Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pantai Teluk Awur Jepara dengan maksud ingin mengetahui karakteristik bioklastik terumbu karang. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai, yakni (1) analysis granulometri sedimen bioklastik dan (2) identifikasi komponen terumbu karang dan cangkang moluska. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksplanatori berdasarkan data kebundaran, kebula tan, keterpilahan, kematangan tekstur, komponen terumbu karang dan cangkang moluska. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan, bahwa karakteristik granurometri sedimen klastik, komponen terumbu karang, dan cangkang moluska. Karakteristik granulometrinya menunjukkan bahwa kebundarannya 0,22 (menyudut) dengan keterpilihan kedundaran -0,015 (terpilih sangat balk), kebulatannya 0,6361 (membilah), keterpililzan butirnya 1,03 (terpilih jelek), dan tingkat kernatangannya teksturnya agak matang. Komponen terumbu karang yang menyusunnya terdiri atas MONTIPORA, SYMPHYLL1A, LOBOPHYLLIA, MONTASTREA, dan LEPTOSERIES. Cangkang MOLLUSCA yang ditemukan adalah cangkang GASTROPODA dan cangkang PELECYPODA (MYTILL1S VIRIDIS, PERIGLYPTA PUREA, FRAGUM, ANADARA GRA NOSA dan ANADARA CORNEA.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Price to Book Value of the stock return. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using go public manufacturing compaines period 2010-2013. This sampling method used purposive sampling with the observationperiod from 2010-2013. The sample of this study where 72 manufacturing company that meet the criteria. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is describe by using multiple regression analysis. The result show that the Earning Per Sahare,Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price to Book Value had no significant effect on stock Return. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital disclosures are reported to the companys annual cost of equity capital. Intellectual capital disclosure are tested per component of human capital and structure capital. In this research equity capital is measured by multiple- rate dividend growth model that has been modified, whereas to measure intellectual capital disclosures using index Li et al. (2008). This study using purposive sampling method resulting in 99 samples of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010-2012. The research proves that the intellectual capital disclosure both human capital and the structure capital is not shown to have a relationship to the cost of equity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Pezusahaan dengan Kinerja Linglcungan sebagai variable Moderasi pada perusahaan znanufaktur. Populasi penelitianadalah perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di Bursa effek periode 2009 - 2011, dengan tekink sampling pusposive diperoleh sample sabanyak 17 perusahaan.  Metode analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Likuiditas yang diproksi dengan CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Pemsahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Kinerja Lingkungan yang diproksi dengan PROPER memperlemah pengaruh Likuiditas yang diproksi dengan CR terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Prorltabilitas yang diproksi dengan ROE berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Kinerja Lingkungan yang diproksi dengan PROPER memperlemah pengaruh Prolltabilitas yang diproksi dengan ROE terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Leverage yang diproksi dengan DTA berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Kinerja Lingkungan nremperlemah pengaruh Leverage yang diproksi dengan DTA terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV, Kinerja linglcungan yang diproksi dengan PROPER berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV., Uji koelisien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,950, hal itu menunjukkan bahwa sebosar 95% variabel Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksi dengan PBV marnpu dijelaskan oleh Variabel CR, ROE, Leverage, PROPER, interaksi CR PROPER, interasi ROE-PROPER dan lnteraksi Leverage PROPER   Kata kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Kinerja Lingkungan, Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

This research purposed to examine motivation influence teacher’s competence about the job of SMAN 1 Jakenan teacher be mediated by organizational commitment.The spesific purpose of this research is to examine organizational commitment role in job motivation influence and teacher competence through the teacher’s work.The useful of this research is to explaint and enlarge the reseach before about organizational commitment role mediated job motivation influence and teacher’s competence about the teacher’s work.This research use the sum of SMA N 1 Jakenan teachers in Pati regency about 70 teachers.The sample removal technic in this reseach is by census technic,its mean that we use all of the sample. According to the reseach, we can conclude that: job motivation have positivs influence and significant to organizational commitment,teacher competence have positive influence and significant to organizational commitment, job motivation don’t have influence to teache’r work, teacher competence have positive influence and significant to techer’s work, organizational commitment mediation effec of motivation of the teacher’s work, organizational commitment doesnot mediate to the effect of teacher competence of the teacher’s work. Abstract

This research is intended to examine the influence of motivation intrinsic and emotional intelligence to the state senior high school teachers’ work performance with the moderation of transformational leadership style. The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. The usage of this research is to explain and expand the previous research about the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance. This research used the population of 116 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The technique of sample collection used in this research is non-probability sampling with the purposive method. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi. Based on the research result can be conduded that: intrinsic motivation influences teachers’ work performance, emotional intelligence influences the teachers’ work performance, transformational leadership style do not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation to teachers’ work performance, , transformational leadership style strengthen the influence of emotional intelligence to the teachers’ work performance.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership Style, Teachers’ Work Performance

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect of school leadership and intrinsic motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate is moderated. The specific objectives of the study was to examine and analyze the impact of school leadership on teacher performance, the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance, the effects of climate organizational on teacher performance, whether climate organizational moderate the effects of school leadership on teacher performance, whether climate organizational moderating influence intrinsic motivation to teacher performance. This research is an explanatory research study that proves the effect of school leadership and intrinsic motivation on the performance of teachers with organizational climate moderated. This study uses the study population (census) amounted to 127 respondents. Data of this research is primary data obtained directly from the source. The method of data analysis using a model of moderation with a quasitype interaction techniques. The results showed that leadership principal does not affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri in District Ulujami Pemalang; intrinsic motivation affect the performance of teachers SMP Negeri in District Ulujami Pemalang; organizational climate positive effect on teacher performance Ulujami of SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang; the organizational climate is not moderate the effects of school leadership on teacher performance Ulujami of SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang; organizational climate is not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance Ulujami of SMP Negeri in the District Pemalang.Keywords: Principal Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, Organizational Climate and Teachers Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teachers performance of Public Senior High School with moderation organizational culture. The specific objective of this study is to examine the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teachers performance. The usefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous study on the role of organizational culture moderate the influence of organizational commitment and pedagogical competence of the teachers performance. This study used a population of high school teachers in Pati district, Pati regency were 116 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the regression model of quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study, the writer can summarize as follows: the organizational commitment does not infuent the performance of teachers, the pedagogic competence influences on teacher performance, the organizational culture influences the performance of teachers, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of organizational commitment to teacher’s performance, the organizational culture strengthen the influence of pedagogical competence on teacher’s performance.Keywords: Organizational Ccommitment, Pedagogical Competence, Organizational Culture and Teacher’s Performance

Abstract

This research is intended to examine the influence of professional competence and discipline performance to teachers’ work performance with the moderation of organizational culture. The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of organizational culture moderates the influence of professional competence and discipline performance  to the teachers’ work performance. The usage of this research is to explain and expand the previous researches about the role of organizational culture  moderates the influence of professional competence  and discipline performance  to the teachers’ work performance. This research used the population of 166 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi.
