Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan “Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Belanja Sebagai Media Penjualan Bagi UMKM di Kerinjing Ogan Ilir Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19” merupakan bentuk pelatihan bagi masyarakat Desa Kerinjing Ogan Ilir untuk memahami dan mengaplikasikan berbagai format penjualan yang adaptable sehingga pelaku usaha memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan usaha melalui mode aplikasi teknologi yang memudahkan proses transaksi. Ogan Ilir memiliki potensi dalam mengembangkan usaha bagi produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh daerah tersebut. Pelatihan bagi pelaku usaha dengan memperkenalkan aplikasi penjualan dengan berbagai fitur yang dapat di manfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha menjadikan sebagai strategi untuk berkembang. Pelaku usaha dibekali kemampuan untuk menjual produk melalui aplikasi untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk yang dimiliki dan mencapai pangsa pasar yang lebih besar. Di masa pandemi, pelaku usaha dapat melakukan bentuk mode penjualan yang bervariasi. Tidak hanya mengandalkan penjualan secara tradisional, pelaku usaha juga dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dengan memasukan produk yang dijual ke dalam sebuah aplikasi penjualan. Bagi pembeli, aplikasi yang di akses akan memudahkan mereka mencari, membandingkan sampai melakukan pembelian pada tempat yang diinginkan. Pembeli dapat menghemat waktu dan biaya, hanya dengan membuka aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan barang yang diinginkan. Pembeli akan menentukan barang mana yang dibutuhkan, mencari, dan memesannya dengan harga yang diinginkan setelah itu bisamelakukan pembayaran melalui aplikasi yang dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha dan memilih cara penghantaran yangdiinginkan.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive overview to describe the alignment between the criteria and measurements of several performance indicators compiled in the university's strategic plan. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as indicators of organizational performance based on the Vision, Mission, and Organizational Strategy which are derived from Key Performance Indicators and Program Performance Indicators or Activity Performance Indicators. The alignment measurement method uses the correspondence analysis technique. This study finds that most of the measurement criteria are still dominated by the input aspect, with economic criteria. Performance measurement that focuses on input criteria will have an impact on 1 the orientation of higher education on the budget and does not describe how well the objectives of the program are being implemented. Higher education KPIs should be more result-oriented, the impact of which is on public trust, brand image, reputation, and university performance

Abstract

Purpose: to improve information technology literacy of employees in Ilir Barat Dua Subdistrict, Palembang City, especially regarding the use of software applications supporting office administration especially word processing, data processing, and presentation applications in order to improve employee performance. Method: The training was carried out face-to-face, in the form of demonstrations on how to use the menus in each application, questions/answers, and practice using application programs. The target of this activity was the village apparatus in the Ilir Barat Dua District, Palembang City, as many as 36 people. The training was carried out in the Computer Laboratory managed by the Quantitative and Qualitative Laboratory of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. Results: After participating in this training, participants realized that this training contributed to improving their skills in using computer applications. Limitations: this activity only covers the use of office administration applications. Other materials should also be given, such as how to find data on the Internet Contribution: after participating in this training, the skills of employees have increased in using of computer applications to support office administration, so that they can contribute to improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.The variable used in this research are job satisfaction as the independent variable and leadership Style as the dependent variable. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency using a sample of 58 respondents. The research used a saturation sampling technique, collected primary data via questionnaires method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. To validate the data, the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (R2) and t test were used in the research. The statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21 Program assistance tool was used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol. The independent variable in this study is job placement and the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol, totaling 61 employees. As well as the sample of this study using a saturated sample so that the sample is the entire population of 61 employees. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of career development on teacher work achievement at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. The population in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang using a sample of 41 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained were tested using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, analysis of correlation coefficient (r) and coefficient of determination (R2), as well as hypothesis testing or t test. The test was carried out using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that career development had a positive and significant effect on teacher work achievement at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate and explain the influence of the generation gap conflict between millennials and older employees on employee performance. The meeting of three or even four generations in one organization currently marks the generation gap. These distinctions cause generational conflicts. Long-term conflict will undoubtedly have an influence on performance. This study's demographic is people of working age with years of birth, specifically the baby boomers generation (1946-1964), generation X (1965-1980), generation Y or millennials (1981-1996), and generation Z (1997-2012), with up to 200 respondents. This study collected primary data via distributing questionnaires. Descriptive analytic techniques and multiple linear regression analysis were used to handle and analyze the data. According to the findings of this study, communication, opinions on work values or ethics, perspectives on rules and authority/hierarchy, and knowledge of technology all have an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Salah satu kendala dalam pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM), di mana masih banyaknya SDM yang belum kompeten dalam pengembangan industri halal, terutama pada pelaku usaha kecil. Mengembangkan SDM unggul menjadi salah satu kunci utama pengembangan industri halal. Pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia harus dilakukan dengan inovatif dan kompetitif. Pelaku usaha industri halal diharapkan memiliki standar kinerja inovasi yang mumpuni agar dapat memanfaatkan momentum masa pasca pandemi Covid-19 sebagai titik kebangkitan industri halal pasca pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mendukung adanya inovasi dan terwujudnya kinerja inovasi bagi pengembangan industri halal di Indonesia, dibutuhkan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi. Pengembangan kompetensi SDM sangat tergantung dengan komitmen dan kapabilitas dinamik dari pelaku industri halal. Dalam persaingan bisnis global khususnya pemulihan pasca pandemi Covid-19, pelaku industri halal selain memerhatikan struktur industri, juga harus melihat perspektif internal dengan menelaah secara seksama sumber daya yang dimilikinya dan bagaimana mengombinasikannya untuk memperoleh kompetensi inti dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas dinamik yang terdiri dari adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities, dan innovative capabilities secara langsung terhadap kinerja inovasi maupun secara tidak langsung melalui kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai variabel mediasi. Grand Theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori resource-based view. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 pelaku industri halal skala kecil di Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini diolah dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptive capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM dan kinerja inovasi. Sedangkan absorptive capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Selanjutnya innovative capabilities berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi SDM. Kompetensi SDM hanya menjadi variabel intervening antara pengaruh adaptive capabilities dan absorptive capabilities terhadap kinerja inovasi.   Kata Kunci: Kapabilitas Dinamik, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja Inovasi, Industri Halal, Pandemi Covid-19   ABSTRACT   One of the obstacles in the development of the halal industry in Indonesia is human resources (HR), where there are still many HR who are not competent in developing the halal industry, especially small business entrepreneurs. Developing superior human resources is one of the main keys to developing the halal industry. The development of the halal industry in Indonesia must be carried out in an innovative and competitive manner. Halal industry business entrepreneurs are expected to have qualified innovation performance standards so they can take advantage of the post-Covid-19 pandemic momentum as a revival point for the halal industry after the Covid-19 pandemic. To support innovation and realize innovation performance for the development of the halal industry in Indonesia, competent human resources are needed. HR competency development is highly dependent on the commitment and dynamic capabilities of halal industry entrepreneurs. In global business competition, especially in the post-pandemic recovery of Covid-19, apart from paying attention to industry structure, halal industry players must also look at the internal perspective by carefully examining the resources they have and how to combine them to gain core competencies and competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic capabilities consisting of adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities, and innovative capabilities directly on innovation performance and indirectly through human resource competence as a mediating variable. The grand theory used in this study is the resource based view theory. The sample in this study were 170 small-scale halal industry entrepreneurs in South Sumatra. This research was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique. The research results show that adaptive capabilities have a significant effect on HR competence and innovation performance. Meanwhile, absorptive capabilities have a significant effect on HR competence, but do not have a significant effect on innovation performance. Furthermore, innovative capabilities have a significant effect on innovation performance, but do not have a significant effect on HR competence. HR competency is only an intervening variable between the effect of adaptive capabilities and absorptive capabilities on innovation performance.   Keywords : Dynamic Capability, Human Resource Competence, Innovation Performance, Halal Industry, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

To improve employee performance, every organization needs to pay attention to the job satisfaction of its employees. One of the factors that can affect employee job satisfaction is the environmental conditions in the place where he works, both physical and non-physical. This study aims to analyze the effect of the physical work environment on job satisfaction of PD Sahang Mas employees. The population in this study were all employees of PD Sahang Mas, totaling 33 employees. With saturated sampling technique, the number of samples used in this study amounted to 33 employees. The data collection method used was questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The instrument test was carried out using validation and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of PD Sahang Mas employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance on employee performance, an empirical study of the hybrid working system for Telkomsel Regional Sumbagsel office employees. The data that used on this study are primary data, with 64 employees as a sample, using a simple random sampling technique. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with a simple regression analysis. The result of this study is work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. It is recommended for the company to provide support from both superiors and colleagues to employees in order to achieve a balance of work and personal life while doing hybrid working.
