Abstract

Abstrak. Fenomena bullying semakin mudah dijumpai di banyak tempat, tak terkecuali di dalam lingkungan sekolah.Hal ini semakin memprihatinkan tatkala pihak-pihak yang idealnya bisa berperan penting untuk menanggulangi atau mencegah kemunculan fenomena bullying disekolah tampak tidak paham, tidak peduli, atau pun tidak mampu melakukan tindakan yang ideal. Program Psikoedukasi bullying pada guru diharapkan bisa menjadi salah satu cara yang efektif untuk memperbaiki kondisi yang ada. Penelitan ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan desain The one group pretest – posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 14 orang guru di salah satu SD Negeri di daerah Gunungpati Semarang. Materi program psikoedukasi bullying pada penelitian ini mencakup definisi dan prevalensi bullying di Indonesia, bentuk-bentuk bullying, karakteristik korban, karakteristik pelaku, dampak bullying, dan penanganan bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi bullying efektif untuk meningkatkan efikasi guru dalam menangani bullying (Z=-2,138;  p=0,033; p<0,05). Disarankan kegiatan psikoedukasi bullying semacam ini bisa dilaksanakan secara berkala dilokasi yang sama dan atau digandakan penyelenggaraannya di lokasi lain yang membutuhkan.Kata Kunci: bullying, program psikoedukasi, efikasi guru  Abstract.Bullyinghas become serious problem in school. Evidence from number of studies shows that teachers has no sufficient and effective skill in handling bullying. Teachers’ self – efficacy influences effective intervention in handling bullying. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of Bullying Psychoeducation Program to improve teachers’ self-efficacy in dealing with bullying. This research used quasi experimental design with the one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this research are 14 teachers in one of Elementary School in Gunungpati Semarang. The results showed that the Bullying Psychoeducation Program was effective to improve teachers’ self–efficacy in dealing with bullying (Z = -2.138; p = 0.033; p <0.05). It is suggested that such Bullying Psychoeducation Program can be carried out periodically at the same location and / or duplicated in other locations where needed.

Abstract

Abstrak. Rentetan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak silih berganti menjadi berita di berbagai media massa. Kekerasan tersebut dapat terjadi di berbagai tempat, termasuk di sekolah.Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan idealnya menjadi tempat yang aman untuk mengembangan berbagai ketrampilan dan nilai, serta bebas dari bermacam kekerasan. Oleh karenanya lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk memberiperhatian terhadap pengembangan nilai-nilai ideal dalam kehidupan. Lembaga pendidikan juga diharapkan mampu memberi kontribusi nyata dan bermakna dalam mendukung strategi pencegahan kekerasan.Dalam hal ini, salah satu upaya pemerintah terkait dengan optimalisasi fungsi lembaga pendidikan dalam mencegah kekerasan terhadap anak adalah melalui pengembangan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA). Pengembangan SRA ini membutuhkan kesadaran dan partisipasi guru sebagai agen pengembangan SRA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran violence awareness dan partisipasi guru terhadap pengembangan SRA pada guru sekolah dasar di Kota Semarang, serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara violence awareness dan partisipasi guru terhadap pengembangan SRA pada guru sekolah dasar di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional melibatkan 184 guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Semarang sebagai respondennya.  Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala violence awareness dan skala partisipasi guru terhadap pengembangan SRA. Dalam penelitian ini, data dianalisis menggunakan prinsip-prinsip statistic deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat violence awarenessberada pada kategori tinggi, partisipasi guru berada pada kategori tinggi serta ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara violence awareness dengan partisipasi guru dalam pengembangan sekolah ramah anak, Violence awareness memberikan kontribusi sebesar 7,8% pada partisipasi guru dalam pengembangan sekolah ramah anak. Kata Kunci :violence awareness, partisipasi guru terhadap pengembangan SRA, guru, sekolah dasar.  Abstract. A series of cases of violence against children alternately became news in various mass media. Violence can occur in various places, including at school. Schools as educational institutions should ideally be a safe place to develop a variety of skills and values, and free from various violence. Therefore educational institutions are required to pay attention to the development of ideal values in life. Educational institutions are also expected to be able to make real and meaningful contributions in supporting violence prevention strategies. In this case, one of the government's efforts related to the optimization of the function of educational institutions in preventing violence against children is through the development of Child-Friendly Schools (CFS). The development of CFS requires teacher awareness and participation as agents of CFS development. This study aims to describe violence awareness and teacher participation in the development of CFS on elementary school teachers in the city of Semarang, and to determine whether there is a relationship between violence awareness and teacher participation in the development of CFS on elementary school teachers in Semarang City. This research is a correlational study involving 184 elementary school teachers in Semarang City as the respondents. The measuring instrument used was the scale of violence awareness and the scale of teacher participation in the development of CFS. In this study, data were analyzed using descriptive statistical principles and regression analysis. The results showed that the level of violence awareness was in the high category, teacher participation was in the high category and there was a significant positive relationship between violence awareness and teacher participation in the development of CFS. Violence awareness contributed 7.8% to teacher participation in school development of CFS.

Abstract

Meningkatnya angka pengangguran dari tahun ke tahun selain karena terbatasnya jumlah lowongan kerja, juga karena tidak atau belum siapnya individu memasuki dunia kerja. Gambaran kesiapan individu untuk mencari kerja dikenal dengan istilah teknisdalam frase “job search readiness” (kesiapan mencari kerja). Salah satu faktor yangmempengaruhi kesiapan dalam mencari kerja adalah perencanaan karir, dimana didalamnya terdapat self-efficacy. Sudut pandang psikologis meninjau bahwaketidakyakinan para mahasiswa tingkat akhir akan “bekal” yang telah dimiliki untukmemasuki dunia kerja ini dalam bahasan self efficacy, yang dipahami sebagai keyakinan akan kemampuan diri untuk mengatur dan melaksanakan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tugas tertentu (Bandura, 2007). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 165 mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skalaJob serach readiness (α=0.901) dan skala self-efficacy (α=0.898). Analisis hipotesisdalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Product moment. Data penelitian diolah dengan soft ware pengolah data statistik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan posistif antara self-efficacy dan job search readiness(r=0.683;p<0.05).The increase in unemployment from year to year other than because of the limited number of job vacancies, also because not or not ready for individuals to enter the workforce. The description of an individual's readiness to find work is known by the technical term in the phrase "job search readiness" (readiness to find work). One factor that influences readiness to look for work is career planning, in which there is self- efficacy. Psychological point of view reviewing that the final level of student's lack of confidence in the "stock" that has been owned to enter the world of work in the discussion of self efficacy, which is understood as confidence in the ability of self to organize and carry out the actions needed to complete certain tasks (Bandura, 2007) . This research is a quantitative correlational study. The research sample was 165 final year students. The instruments used in this research are the Job Search Readiness scale(α = 0.901) and the self-efficacy scale (α = 0.898). Hypothesis analysis in this studyuses the Product moment correlation. The research data is processed with statistical data processing software. Hypothesis test results indicate that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and job search readiness (r = 0.683; p <0.05).

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, unemployment increased to 9.77 million. Youth competition in the world of work will be more challenging if they do not have soft and hard skills. Teenagers who grow up in an environment with complex social problems such as Tikungbaru, where poverty, crime, and juvenile delinquency rates are high, actually need it. Teenagers need self-awareness to select the right career. The purpose of the research was to determine the "Hello, Me!" by searching for interests and talents to increase teenagers' self-awareness. The research method uses an experimental pre-post test design with teenagers aged 12-13 years in RW 08 Tikungbaru. The intervention is the "Hello, Me!" program in tracking interests and talents through CFIT and RMIB, self-awareness training, and group counselling. The data collection uses a self-awareness scale before and after the program. Data analysis used the Parametric Paired-Samples T-test. The results show that sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 0.05 means a significant difference in self-awareness in teenagers before and after the program. The conclusion is that "Hello, Me!" can increase teenagers' self-awareness in Tikungbaru. This research can provide literature references and program solutions to increase teenagers' self-awareness.

Abstract

Keluhan psikis semakin meningkat selama pandemic covid-19. Berbagai pihak semakin genjar memberikan layanan konseling secara daring. Hanya saja, tidak semua pihak memiliki keterampilan dasar konseling terutama secara daring yang mumpuni, salah satu pemberi layanan konseling gratis adalah komunitas kawan dengar. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pemberdayaan komunitas kawan dengar untuk mendapatkan keterampilan dasar konseling secara daring. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Analisis data menggunakan uji beda paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil pretes dibandingkan postes setelah perlakuan. Hasil tersebut menyajikan informasi baru di tengah minimnya hasil riset tentang keterampilan mikro dalam konseling secara daring sekaligus memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat yang mendapatkan layanan konseling daring melalui komunitas kawan dengar.Psychological complaints increased during the covid-19 pandemic. Various parties are increasingly active in providing online counseling services. It's just that, not all parties have basic counseling skills, especially those who are qualified, one of the free counseling service providers is a community of listeners. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community of listeners to gain basic counseling skills in a bold manner. The method used was experimental, using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design design. Data analysis using different test Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in pretest compared to posttest results after treatment. These results provide new information in the midst of the lack of research results on micro skills in counseling as well as providing benefits to people who get counseling services through the peer-to-peer community.

Abstract

Anak dengan gangguan pendengaran atau tuna rungu adalah mereka yang pendengarannya tidak berfungsi sehingga membutuhkan pelayanan pendidikan khusus. MILB YKTM Budi Asih Semarang merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang melayani pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Berbagai jenis anak berkebutuhan khusus diterima di sekolah tersebut, yaitu tuna daksa, tuna netra, tuna rungu, tuna wicara, dan tuna grahita. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah minimnya sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana yang dimiliki belum memadai untuk memberikan pelayanan pada anak berkebutuhan khusus, terutama bagi penyandang tuna rungu. Kondisi Mitra saat ini, belum memiliki sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas yang memadai. Pihak orang tua sendiri biasanya mengajarkan gerakan bibir dan bahasa isyarat sehari-hari yang dipahami antara anak dan orang tua. Hanya saja cara komunikasi tersebut belum tentu dipahami orang lain karena tidak menggunakan bahasa isyarat baku. Mitra juga belum mempunyai kerjasama dengan profesional untuk penanganan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus. Sehingga, Mitra dan Tim Program Pengabdian Masyarakat bersepakat untuk bersama-sama menangani permasalahan yang dihadapi Mitra tersebut melalui PPM “Sign Language Sustainable Development Pada Significant Others Penyandang Tuna Rungu Di MILB YKTM Budi Asih Semarang. Hasil program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keteraampilan berkomunikasi efektif yang signifikan p<0,05 pada significant others yang terlibat menjadi peserta program

Abstract

Victim’s reaction that appears on the face of threats from the perpetrators of bullying is not assertive. The frecuency of bullying can be reduced by increasing victim’s assertion. One of the interventions to reduce bullying frequency is by giving assertion training for victim’s bullying. Subjects of this research are 13 elementary students, 4th and 5th grades that has been identifed as the victims through the bullying victim’s questionnair. This research was conducted in a quasiexperiment with the amount subject to as many as 6 students for the experiments group and 7 students for the control group. Data analysis performed using Mann Whitney U Test to compare the frequency of the victim’s bullying between the experimental group and the control group after a given treatment. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in frequency of the victim’s bullying between experimental groups and control groups (z = -3,012, p= 0,003; p<0,05).

Abstract

The implementation of inclusive school policies is increasingly being carried out by various schools, especially public schools which are designated as pilot inclusive schools by the government. However, not all schools are ready to face various needs in implementing inclusive schools. One of them is SD N Sekaran 02 which still needs assistants and training for various teacher competencies in teaching inclusive schools. The activities to be carried out are training in the initial identification of children with special needs and training in the preparation of individual learning designs for children with special needs. The subjects in this study were 9 elementary school teachers. The research design uses one group design with pretest and post-test. The instruments used in this study were the teacher efficacy scale and the RPI knowledge test. Data analysis used Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis with statistical software JASP version 14.0. The results of the analysis showed that the inclusion policy implementation assistance program was effective in increasing teacher knowledge (p<0.05) and teacher efficacy (p<0.05).
