekstrak oleh penulis dan diringkas menggunakan p ekstraksi data dari JBI (Joanna Briggs Institute). Didapatkan 6 studi yang masuk kedalam kriteria tinjauan, satu studi randomized control trial dan lima studi quasi eksperimental. Hasil dari tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik oketani massage efektif untuk mengurangi brest engorgement pada ibu postpartum. Selain outcome utama, oketani massage bisa meningkatkan kadar oksitosin ibu, menurunkan nyeri payudara, meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kepuasan dalam menyusui pada ibu. Lebih dari itu, oketani massage juga dapat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi bayi seperti meningkatkan reflex,  peningkatan berat badan dan kepuasan bayi dalam menyusui.

Abstract

Background: The incidence of dengue had significantly increasing every years in Indonesia. Children is vulnerable population and have higher risk develop to shock complication from dengue. This infectious disease can cause several symptoms such as nausea or vomiting, no appetite, leakage of blood plasma and the patient may experience hypovolemic shock. One of the factors that can affect dengue virus infection is nutritional and fluid status.Purpose: To identifying clinical features of fluid status among children with suspect dengue in IndonesiaMethod: A descriptive quantitative method and conducted at the public health center in West Java Indonesia. The sample taken by a convenience sampling method. Inclusion criteria were children aged 1-14 years old diagnosed with dengue infection and hospitalized in Pediatric Ward.Results: Finding that the respondents diagnosed with dengue fever (DF) had experienced dehydration of 86.8%. and diagnosed with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) had experienced dehydration of 83.3%Conclusion: Most children with dengue infections have dehydrated. This condition is because of symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, abdominal pain, and then following by difficulty taking oral fluid.

Abstract

Background: The HIV-infected population is experiencing a shift in trends that lead to public health problems. This causes an increase in the incidence of HIV among housewives or women. Knowledge of mother-to-child transmission in women has an important aspect in the success of prevention practices. Having limited knowledge may cause women to avoid screening and testing for HIV.Purpose: To identify the HIV prevention of mother-to-child transmission and basic knowledge of HIV and PMTCT among women in Indonesia.Method: A cross-sectional study design was conducted with a sample size of 137 women. The convenience sampling method was used to recruit the sample between June to September 2020. Demographic characteristics and knowledge of the Indonesian version of PMTCT from V.N ADDO were used for data collection. Descriptive analysis and cross tabs for statistical analysis.Results: The majority of respondents don’t know their own HIV status (93.4%).  Most respondents answered that HIV is a sexually transmitted infection disease (94.1%), having no cure (46.3%), and can be prevented by being faithful to partner (93.4%), selected before birth is the time of transmission infection from mother to baby (76.5%), and giving medication to pregnant women is the way to prevent transmission (43.3%). On the other side, most of the respondent doesn’t know time from infection to appearance of symptoms (83.8%) and in terms of MTCT knowledge, here are still 36.8 women don’t know how to prevent PMTCT.Conclusion: Improving comprehensive information dissemination from healthcare professionals by using mass media is needed to improve knowledge and service uptake to succeed in the PMTCT program.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Kanker ginekologi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan reproduksi jenis kanker yang sering terjadi. Faktor yang menyebabkan tingginya angka kejadian kanker ginekologi, yaitu banyaknya gejala-gejala yang diabaikan sehingga gejala yang sebenarnya dapat ditangani lebih awal menjadi penyakit yang sangat serius. Perempuan dengan kanker ginekologi memiliki beban gejala dari waktu ke waktu yang dapat menghasilkan respon negatif pada fisik, psikologis dan emosional pasien. Penelitian ini akan melihat beban gejala pada kanker ginekologi baik yang sudah melakukan proses kemoterapi maupun yang belum melakukan proses kemoterapi.Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan symptom pada perempuan dengan kanker ginekologi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desian penelitian kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study dengan jumlah sampel 95. Instrument MSAS digunakan untuk pengukuran gejala. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan deksriptif analisis. Hasil: Sepuluh gejala yang umum dialami responden dengan kanker ginekologi adalah merasa khawatir 96,8% (92), merasa sedih 95,8% (91), susah tidur 93,7% (89), masalah dalam aktivitas atau gairah seksual 89,5% (85), merasa lelah 86,3% (82), kurang nafsu makan 81,1% (77), pusing 80% (76), mudah marah 80% (76), nyeri 78,9% (75), kurang energi 78,9 (75), dengan rata-rata gejala sebesar 1,08 (± 0,386). Kesimpulan: Tiga gejala yang umum dialami responden dengan kanker ginekologi adalah merasa khawatir, merasa sedih, susah tidur. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk membuat suatu intervensi priotitas untuk meminimilkan gelaja yang dirasakan oleh pasien dengan kanker ginekologi.Kata Kunci: Kanker Ginekologi, Gejala, PerempuanSymptom in Women with Gynecological CancerABSTRACTBackground: Gynecological cancer is one of the most common types of reproductive health problems in cancer. Factors that cause high rates of gynecological cancer, namely the number of symptoms that are ignored so that the actual symptoms can be treated early into a very serious disease. Women with gynecological cancer have a burden of symptoms over time which can produce negative responses to the physical, psychological and emotional patient. This study will look at the symptoms in gynecological cancers both those who have undergone chemotherapy and those who have not yet taken chemotherapy. Objectives: Describe the symptom burden in women with gynecological cancer. Methods: This study used a descriptive quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study approach with a sample size of 95. The MSAS instrument was used to measure symptoms. A descriptive statistics were used to analyse the data. Results: Ten common symptoms experienced by respondents with gynecological cancer were feeling worried 96.8% (92), feeling sad 95.8% (91), insomnia 93.7% (89), problems in activity or sexual arousal 89, 5% (85), feeling tired 86.3% (82), lack of appetite 81.1% (77), dizziness 80% (76), irritability 80% (76), pain 78.9% (75), less energy is 78.9 (75), with an average symptom of 1.08 (± 0.386). Conclusion: Three common symptoms experienced by respondents with gynecological cancer are feeling worried, feeling sad, insomnia. The results of this study can be input for health workers to make a priority intervention to minimize the symptoms felt by patients with gynecological cancer.Keywords: Gynecological Cancer, Symptoms Burden, Women

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan keadaan sehat secara fisik, mental, dan sosial secara utuh, tidak semata-mata bebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan yang berkaitan dengan sistem, fungsi dan proses reproduksi. Kepuasan pernikahan dan seksual pada penderita permasalahan ginekologi mengalami perubahan secara fisik, psikologis, dukungan social, perubahan intimacy dan seksualitas, ekonomi keluarga, serta masalah kesetiaan dan kepercayaan pada pasangan. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran intimate relationship pada perempuan dengan permasalahan ginekologi. Metode: penelitian ini mengunakan desain deskriptif crossectional dilakukan pada bulan juni 2019 dengan subjek penelitian 116 responden. Dan dianalisa mengunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil: Pada hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan relationship pada pasien dengan permasalahan ginekologi terdapat hubungan relationship yang baik. Sedangkan pada intimate mengalami disfungsi sexual pada pasien ginekologi. Kesimpulan: pada penderita permasalahan ginekologi di dapatkan permasalahan fungsi sexual hal ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan adanya ganguan yang dialami oleh penderita masalah ginekologi, maka hal tersebut sebagai seorang perawat harus bisa menberikan dedikasi dan motivasi tentang permasalahan yang dialami oleh penderita permasalahan ginekologi
