PENERAPAN TEKNIK APLIKASI MOTIF VERTISOL PADA BUSANA PESTA MALAM Dhealiani Catur Ekawati; Yulistiana Yulistiana

Vertisol adalah tanah yang kaya dengan kemampuan mengembang dan mengkerut dengan perubahan kelembaban tanah. Selama masa kering, volume tanah mengkerut, sehingga terjadi retakan tanah yang dalam dan melebar. Berdasarkan sumber ide tersebut, penulis membuat busana pesta malam dengan teknik aplikasi kain dengan motif vertisol. Teknik aplikasi kain diterapkan pada bagian rok secara menyeluruh. Tujuan siaga untuk melihat proses pembuatan dan penerapan teknik aplikasi motif pada busana pesta malam dan hasil jadi teknik aplikasi motif pada busana pesta malam. Proses pembuatan teknik aplikasi motif vertisol pada busana pesta malam menggunakan kain suede dimulai dari membuat desain motif yang sesuai dengan bentuk sumber ide tanah vertisol. Proses penerapan teknik aplikasi motif pada busana pesta malam dimulai dengan menyemat aplikasi pada bahan utama rok kemudian menata motif tersebut sesuai dengan desain. Kemudian dijahit menggunakan mesin jahit dan pada saat menjahit diberi jarak 0,3 cm dari tepi kain. Hasil jadi busana pesta malam dengan teknik aplikasi motif vertisol terlihat mirip dengan sumber ide yaitu tanah vertisol yang membentuk seperti rekahan. Pemilihan bahan dantone warna kecoklatan membuat gaun terlihat unik, indah dan elegan. Vertisol is a land rich in clay with the ability to expand and contract with changes in land moisture. During the dry period, the soil volume shrinks, resulting in deep and widening land cracks. Based on the source of these ideas, the authors make evening clothing with fabric application techniques with the advertiser motif. Fabric application is applied to the approved skirt section. The purpose of this paper is to find out the process of making and applying the vertisol application technique to evening party fashions and the results to be the application of the vertisol motif application to evening party fashions. The process of making vertisol motif application techniques in evening party outfits using suede fabric starts from making motif designs that are in accordance with the shape of the vertisol land idea. The process of applying the vertisol motif technique to evening party outfits starts with pinning the application to the main material of the skirt then arranging the motif according to the design. Then sewn using a sewing machine and when sewing are given a distance of 0.3 cm from the edge of the fabric. The results of the evening party fashion with the application technique of vertisol motifs look similar to the source of ideas namely vertisol land that makes like a crack. Choice of material colors and brownish tones make the dress look unique, beautiful and elegant.

Gaun malam adalah busana pesta malam yang mewah sepanjang mata kaki atau hampir menyentuh lantai dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan yang istimewa. Bahan dalam pembuatan gaun malam terus berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya dunia fashion. Salah satu inovasi yang menarik adalah pembuatan gaun malam futuristik. Dalam pembuatan gaun malam futuristik, bahan yang di terapkan adalah lighting. Penerapan lighting mampu mengoptimalisasikan keindahan sebuah gaun malam, lighting berfungsi sebagai dekorasi sebuah gaun sehingga dapat memberikan kesan tersendiri. Selain itu, konsep penggunaan lighting memberikan sentuhan futuristik pada gaun malam baik dari segi penggunaan bahan maupun penampilan sebuah gaun malam. Salah satu pemilihan lighting yang cocok adalah jenis LED strip yang dapat di koreografikan sesuai dengan sumber ide. Sumber ide untuk gaun malam ini adalah database network sebagai salah satu kecanggihan teknologi. Dari sumber ide database network ini memunculkan sebuah ide gaun malam berbahan organdi yang memiliki karakteristik transparant dengan penerapan lighting pada setiap garis hiasnya. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah yaitu untuk mengetahui bahan dan proses sebuah gaun malam futuristik, serta mengetahui hasil jadi sebuah gaun malam futuristik. Metode yang di terapkan dalam pembuatan gaun malam futuristik adalah metode penciptaan demgan kolaborasi antara tata busana dan elektro. Hasil perwujudan gaun malam futuristik dengan penerapan lighting menjadi salah satu inovasi terbaru. Koreografi dari lighting mampu menjadi pusat perhatian sehingga sangat efektif untuk menjadi hiasan sebuah gaun malam yang futuristik. The research objectives were to determine the materials and the process of making a futuristic evening gown, and to determine the results of a futuristic evening gown. The manufacture of futuristic evening gowns consists of several stages: selecting fabri (organdy), LED strips, cables, tin, powerbank. The process of making a futuristic evening dress is done with a collaborative method of fashion and electrical engineering. The manufacture of futuristic evening gowns includes determining the source of ideas, materials, designs, the process of applying LEDs to the dress, and embodiments. The result of being a futuristic evening dress with the application of lighting is one of the latest innovations. The choice of organdy material which has a transparant characteristic manifested in the L silhouette is perfect for evening dresses that apply LEDs. All cables to connect the LED strip segments must match the installation and be attached with glue, this is so that the cable does not break when the dress is worn. The lighting embodiment results are in accordance with the network database. Selection of organdy material which has transparant characteristics for evening dresses that apply LED strips so that the lighting can be maximized in emitting light. In addition, the application of sequins that are arranged according to the source of the idea can complement the glamorous and futuristic impression of the evening dress.

Penerapan Bordir Motif Bukang Marege dan Epaulettes pada Gaun Pengantin Susiana Fatminingrum; Yulistiana Yulistiana

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan bordir motif bukang marege dan epaulettes pada gaun pengantin, dan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil jadi penerapan bordir motif bukang marege dan epaulettes pada gaun pengantin. Metode yang digunakan adalah Double Diamond Model, yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu discover, define, develop, deliver. Proses pembuatan bordir motif bukang marege menggunakan mesin bordir dengan desain yang telah di stilasi dari motif bukang marege yang asli. Proses pembuatan epaulettes ada dua tahap, tahap pertama membuat padding bahu yang berfungsi sebagai kaitan manik-manik, dan proses kedua yaitu menyusun manik-manik yang akan dikaitkan pada padding. Bagian padding eppauletes juga ditambahkan payet agar menambah keindahan. Terdapat 2 bagian pada gaun pengantin, yaitu bagian gaunnya itu sendiri dan sepasang kain yang dipasangkan pada kedua sisi bahu hingga menjuntai kebawah sepanjang panjang gaun. Hasil jadi gaun pengantin sesuai pada rancangan yang telah dibuat, penerapan bordir pada bagian dada dan sepasang kain yang dipasangkan di bagian bahu gaun, disusun secara sistematis begitu juga dengan penerapan epaulettes. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of applying the embroidery motifs of bukang marege and epaulettes on wedding dresses, and to describe the results of the application of embroidery motifs of bukang marege and epaulettes on wedding dresses. The method used is the Double Diamond Model, which consists of 4 stages, namely discover, define, develop, deliver. The process of making bukang marege embroidery uses an embroidery machine with designs that have been stylized from the original bukang marege motif. The process of making epaulettes consists of two stages, the first stage is to make the shoulder padding which functions as a bead hook, and the second process is to arrange the beads that will be attached to the padding. The eppauletes padding section is also added with sequins to add to the beauty. There are 2 parts to the wedding dress, namely the dress itself and a pair of fabrics that are attached to both sides of the shoulders so that they fall down the length of the dress. The finished result of the wedding dress is in accordance with the design that has been made, the application of embroidery on the chest and a pair of fabrics that are attached to the shoulders of the dress, systematically arranged as well as the application of epaulettes

Pengembangan Desain Hanfu Sebagai Inspirasi Penciptaan Busana Pengantin Wanita Nabila Sekarsari Khusnul Khotimah; Yulistiana Yulistiana

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil jadi pengembangan desain hanfu sebagai inspirasi penciptaan busana pengantin wanita. Metode yang digunakan adalah Three stage design process, yang terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu problem definition & research, creative exploration, dan implementation. Metode pengumpulan data berupa penilaian pengembangan desain menggunakan lembar penilaian dengan jumlah penilai sebanyak 4 dosen ahli dibidang tata busana. Instrumen lembar penilaian disusun berdasarkan kriteria pengembangan desain busana pengantin yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata berdasarkan kategori aspek penilaian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan 1) Proses pencarian sumber ide pada tahap problem definition menentukan hanfu sebagai sumber inspirasi yang dituangkan pada moodboard. Pada tahap creative exploration dilakukan pengembangan desain sesuai dengan sumber inspirasi. Tahap implementation penerapan ragam hias pada pengembangan desain busana pengantin wanita. 2) Hasil pengembangan desain hanfu sebagai inspirasi penciptaan busana pengantin wanita mencapai rerata nilai akhir 85 termasuk dalam kategori baik. The research objective was to determine the finished results of the development design of hanfu as inspiration for the creation of bridal clothing. The method used is a three-design process (LaBat & Sokolowski, 1999), which consist of 3 stages, namely problem definition & research, creative exploration, and implementation. The method of data collection is in the form of an assessment of design development sheet with 4 assessors as expert lecturers in the field of fashion. The assessment was compiled based on the criteria for developing a dress design which was then analyzed using a descriptive method by calculating the average value based on the category of assessment aspects. The result of the study stated that 1) The process of finding the source of ideas at the problem definition stage determined Hanfu as a source of inspiration which was pored on the moodboard. In the creative exploration stage, design development is carried out according to the source of inspiration. The implementation stage of the application of decoration in the development of the bride’s design. 2) The results of the development design of hanfu as inspiration for the creation of Bridal clothing reached an average final score of 85 which was included in the good category.

Pengembangan Desain Busana Pengantin Dengan Tema "The Bentenan Is Asmaralaya Of Tondano" Aminatun nisak; Yulistiana Yulistiana

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan busana pengantin dengan tema “the Bentenan is asmaralaya of Tondano”. Terinspirasi dari cerita rakyat legenda danau Tondano dan motif tenun Bentenan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Double Diamond Design Prosses, yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahap discover merupakan tema yang dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah “the Bentenan is asmaralaya of Tondano” yang memiliki arti motif tenun Bentenan adalah surga dari pulau Danau Tondano yang disesuaikan dengan inspiration picture. Tahap define merupakan hasil yang diperoleh dari penerapan suatu sumber ide pada sebuah karya, kemudian menciptakan basic design. Tahap develop yaitu tahap pengembangan desain dengan inspiration picture yang muncul dari sumber ide untuk diwujudkannya dalam bentuk siluet I pada dress, cape yang bergelombang menunjukkan wujud air pada danau Tondano dan bordir motif Bentenan sebagai hiasan busana. hiasan Bordir ini bertujuan untuk memberi efek nyata dalam hiasan busana tersebut sesuai inspiration picture. Tahap deliver merupakan 5 pengembangan desain terbaik dan paling sesuai dengan inspiration picture dan tema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk membuat busana pengantin tersebut perlu menentukan pengembangan desain pada bagian siluet dress dan cape busana agar sesuai dengan style busana pengantin dan inspiration picture. The purpose of the study was to determine the development of wedding dress with the theme "the Bentenan is asmaralaya of Tondano". Inspired by the folklore of the legend of lake Tondano and the weaving motif of Bentenan. The method used is the Double Diamond Design Process, which consists of 4 stages, namely the discover stage, the theme discussed in this study is "the Bentenan is asmaralaya of Tondano" which means the weaving motif of Bentenan is Heaven from the island of lake Tondano adapted to the inspiration picture. The define stage is the result obtained from applying a source of ideas to a work, then creating a basic design. The develop stage is the design development stage with an inspiration picture that emerged from the source of the idea to be realized in the form of an I silhouette on the dress, a wavy cape showing the shape of water on Lake Tondano and embroidery with Bentenan motifs as fashion decorations. This embroidery decoration aims to give a real effect in the fashion decoration according to the inspiration picture. The deliver stage is the 5 best design developments that are most in line with the inspiration picture and theme. The results showed that to make the wedding dress, it was necessary to determine the design development on the silhouette of the dress and cape to match the style of the wedding dress and the inspiration picture.

The purpose of the study was to determine the development of masculine muslim party dress designs with Pinecone inspiration. Inspired by the Pinecone which can open its scales when it's dry and close its scales when it's cold. Method used is the Double Diamond Design Process which consists of 4 stages: Discover stage by searching and gathering information about Pinecone. Define stage is the identify stage from the Discover and determines the most important priorities which are combined on the Moodboard and handling order. Develop stage is the design development stage from the basic design to be transformed into a masculine muslim party dress in the form of an A-line silhouette dress, there is a long waistcoat, the colors used are monochromatic colors, and application of decorative motifs with embroidery and laser cutting techniques. Deliver stage is the last stage, input is collected, selected, and approved with the 5 best design developments and the most appropriate sources of inspiration in the form of two-piece and three-piece clothing. Results showed that to make appropriate masculine muslim party dress, it is necessary to develop a design so that new innovations in masculine muslim party dress will emerge.
