Abstract

The current economy has developed rapidly, especially with advances in technology in obtaining an installation decision, especially in elementary school installations where in private elementary school installations, there is some financial report data information such as income, expenses, and the results that have been achieved in these installations such as in SD Plus Albina. However, at SD Plus Albina, Bekasi Regency, the role of technology has yet to be implemented, especially in the financial reporting system, by knowing the level of temporary profits because knowing the value of temporary profits can make it easier to make decisions. Using the K-Medoids Clustering Algorithm, you can find out the temporary profit level with manual calculations using Microsoft Excel 2020 and sample data, 2 clusters are obtained, namely high and low. The low cluster (C1) is 2 data, and the high cluster (C2) is 12. Compared to other clustering algorithms, the advantage of the K-Medoids algorithm is that it is more reliable when there is noise data because it is not too affected by other extreme data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of screen-printing T-shirt shops. For manual screen printing t-shirt shops, customers often have to visit the store in person or contact them via chat or phone, often encountering the following issues when ordering t-shirts: B. Irregular orders for those who have placed an order in advance or who have been waiting for a long time. One way to solve the queuing problem is the FIFO algorithm. FIFO algorithms are methods for organizing, processing, and manipulating basic data structures in computer systems. The FIFO algorithm phases in this study begin with the data preparation phase, the Gantt cart process, and finally his FIFO wait time. The result of the FIFO stage translates into creating applications using the Java programming language, Android Studio, and the FireBase database. The results of this study can be applied to his FIFO algorithm for customer queues in ordering T-shirts. A t-shirt ordering application was tested using the white box method by running the test case in four passes. All tests passed, so you can use the ordering application based on the FIFO algorithm.

Abstract

computer and Industrial Network Management Training is a non-profit program that improves the skills of trainees in computer network management and computer network development in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, with the aim of solving the problems faced by provincial and transmigration workers. Office Training Center. The most widely discussed problem is limited knowledge about computer networks and network implementation in the industrial world. The proposed solution is to offer participants support and training including: cabling engineering, TCP/IP concepts, device sharing, routing, Windows server installation and network management. The purpose of the training is to improve employee skills in mastering computer network languages. This is a mandatory skill that must be possessed by graduates of the Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Training Center. Training activities will be carried out for 2 (two) days, studying training programs and more interactive exercise-based learning. The results of this PKM show that online competency qualifications in the management of the education industry increased by 19.8%, an increase of 21.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang tingkat kematangan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh teknologi informasi, kinerja dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Implementasi Sistem Informasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Jakarta Timur pada manajemen dan penggunaan Teknologi Informasi. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada para guru dan karyawan responden berdasarkan indikator diambil dari variabel kematangan teknologi informasi, kinerja dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dengan Domain COBIT 4. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data, metode analisis data, metode analisis faktor. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji reliabilitas, uji validasi dan analisis faktor untuk mengurangi variabel yang ada yang pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan faktor baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 5 faktor baru yaitu ketersediaan tata kelola TI, ketersediaan pengelolaan keamanan, peningkatan kualitas sistem, peningkatan kualitas sistem informasi, pengelolaan kesiapan kinerja TI. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya model dari 5 faktor yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang suatu sistem pengawasan cerdas untuk memantau CCTV di jalan raya dengan menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things (IOT). Pengawasan CCTV sebelumnya hanya digunakan untuk memantau dan merekam kejadian objek yang ditangkap oleh CCTV, yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi yang disediakan oleh pemasok merk CCTV, sehingga tidak sulit untuk melakukan konfigurasi sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metoda Smart Power Monitoring CCTV selain memantau dan merekam object, sistem smart power ini juga dapat mengetahui waktu, alamat, kode, tegangan, arus listrik, total kwh dan biaya listrik yang dapat di akses dan kontrol melalui aplikasi dengan menggunakan internet dan smartphone.

Abstract

AbstractManufacture of a tool using IoT technology that can be used to improve water quality properly and in real-time. The data will be a suitable and inappropriate reference for the quality of the water to be used by the community. Data will be taken from several groundwater samples to evaluate water quality using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine an alternative choice based on predetermined weights and criteria. In the process of designing groundwater temperature and pH detection systems using the IoT-based SAW method with web-based applications, the tools made can be run remotely with a micro device called Wemos D1 R32 as the control center connected to the website and pH and temperature sensors as readers sample data. With this detection tool, you can find out with satisfactory results. Keywords: Simple Additive Weighting, Well Water, Internet of Things, Wemos D1 R32.

Abstract

Desa Sumberjaya adalah desa yang terletak di wilayah kecamatan Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan berjumlah penduduk 9063 jiwa. Di desa sumberjaya mempunyai 28 UMKM yang sudah terdaftar di desa dengan berbagai jenis usaha. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah berfocus mengadakan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produk secara digital. Pelatihan ini diutamakan untuk UMKM yang menghasilkan produk bukan jasa. Kendala yang terjadi adalah pelaku UMKM belum menggunakan sistem pemasaran digital sehingga strategi pemasaran produk belum dilakukan secara maksimal dan produk belum terlalu dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, sehingga masyarakat di desa tersebut perlu dilatih untuk mengenal digital marketing. Pelatihan digital marketing ini dengan memberikan materi konsep pemasaran produk UMKM secara online, pemasaran melalui media social, Marketplace, google bisnis, keamanan dalam pemasaran online dan stategi keberhasilan dalam pemasaran online. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pelatihan digital marketing ini rata-rata berhasil mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penguasaan teknologi informasi untuk berbagai kalangan masyarakat berefek dapat meningkatan kualitas bangsa. Dengan menguasai penggunaan teknologi maka mayarakat dapat meningkatkan kualitas diri dan daya saing pribadi di masa revolusi digitalisasi teknologi saat ini. Termasuk pada remaja masjid A-Syuhada, penting meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi informasi khususnya dalam desain grafis. Oleh karenanya, tujuan dari pelatihan Photoshop ini adalah untuk mengingkatkan kemampuan desain grafis remaja masjid agar dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan gambar tidak mengalami kesulitan maupun meminta bantuan pihak lain atau memesan kepercetakan. Pelatihan Photoshop ini diadakan secara online disebabkan adanya pademi Covid-19 yang belum berakhir, dan mengikuti himbauan kemendikbud dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan-kegiatan secara daring. Tahap persiapan awal dalam pelatihan ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pihak DKM masjid untuk mengumpulkan data seputar kegiatan yang dilakukan,mendata jumlah pesera, mengatur jadwal pelaksanaan dan materi yang akan disampaikan selama pelatihan. Tahapan inti pelaksaan adalah pemberian materi Photoshop, dengan materi yang disampaikan antara lain: pengenalan dasar Photoshop, toolbox, pembuatan logo, pembuatan banner, spanduk dan editing gambar. Hasil dari pelatihan ini peserta mampu membuat gambar-gambar yang telah dicontohkan selama pelatihan.

Abstract

Talents Mapping is an application tool for recognizing one's talents based on 34 talent themes adopted from Gallup's research, so that someone can also find out their personal strength and typology's strength. Talend mapping training is motivated by a request from the leadership of SMK Negeri 11 Bekasi so that teachers can get to know their respective talents so that in teaching and educating students more optimally and teachers after receiving this activity can teach back to their students. This training begins by recording teachers' emails to create a classroom account to ask preliminary aptitude test questions and share material. The training was conducted at the Computer Lab of SMK Negeri 11 on 12 July 2020 with 46 teachers participating. The results of the training for teachers using the lecture method, filling out the instruments, and comments from resource persons. The teachers fill in the questions about themselves at www.temubakat.com, then the answers are mapped using talents mapping to find out the potential talents of each teacher.

Abstract

Desa Mangunjaya , which is located at Jalan Pendidikan 1 No.13 Mangunjaya, South Tambun District, Bekasi, West Java 17510, is still developing information technology. This village in conveying information is still done manually so that the potential of the village is less published, with that the village community still has difficulty receiving information from the village government and conveying various suggestions and aspirations of the community. In conveying information it is still done manually so that the potential of the village is not published. The problem faced by Mangunjaya village is that the community has difficulty in getting information and complaints in conveying aspirations to the village. The making of certificates is still carried out by the community directly to village officials. The goal in this PKM is to implement a smart village to make the village digitized by designing the Village Service application to make it easier to submit letters from villagers. The method in Community Service is to design an application and conduct socialization for the use of the Application to the community, RT, RW and Village Officials. The result of this PKM is that the Village service application to support Smart Village can be used and training has been carried out for using the Application.
