Abstract

This research aims to research, test and assess the influence of the independent variables influencer reviews and product quality on the dependent variable interest in purchasing Skintific skincare products among female students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya. The sample for this research was 140 female students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires via Google Form and purposive sampling techniques. then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research prove that influencer reviews and product quality have a positive and significant effect on.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of product quality, service quality, and price on kebab purchasing decisions at Wathanku restaurants. Kebabs have become one of the popular culinary and in wide demand by the public. Factors such as product quality, service quality, and price are believed to have a significant role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The source of this research data is primary data in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires that have been distributed to 112 respondents. Data processing using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) analysis technique. Research findings show that product quality, service quality, and price together have a positive and significant influence on kebab purchasing decisions in Wathanku. Superior product quality provides a positive experience to consumers, while satisfactory service quality increases customer confidence. Competitive pricing factors are also an important aspect in shaping consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali is a type of UKM culinary business located in Bekasi City. This business was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and at that time only the company implemented a take away strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. This study uses a type of Quantitative research. The population of this study were customers / visitors of Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. The sample collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling approach method with the hair formula and a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results stated that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and then simultaneously product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business transformation in the digital era. AI has been widely used in various fields such as manufacturing, economy, education, services, finance, and marketing. This article reviews both the positive and negative impacts of AI, as well as the challenges and barriers in its implementation. Using qualitative research methods and case studies, this study identifies the benefits and advantages of AI and provides recommendations for companies in integrating AI into their business processes.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Environment, Workload, and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sun Hope Indonesia. This research aims to find out how much influence the work environment, workload and motivation have on employee performance which has an impact on PT. Sun Hope Indonesia This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sun Hope Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling, data collection through distributing questionnaires directly and via Google from to 60 respondents, with data processing using SPSS version 27. Data that met the requirements was obtained using validity and reliability tests and classic assumption tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t statistical test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and determatic test (R2). Based on the results of this research, it is stated that the Work Environment, Workload and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Sun Hope Indonesia. As well as the Work Environment variable partially having a positive and significant influence on employee performance and the Workload variable having a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, the Motivation Variable having a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Based on this, it can be concluded that it is proven that the work environment, work load and motivation have a positive influence on employee performance. Each and every level of Work Environment, Workload, and Motivation has a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation, Organizational Culture and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Ardisal Jasa Utama. The type of research used in this research is Quantitative Research. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample, namely 57 respondents. The data processing tool used in this research is SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the research, it shows that motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Ardisal Jasa Utama employees, organizational culture variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT.Ardisal Jasa Utama employees, discipline variables have an effect significant impact on the performance of PT Ardisal Jasa Utama employees. The research results also show that the variables of motivation, organizational culture and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Ardisal Jasa Utama employees.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera. This research aims to find out how much influence Leadership, Work Motivation and Workload have on Employee Performance which has an impact on PT. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera, located in Bekasi City. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling (Simple Random Sampling). Data were collected through distributing questionnaires directly and via google form to 110 respondents, with data processing using SPSS version 27. Data that met the requirements was obtained using validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t statistical test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R²). Based on the results of this research, it is stated that leadership, work motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Kurnia Berdikari Sejahtera. And the Leadership variable partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables, the Work Motivation variable partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and the Workload variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Based on this, it can be concluded that it is proven that leadership, work motivation and workload have a positive influence on employee performance. Each level of leadership, work motivation and workload has a very important role in employee performance results.

Abstract

Business plan adalah menjadi hal terpenting dalam menjalani usaha tentang strategi yang harus dilakukandalam mencapai kejayaan baik bisnis kecil, menengah dan besar. Bicara soal bisnis, bisnis tidak hanya sekedar melihat dari seberapa besar keuntungan yang kita punya, melainkan risiko juga perlu diperhatikan karena modal dari keberanian membuka bisnis adalah berani mengambil risiko. Oleh karena itu, penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penerapan business plan, pendekatan RBV, dan analisis SWOT pada fashion brand Haqqi309. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi business plan yang dilakukan pada usaha fashion brand Haqqi309, telah dirancang sejak awal pendirian bisnis hingga saat ini dandiimplementasikan melalui aspek keuangan, aspek produksi dan aspek pemasaran. Adanya penerapan business plan pada bisnis ini sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan pengembangan bisnis. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi tingkat penerapan business plan maka akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat potensi labayang akan diperoleh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya perencanaan dan strategi bisnis yang efektif bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Pelatihan mengenai value propositions, pembuatan rencana bisnis, dan strategi bisnis diidentifikasi sebagai kunci keberhasilan UMKM dalam bersaing. Implementasi business plan dianggap sebagai langkah krusial dalam pengembangan UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis. Faktor-faktor seperti strategi produk, kemampuan manajerial, dan diferensiasi usaha juga diakui sebagai elemen penting dalam pengembangan business plan UMKM. Penelitian menekankan perlunya mengatasi tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi UMKM dalam implementasi business plan guna memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis yang optimal.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang ketat, penerapan strategi business plan menjadi sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan mempertahankan eksistensinya di pasar. Business plan yang efektif mencakup analisis pasar, perencanaan pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, dan operasional yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi strategi efektif, menilai dampak business plan terhadap perilaku konsumen, dan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan strategi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial, inovasi berkala, pemilihan lokasi yang tepat, perluasan jaringan, dan pengutamaan pelayanan konsumen merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Penerapan business plan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, kesadaran merek, perubahan preferensi pembelian, serta adaptasi terhadap tren pasar. Faktor kualitas produk, manajemen yang efektif, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung inovasi, serta persaingan pasar, tren konsumen, dan regulasi pemerintah adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan strategi business plan.
