Abstract

This research aims to know factor influencing production and to know the income of wet rice field farm operation in Dampelas Subdistrict Donggala Regency.  The type of this research is dectriptive.  Data collection has been conducted by survey and direct observation in the field.  Primary data have been collected from 41 respondents out of 411 population using simple random sampling method.  The results show that production factor, land area, seed quantity, Urea and Organic fertilizer quantity have a significant effect on the increase of rice production while the NPK fertilizer and  labor  has a non-significant  effect on increasing production. Farm income analysis results showed that the average farmer?s income once the harvest  is Rp. 13.534.891per 0,97 ha or Rp. 13.960.516/ha.

Abstract

Kecenderungan konsumsi teh dunia  pada masa depan tergantung pada perkembangan ekonomi dunia yang akan mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan pendapatan per kapita. Karena konsumsi teh lebih peka pada perubahan pendapatan di negara-negara dengan tingkat pendapatan rendah dari pada negara-negara maju. Namun, ada harapan bahwa konsumsi juga dapat bertambah di negara-negara berkembang, asumsinya melihat  proyeksi populasi penduduk yang rata-rata akan mengalami kenaikan kurang lebih 50 % pada tahun 2025. Oleh karena itu  tantangan perusahaan agribisnis  ke depan adalah merumuskan pemasaran strategik dengan jalan melakukan resegmentasi pasar, dan memilih pasar  potensial  sehingga dapat menciptakan customer value  yang lebih tinggi dari kompetitor negara lain, sehingga  memiliki superior yang pada akhirnya menciptakan keunggulan bersaing dan keunggulan positioning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial influence of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on customer satisfaction (Y) in Garuda Airlines agent in Palu City. The type of research is descriptive-causal. Sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The results show that the dimensions of service quality consisting of physical evidence, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction of buying tickets at Garuda Airline service agents. Partially, all the dimension of service quality have significant influence on the customer satisfaction of buying tickets at The Garuda airline service agent in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara serempak dan parsial dari tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), empathy (X5) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) yang melakukan pembelian tiket pada agen jasa maskapai PT.Garuda Airlines di Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif kausal. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari Bukti Fisik, Empati, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, dan Jaminan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli tiket pada agen  jasa maskapai penerbangan PT. Garuda Airlines. Dimensi Bukti Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli tiket pada agen jasa maskapai penerbangan PT. Garuda Airlines. Dimensi Empati berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli tiket pada agen jasa maskapai penerbangan PT. Garuda Airlines. Dimensi Kehandalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli tiket pada agen jasa maskapai penerbangan PT. Garuda Airlines. Dimensi Daya Tanggap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli tiket pada agen jasa maskapai penerbangan PT. Garuda Airlines. Dimensi Jaminan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen membeli tiket pada agen jasa maskapai penerbangan PT. Garuda Airlines.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok tani dalam membudidayakan semangka di Desa Padang Tumbuo yang dihadiri sebanyak 40 orang peserta. Metode pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan tahapan 1) Pretest pengetahuan petani tentang pembudidayaan semangka, 2) memberikan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi tentang pembudidayaan tanaman semangka, 3) melakukan evaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok tani tentang pembudidayaan tanaman semangka. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam budidaya tanaman semangka pada kelompok tani mampu melakukannya dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari antusias masyarakat dalam mengikuti penyuluhan serta terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat sebesar 82,29%. Selain itu, hasil budidaya semangka yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani telah mencapai pada tahap pemanenan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa masyarakat Kelompok Tani Desa Padang Tumbuo berhasil dengan terampil membudidayakan tanaman semangka. Abstract:  This community service aims to improve the knowledge and skills of farmer groups in cultivating watermelon in Padang Tumbuo Village which was attended by 40 participants. The implementation method is carried out in stages: 1) Pretest farmer knowledge about watermelon cultivation, 2) provide counseling and demonstrations about watermelon cultivation, 3) evaluate the increase in knowledge and skills of farmer groups about watermelon cultivation. The results of this service show that in watermelon cultivation, farmer groups can do well. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community in participating in the counseling and an increase in public knowledge of 82.29%. In addition, the results of watermelon cultivation carried out by farmer groups have reached the harvesting stage. This proves that the people of the Padang Tumbuo Village Farmer Group have succeeded in skillfully cultivating watermelon plants.

Abstract

Corn is the second food source of food after rice. The use of corn for the food industry is highly developed and varied for the middle and upper industries such as the light food industry, corn oil, cornstarch, grits, margarine, sugar and so on. However, on a farmer or small business scale, corn is generally only sold as snacks or snacks. In an effort to increase the added value and implementation of corn, it is necessary to process corn into corn cracker products. This study discusses (1) Knowing the quality of taste, aroma, texture and crispness of pulut crackers based on young corn and old corn, (2) As a source of information for making quality corn crackers and (3)This research uses a descriptive method that compares two or more facts, with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method consisting of 2 processing of young corn crackers and old corn crackers, organoleptic tests conducted in 3 higher villages in Tojo Una-Una Regency and each village consists from 20 organoleptic test participants. Can be considered 60 organoleptic test participants. The results showed that there were more corn crackers than those who didn't. Organoleptic test of corn crackers that is produced is young corn crackers. Corn crackers on crispness parameters were stated to be the highest value of 48.16%, Color 39.3%, taste 36% and aroma 35%. Organoleptic test of the three villages which preferred corn crackers is Padang Tumbuo Village.

Abstract

In the administration of governance and development, a source of village financial income is needed, for this the organizational commitment of the village government towards the authority, duties and responsibilities of implementing village financial management is transparent and accountable. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of the competence of village officials, organizational commitment and community participation on success in village financial management. This type of research is a mixed method by combining qualitative and quantitative research with sampling techniques by saturated sampling. The number of respondents was 40 people. Analysis tools with SWOT analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the simultaneous probability of village officials, organizational commitment and community participation have a direction of significant influence on the success of village financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of village funds in community empowerment and find out the problems that exist so that it allows management of village funds is not going well. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the Phenomenology-Hermeneutics approach which is used to find the meaning and nature of the informant's experience. Buntongi Village, Ampana District, Tojo Una Una Regency is the object of this research activity with informants from the Village Head, Secretary, Village Treasurer, Head of Government, BPD and the community. The results showed that the management of village funds was recorded vertically to the sub-district head, so we conclude that the management of village funds especially the absorption of spending in the field of Community Empowerment has not been carried out properly.

Abstract

Problems in general are related to the development of IKM in Indonesia, one of which is related to the low human capital owned by IKM actors in managing their businesses, so that this service program aims to provide motivation, knowledge and skills for business management, specifically in Inventory Management and Financial Management in Indonesia. IKM in Plain Bulan, Tojo Unauna Regency. This goal is achieved through training methods by transferring knowledge, discussing and simulating cases. The target audience for IKM Services and IKM Agriculture in Sukamaju Village, Dataran Bulan, Tojo Unauna Regency is 25 people. Implementation time in June. With research outputs in the form of articles published in local journals, and activity documentation.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of customer value while simultan and partially on customer satisfaction by using  spring bed of Comforta in the Palu City. The independent variables used in this research are Functional Value (X1), Value For Money (X2), Social Value (X3), and Emotional Value (X4).  While the  dependent variable  is  Satisfaction  (Y).  The research method  used  in  this research  is descriptive  causal.  Sampling technique  using  Insidential  sampling  with  the  samples  of  100 respondents.  The  method   analysis  using  multiple  linear  regression. The  results  indicate  that simultaneously customer value consisting of functional value (X1), value for money (X2), social value (X3) and emotional value (X4) have significant effect to customer satisfaction by using Spring Bed of Comforta  in  Palu  City.  The  Partially  customer value  consisting  of  functional  value  (X1),  value  for money (X2), and emotional value (X4) have significant effect to customer satisfaction by using spring bed of Comforta in Palu City. While variable social value (X3) partially have no significant effect on customer satisfaction by using spring bed of Comforta in Palu City. Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  nilai pelanggan  baik  secara  simultan maupun  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan pelanggan  menggunakan spring  bed Comforta  Di  Kota  Palu. Variabel independen  yang  digunakan dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  Nilai Fungsional  (X1), Nilai Biaya/Value  For  Money (X2), Nilai  Sosial  (X3), dan  Nilai  Emosional  (X4).  Sedangkan  variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Menggunakan (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif  kausal.  Sampel  yang  digunakan  pada penelitian  ini  yaitu  sebanyak  100  responden dengan  bentuk pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan  teknik Insidential  sampling. Metode  analisis  data yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian ini  adalah metode  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda. Hasil  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan nilai pelanggan yang terdiri dari nilai fungsional (X1), nilai biaya/value for money (X2), nilai sosial(X3) dan nilai emosional (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan spring bed Comforta di Kota Palu. Secara parsial nilai pelanggan yang  terdiri  dari  nilai  fungsional  (X1),  nilai  biaya/ value for  money (X2), dan  nilai  emosional  (X4)berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan  pelanggan  menggunakan spring  bed merek Comforta  di Kota Palu. Sedangkan variabel nilai sosial (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan spring bed Comforta di Kota Palu.
