Abstract

This study was aimed to investigate the influence of Creativity Authentic Literacy Learning Model with development to increase student activity in PGMI. Students of 5th semester majoring in PGMI, Unipdu, Jombang, were subjected with the tested learning method. The study was conducted in September-November 2018 with experimental method. Students’ performance was assesed through cognitive tests, observation, and interviews. Results of this study indicate that Science learning with Creativity Authentic Literacy Learning skill of learning to improve students achievement. Overall Creativity Authentic Literacy Learning syntax implemented 100%. Student activity during learning activities show that students learn actively.

Abstract

AbstractIn Islamic economy, business and ethics should not be viewed as two contradictory things, because, a business which is a symbol of worldly affairs is also considered as an integral part of the things that are investment hereafter. That is, if the orientation of business and investment efforts Hereafter (intended as totality of worship and obedience to God), then the business itself must be in line with the moral rules that based on belief in the afterlife. Even in Islam, understanding the business itself is not limited to world affairs, but also covers all our activities worldwide, " commerce " (intended as worship) for profit or reward of the Hereafter. This statement explicitly referred to in one verse of the Qur´an. O those who believe. you I will show in a commercial (business) that can save you from a grievous punishment? That faith in God and His Prophet and strive in Allah with a soul and a guest. That´s better for you if ye but knew.Keywords: business and ethics AbstrakDalam ekonomi islam, bisnis dan etika tidak harus dipandang sebagai dua hal yang bertentangan, sebab, bisnis yang merupakan simbol dari urusan duniawi juga dianggap sebagai bagian integral dari hal-hal yang bersifat investasi akherat. Artinya, jika orientasi bisnis dan upaya investasi akhirat (diniatkan sebagai ibadah dan merupakam totalitas kepatuhan kepada Tuhan), maka bisnis dengan sendirinya harus sejalan dengan kaidah-kaidah moral yang berlandasan keimanan kepada akhirat. Bahkan dalam islam, pengertian bisnis itu sendiri tidak dibatasi urusan dunia, tetapi mencangkup pula seluruh kegiatan kita didunia yang “dibisniskan” (diniatkan sebagai ibadah) untuk meraih keuntungan atau pahala akhirat. Statemen ini secara tegas disebut dalam salah satu ayat Al-Qur’an. Wahai orang-orang yang beriman. Sukakah kamu aku tunjukkan pada suatu perniagaan (bisnis) yang dapat menyelamatkan kamu dari adzab pedih? Yaitu beriman kepada Allah dan Rosul-Nya dan berjihad dijalan Allah dengan jiwa dan bertamu. Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas model kepemimpinan kiai di pesantren dan implikasinya terhadap perkembangan pesantren tersebut. Dengan adanya kekuatan kiai, pesantren dapat menjadi model institusi pendidikan yang khas dan memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam mewadahi tanggung jawab untuk mendidik santri menguasai ilmu keagamaan dan sekaligus pengembangan masyarakat. Disebabkan keberadaan kiai, pesantren dapat menjadi institusi yang memiliki keunggulan, baik pada sisi keilmuan dan juga transmisi serta internalisasi moralitasnya. Keadaan pesantren yang memiliki kiai yang tidak kharismatik, misalnya, menjadikan pesantren kehilangan kepercayaan masyarakat termasuk kepercayaan alumni itu sendiri. Sehingga, alumni dan masyarakat tidak mau membantu pesantren baik dari segi pengelolaan maupun pendanaan, serta masyarakat menjadi ragu untuk menyerahkan pendidikan anaknya di lingkungan pesantren. Salah satu pesantren yang disinggung itu adalah Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan Brangkal Sooko Mojokerto. Berangkat dari itu, penelitian ini berupaya menjawab tiga pertanyaan mendasar: (1) bagaimana kepemimpinan kiai di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan? (2) bagaimana pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan? (3) bagaimana hubungan antara kepemimpinan kiai dengan perkembangan pondok pesantren Al-Ichsan?Abstract: This article discusses leadership models of the kiais (leaders of pesantrens or Muslim societies) in pesantrens (Islamic boarding schools) and its implications for the development of the pesantrens. By the power of kiais, pesantrens can be a model of unique educational institution that has its own uniqueness to accommodate a responsibility for santris’ education. They have to master Islamic sciences and serving societies at the same time. Due to the presence of kiais, schools can become an institution that has many advantages, both on the scientific side, and also the transmission and internalization of morality. The pesantrens which have kiais who are not charismatic, for example, make the pesantrens lose their public trust, including trust of the alumni of the pesantrens themselves. Thus, alumni and societies do not want to help the pesantrens in term of both management and funding, as well as the societies became hesitant to hand over their children’s education in the pesantrens. One of the pesantrens mentioned above is Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan Brangkal Sooko Mojokerto. This study means to answer three fundamental questions: (1) how is the leadership of the Kiais in Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan? (2) how is the development of Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan? (3) how is the relevancy between the Kiais’ leadership and the development of Pondok Pesantren Al-Ichsan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi  Kurikulum 2013  pada mata pelajaran jurusan Ilmu-ilmu Keagamaan PAI di  MAN Rejoso; (2) untuk mendeskripsikan problematika implementasi  Kurikulum 2013  pada mata pelajaran PAI  jurusan Ilmu-ilmu Keagamaan di  MAN Rejoso. Untuk mendeskripsikan sebab munculnya problematika dan solusi dari problematika implementasi  Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PAI jurusan Ilmu-ilmu Keagamaan di MAN Rejoso. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode diskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan analisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verivikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) implementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran PAI di MAN Rejoso berjalan dengan baik walaupun masih banyak kendala, namun kendala tersebut sedikit demi sedikit bisa diatasi; (2) problematika implementasi Kurikulum 2013 memang tidak sedikit baik problem internal maupun eksternal, hal ini terjadi karena masih minimnya informasi yang diperoleh tentang implementasi Kurikulum 2013 secara utuh.This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of the Curriculum 2013 for Religious subjects at the Islamic Education Department of MAN Rejoso; (2) describe the problematic implementation of the Curriculum 2013 for Religious subjects at the Islamic Education Department of MAN Rejoso. This research describes the problems and solutions for the problems in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 for Religious subjects at the Islamic Education Department of MAN Rejoso. The current research apllied qualitative approach with descriptive methods, that is observing subjects’ written or spoken words and behavior. The data collection was done by conducting interviews, observation, data reduction analysis, and data verification. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that: (1) the implementation of the curriculum 2013 on the Islamic Education subjects in MAN Rejoso has been going well although there are still many obstacles. These obstacles, however, can be overcome little by little; (2) the problems, both internal and external problems, in implementing the Curriculum 2013 were not insignificant because of the lack of information on the implementation of the Curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Madrasasah adalah salah satu wadah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang dikembangkan dan dituntut menawarkan program-programnya secara cerdas dan bermutu berdasarkan tuntutan zaman dan globalisasi yang semakin terbuka, sehingga keberadaan madrasah dapat menjadi fungsional dalam menjawab realitas keseharian, baik dalam konteks mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan khususnya bidang agama, menciptakan lapangan kerja atau dalam upaya membina sikap hidup yang kritis dinamis dan mandiri. Agak disesalkan, sistem pendidikan madrasah terbelit aktivitas rutin yang kurang cermat, ditandai dengan praktek pendidikan formal yang kurang menumbuhkan kreativitas, inovasi dan tanggung jawab, bahkan cenderung mananamkan sifat ketergantungan. Sedangkan kemandirian, kepekaan dan kepedulian sosial peserta didik kurang digali.Madrasah is one of the best places to improve the quality of education that is developed and demanded to offer good programs based on the development of modern times and globalization, so the existence of madrasah has a real function in facing the challenges of modern times, both in the context of science, technology and religion; can also create jobs and build a critical and independent attitude. Somewhat regrettably, the educational system of madrasah is tarnished by poorly routine activities, such as formal education practices that do not develop creativity, innovation and responsibility, and even tend to develop a dependency character. Independence, sensitivity and social awareness of the students are not well developed.

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and compensation for teacher performance in SMA Darul Ulum 2 Unggulan BPPT Jombang. The purpose of this research is: to know the influence of SMM 9001:2008 implementation to the teacher performance; to know the influence of the compensation for teacher performance; to find out the influence of the SMM ISO 9001:2008 implementation and the compensation simultaneously on the teacher performance. This is a correlational research with an expost facto approach. The population of this study are all teachers in SMA Darul Ulum 2 Unggulan BPPT Jombang that amounted to 92 people. The methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. Based on the research conducted, it was concluded that the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and the the compensation either apart or together are very closely related to the teacher performance in Darul Ulum 2 SMA Unggulan BPPT Jombang.

Abstract

This study was aimed to describe the efectivity of science integrated learning with immersed model to increase student responses in PGMI. Students of 4th semester majoring in PGMI Unipdu Jombang, were subjected with the tested learning method. The study was conducted in February-June 2018 with experimental method. Students’ performance was assesed through cognitive tests, observation, and interviews. Results of this study indicate that science integrated learning with immersed model to improve students responses. Student responses to science integrated learning with immersed model is positive.

Abstract

This research set out of an existing view of Indonesian people that Islamic education has lower interest than public school. This phenomenon reveals question to be answered that why it happened. Perhaps it was caused by the elevation of Islamic education problems such as management crisis. It is common knowledge that Islamic education still uses traditional management. Thus, it inspires the writer to carry out the research about Islamic education management based on KH Muh As’ad’s point of view. It aims to describe Islamic management education paradigm and Islamic leaders thinking on the education; to explain Islamic management education based on KH Muh As’ad Umar Point of view; to prove the superiority Islamic education management of Kh. Muh. As’ad Umar. This research applied qualitative approach with observation method, interview, and documentation such as classical book, journal and Islamic leader opinion. While, the secondary data were article, magazine and writing which discuss about Islamic education management. It applied also empirical approach to specify the research into case study. The case study is an attempt conducted intensively, detailed and in-depth on a particular object. Research results show that organization management of Kiai As’ad held collectively, the rights and obligations are the same but the duties and authority vary according to their field; KH Asad Umar has been acted as innovator, motivator, communicator, and the mover of developing Islamic institution; KH Asad Umar has the ability to communicate and implement the vision well and right and enable to succeed manager role in creating a commitment to the values of Islam in education management. A recommendation from a this research is how educators, Islamic educational institutions headmaster and all education practitioners are able to further enhance the knowledge of Islamic education management, including the management of education based on Islam.
