Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Persero East Bekasi Branch Office. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this research was 50 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using SPSS Versi 25. The results of this research show that (1) There is no correlation between Work Discipline and Employee Performance; (2) There is a correlation between work motivation and employee performance; (3) There is a correlation between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to research, test and assess the influence of the independent variables influencer reviews and product quality on the dependent variable interest in purchasing Skintific skincare products among female students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The sample for this research was 140 female students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and purposive sampling techniques. then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research prove that influencer reviews and product quality have a positive and significant effect on.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of product quality, service quality, and price on kebab purchasing decisions at Wathanku restaurants. Kebabs have become one of the popular culinary and in wide demand by the public. Factors such as product quality, service quality, and price are believed to have a significant role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The source of this research data is primary data in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires that have been distributed to 112 respondents. Data processing using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) analysis technique. Research findings show that product quality, service quality, and price together have a positive and significant influence on kebab purchasing decisions in Wathanku. Superior product quality provides a positive experience to consumers, while satisfactory service quality increases customer confidence. Competitive pricing factors are also an important aspect in shaping consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali is a type of UKM culinary business located in Bekasi City. This business was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and at that time only the company implemented a take away strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. This study uses a type of Quantitative research. The population of this study were customers / visitors of Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. The sample collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling approach method with the hair formula and a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results stated that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and then simultaneously product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research intends to examine how the problem of Employee Performance of PT Mitra Industrial Chrome Technology Tanggerang. On this occasion the researcher get information about how problems in employee performance in form of initial interviews with several employees who work at PT Mitra Industrial Chrome Technology. Industrial Chrome Technology. Based on the results of initial interviews with several employees who work at PT Mitra Industrial Chrome Teknologi Tanggerang that there are production employees who make mistakes in making parts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price discounts and consumer testimonials on purchasing decisions for Flimty Fiber products among Central Gym Galaxy members in Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 104 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are Flimty Fiber consumers. The results of this research show that the price discount variables and consumer testimonials partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

Pejorative language that all matters must be cash, although it is painful but very appropriate to describe the condition of public services in the era of regional autonomy which is still not optimal, including in the procurement of the State Civil Apparatus. The phenomenon of the still rampant sale and purchase of positions and trading of influence is very different from the demands and dynamics of society which lead to digitization of service administration and transparency. This gap creates opportunities for paid public services, including the appointment of high-ranking officials in government. The bureaucracy must be paid so that it runs and moves according to the wishes of the people. This all-paid condition greatly disrupts the course of bureaucratic reform which was proclaimed since 2004 with the main pillar of good & clean governance. The area for buying and selling positions is an area prone to corruption by regional heads. This study aims to find out, what causes the practice of buying and selling positions to be rampant? The results of the study show that the main cause of the rampant buying and selling of positions is because the employee selection process is carried out in a closed manner (non-meritocracy) and there is political intervention in the management of the State Civil Apparatus, for example in filling positions. family, and political relations.

Abstract

This research tries to analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation on performance mediated by motivation in online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City. This research was conducted using a quantitative design with 100 respondents from online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City. The accidental sampling technique with a minimum number of samples using the Lemeshow (1997) approach is an important part of this research. Statistical tools used to test data and draw conclusions from hypotheses using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study found that the work environment and compensation had no effect on performance. However, motivation has a direct influence on the performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers. Other findings found that the mediating role of motivation on the influence of the work environment and compensation proved to be influential and strengthened previous findings. This research also focuses on online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bekasi City as a buffer city and a metropolitan city. The theoretical framework and thinking as well as the research instruments in this research are improvements from previous research so that they have their own novelty.

Abstract

Penelitian literature review analisis perilaku dan kompetensi generasi Z di sebuah Perusahaan dalam mendukung keberlangsungan organisasi merupakan artikel literatur ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian literature ini diharapkan dapat membangun hipotesis mengenai pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan studi literatur. Data yang digunakan dalam pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini berasal dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini dan bersumber dari media online akademik seperti Jurnal Scopus Emerald, Sage, WoS, Jurnal Sinta, Publish or Perish, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar dan buku referensi digital. Hasil dari artikel literature review ini yaitu 1) Perilaku Generasi Z berperan dalam Mendukung Keberlangsungan Organisasi; dan 2) Kompetensi Generasi Z berperan dalam Mendukung Keberlangsungan Organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Social Media Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Bakso Sby di Bekasi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan atau Konsumen Bakso Sby di Bekasi Utara. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan Non- Probability Sampling. Puposive Sampling ialah metode pendekatan pengambilan sampel dengan rumus hair dan sampel sebanyak 120 Responden.. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, analisis data mengunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan social media marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
