<![CDATA[This research aims to know development of Indonesian cocoa’s industry in 2010 until 2013. Independent variables in this research are Domestic Production of Cocoa, International Cocoa Prices, Exchange Rate andIndonesianCocoaExports to the United States as dependet variable. Data source were obtained from the official website of Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia, Kementerian Perdagangan Indonesia, and Bank of Indonesia. The coefficient of determination value is 0,381 which means that the Domestic Production of Cocoa, International Cocoa Prices, and the Exhange Rate affects 38,1% of the IndonesianCocoa Exportsto the United States. According to the result of simultaneous test (F test), indicating that Domestic Production of Cocoa, International Cocoa Prices, and Exhange Rate has significant effect on Indonesian Cocoa Exports to the United States simultaneously. While the partial test results (t test), indicates that Domestic Production of Cocoa and International Cocoa Prices significantly influence onIndonesian Cocoa Exports to the United States. The other result, the Exchange Rate indicates an insignificant influence on IndonesianCocoa Exports to the United States. Based on results, Domestic Production of Cocoa’s variable has the most dominant significant effect on IndonesianCocoaExports to the United States compare to other independent variables. Key Words: Domestic Production of Cocoa, International Cocoa Price, Exchange Rate, and Export of Cocoa Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan industri kakao Indonesia pada tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2013. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Produksi Kakao Domestik, Harga Kakao Internasional, dan Nilai Tukar dengan variabel terikat yaitu Ekspor Kakao Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia, Kementerian Perdagangan Indonesia, dan Bank Indonesia. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,381 yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas Produksi Kakao Domestik, Harga Kakao Internasional, Nilai Tukar mempengaruhi 38,1% variabel terikat Ekspor Kakao Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Hasil uji simultan (uji F), menunjukkan bahwa Produksi Kakao Domestik, Harga Kakao Internasional, Nilai Tukar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekspor Kakao Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Sedangkan hasil uji parsial (uji t), menunjukkan bahwa variabel Produksi Kakao Domestik dan Harga Kakao Internasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekspor Kakao Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Sebaliknya, variabel Nilai Tukar menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ekspor Kakao Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, variabel Produksi Kakao Domestik mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi Ekspor Kakao Indonesia ke Amerika Serikat.
