Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in which the affected joint is usually the large joint and unilateral. Prevalence of osteoarthritis in Indonesia, 15.5% in men and 12.7% in women, where the incidence is increasing with age. Osteoarthritis is more common an idiopathic disease or unknown cause although there is also a secondary cause such as trauma, infection, neurological or metabolic disorders. The usual complaints that perceived by osteoarthritis patients is pain in the affected joint, especially after the load on the joint. Therapy in osteoarthritis is usually symptomatic, which include the control of risk factors, physiotherapy and pharmacological.

Abstract

Setiap luka ataupun trauma area kuku, soft tissue, tulang distal dari insersi tendon musculus flexsor digit et pollicis longus dan ekstensor digitalis et pollicis longus merupakan definisi dari fingertip injury. Fingertip injury seperti subungual hematoma phalang (crush injury pada fingertip), laserasi nail bed, amputasi parsial atau komplit dari fingertip, amputasi pulp, dan fraktur pada area distal, mallet finger, avulsi flexor digitorum profundus, dan dislokasi pada sendi distal interphalang.Metode penelitian ini merupakan deskritif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengetahui gambaran epidemiologi fingertip Injury dan mengetahui jumlah kasus di RSUP Sanglah, Denpasar, Bali pada tahun 2012-2014 dimana diambil dari data sekunder catatan medik penderita di SMF Orthopaedi dan IGD RSUP Sanglah Denpasar sejak Juli 2015 sampai dengan Agustus 2015.Berdasarkan umur Fingertip Injury paling banyak pada kelompok umur 26-40 tahun sebesar 45% dan paling sedikit kelompok umur 71-85 sebesar 1,7%. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin dapat diketahui bahwa pasien yang mengalami Fingertip Injury paling banyak pada jenis kelamin laki-laki sebesar 85%. Abstract

Gout Arthritis is defined as one of a metabolic disorder called hyperuricaemia, where at any given moment to be blood consist some uric acid in the high levels. Associated with the presence of monosodium urate in leukocytes, usually found in the synovial joint fluid, monosodium urate crystals in the tissues (tophus), interstitial renal disease, gout and nephrolithiasis. Using a cross sectional design of Study for Gout Arthritis patients at General Hospital Sanglah period 2014-2015 which aims to find out the number of patient characteristics are gender, age, level of uric acid (hyperuricaemia Status), and the status of tophus. Gout Arthritis is obtained in 20 patients who were in Sanglah General Hospital, Denpasar. Of the 20 patients, the study sample obtained a total of 11 samples, 9 patients including exclusion criteria. Obtained a mean age of 57.18 + 2:27 years. Gout Arthritis patients male sex more that 10 (90.9%) than women 1 (9.1%). Comparison men: women is 10: 1. Age samples were in the range 42-65 years figures. A total of 4 samples (36.36%) stage Chronic Gout Arthritis and 7 other samples (63.63%) stage of Acute Gout Arthritis.
