Diperoleh pendapat bahwa dalam jangka panjang terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pembangunan ekonomi dengan kemampuan masyrakat dalam menopang representative government. Kecendrungan munculnya pemerintahan yang otoriter di negara-negara sedang berkembang disebabkan oleh karena pemerintah negara-negara tersebut harus menjaga dua kepentingan ekonomi, yakni kepentingan ekonomi dalam negeri dari kemungkinan rongrongan politik rakyat yang merasa kurang memperoleh kesempatan yang sama untuk menikmati hasil-hasil pembangunan.

There is something wrong in our education system. Our education do not give chance to appreciate and learn culture. Education on culture is done more on cognitive aspect; students are taught names both local and national cultures, folk dances, folk songs, and various traditions from many places in Indonesia without comprehending the real meaning of the culture itself. Furthermore, people are actually the culture legal owner. If this understanding is strong enough, claims on our cultures by another country will never happen. The most important is how to establish and teach people so that they have sense of belonging to their own cultures. So, it is time for central and local governments facilitate public?s participation in national culture affirmation.

Education in Indonesia seems not providing better future for students because the recent policy in education tends to lead on capitalization of higher education through PT BHMN. The autonomy issue is perceived to make the cost of education higher. However, UUD 1945 allows the 25% of national funds for education purpose for making the education reachable ofr every one.May party reject the policy of PT BHMN with the arguments that PT BHMN has changed the visions of education: education to enlighten people is no more achieved, only few parts of people can achieve it. It is assumed that capitalism plays role in this sociable and agricultural country.

Diskursus mengenai pencabutan Tap MPRS No.XXV/1996 harus diikuti dengan membuka cakrawala generasi muda terhadap berbagai ideologi yang ada, sehingga mereka dapat melakukan pemahaman tentang ideologi tersebut tidak dengan cara sembunyi-sembunyi termasuk memahami apa sebenarnya Marxisme, Leninisme, dan Komunisme, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan pemahaman atau pemahaman yang terpotong, oleh karena itu perlu perhatian serius dari pemerintah dalam menggagas pencabutan Tap MPRS tersebut.
