Abstract

ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. This problem is caused by the lack of knowledge and managerial skills about the business owned by human resources in the MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The methods in implementing this service activity are lectures, application tutorials, and discussions. Keywords: management; marketplaces; human resources; MSMEs; desa kerinjing.

Abstract

Agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang efektif, cepat, dan memuaskan maka perangkat desa perlu menyelenggarakan sistem administrasi yang baik dan didukung dengan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Namun, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan perangkat Desa Ulak Kembahang II Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, yang masih terbatas saat ini menyebabkan penyelenggaraan tertib administrasi pemerintahan desa belum optimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ii adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan perangkat desa tentang penataan arsip, pengelolaan surat-menyurat; serta penggunaan aplikasi komputer untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pekerjaan dalam rangka pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan adalah perangkat desa, pengurus Badan Perwakilan Desa, anggota BUMDes, serta wakil masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi, dilaksanakan secara luring dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Materi yang diberikan adalah penataan arsip, pengurusan surat-menyurat, serta penggunaan aplikasi komputer untuk pembuatan surat dan buku administrasi umum desa. Pelaksanaan pendampingan selama tiga hari dengan total durasi 540 menit. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan secara sort period dengan memberikan form evaluasi kepada para peserta yang diisi secara online. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penataan arsip, pengurusan surat-menyurat, dan pembuatan buku administrasi desa meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan. Peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan mereka untuk mendukung pekerjaan sehari-hari. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate and explain the influence of the generation gap conflict between millennials and older employees on employee performance. The meeting of three or even four generations in one organization currently marks the generation gap. These distinctions cause generational conflicts. Long-term conflict will undoubtedly have an influence on performance. This study's demographic is people of working age with years of birth, specifically the baby boomers generation (1946-1964), generation X (1965-1980), generation Y or millennials (1981-1996), and generation Z (1997-2012), with up to 200 respondents. This study collected primary data via distributing questionnaires. Descriptive analytic techniques and multiple linear regression analysis were used to handle and analyze the data. According to the findings of this study, communication, opinions on work values or ethics, perspectives on rules and authority/hierarchy, and knowledge of technology all have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Communication is very important between agricultural extension workers and farmers to provide information or solve problems in cultivating swampland. The research objective was to identify the communication process of agricultural extension workers in the utilization of pompanization. The research method used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research location was purposive in Sungai Dua Village, Banyuasin Regency, which consisted of key informants and supporting informants. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data validity test using source triangulation. The results showed that communicators from agricultural extension workers and communicants from combined farmer groups and farmer groups. The message conveyed by the agricultural extension workers regarding the use of pompanization in rice farming. Communication channels used are direct (interpersonal communication) and group (group communication). Communication effects in the delivery of agricultural extension workers information include cognitive effects, affective effects, and conative effects.

Abstract

This study was undertaken to determine how effective Islamic Capital Market Securities, namely the issuance of subordinated sukuk and others sukuk in Islamic banking, are on the quantity of working capital financing distribution to MSMEs in Indonesia. By using monthly time series secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it was found that the issuance of subordinated sukuk and others sukuk had a significant positive effect on increasing the quantity of working capital financing distribution to MSMEs. It can be concluded that the policy of Islamic banking to issue Islamic Capital Market Securities effectively supports the increase in the working capital of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of health workers at Multiwahana Palembang Public Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative method. The population in this study were all health workers at the Multiwahana Palembang Public Health Center totaling 36 people, used as research samples determined using the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about work stress, work motivation and performance. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 29 for windows program. The results of data analysis show that: (1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.
