Seiring perkembangan, kebutuhan akan informasi memicu teknologi informasi membuat inovasi baru untuk perubahan yang lebih baik. Hampir semua bisnis, baik menengah maupun kecil, telah menggunakan teknologi untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya dengan berbagai cara termasuk dengan menggunakn media internet yaitu website. Pengguna internet di seluruh dunia semakin banyak, dan hal ini sangat menguntungkan dalam dunia bisnis. Perancangan website sebagai media promosi dan penjualan produk ini diterapkan pada Edene Sayangku Café & Bakery yang terletak di kota Pematangsiantar. Dengan perancangan website sebagai media promosi dan penjualan, diharapkan akan meningkatkan penjualan Edene Sayangku Café & Bakery.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh motivasi karyawan terhadap produktivitas di CV. Pelita Mas yang berada di Tambun Nabolon, Pematangsiantar. Produktivitas yang tinggi merupakan suatu keunggulan kompetitif dari sebuah usaha. Produktivitas yang tinggi akan tercapai bila terdapat motivasi yang tinggi dari sumber daya manusianya. Motivasi ini akan tercermin dari etos kerja dan itu akan mempengaruhi produktivitas perusahaan itu sendiri.Metode pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 55 orang responden, yang berasal dari karyawan CV. Pelita Mas. Data yang diperoleh dari 55 orang reponden tersebut dianalisa menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, untuk melihat pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas karyawan CV. Pelita Mas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas dengan total pengaruh sebesar 11,8 %. This research was conducted aiming to design a New Student Selection Decision Support System. To help the selection process for new student admissions at the Indonesian Business Polytechnic, a decision support system (SPK) was designed to help the data processing of prospective new students who register using the Weighted Product (WP) method. This Weighted Product method is done by using multiplication to link the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the weight of the attribute in question. The criteria used in this Decision Support System consist of: capacity, achievement, academic tests, age, and passing scores. From the sample of data examined, the ranking results were found to be the best value of prospective students with a value of 0.0841 and 0.0791.

The research aims to overcome the problem of managing customer data, room data, and transaction data manually at Hotel Fergael. The management of customer data, room data and transaction data that are processed manually, is overcome by building a Front Office Information System for hotel room reservations at Hotel Fergael. The results of the Front Office Information System research for hotel room reservations at the Fergael Hotel can be done quickly, effectively and efficiently at the receptionist's work time, making reports can also assist managers in seeing reservations that have or have occurred at the Fergael Hotel. The system is designed in the form of Visual Basic and uses a MySQL database. With this research, the receptionist can expedite the activities that run at the Fergael Hotel, especially room input, customer input, and room reservations that occur at the Fergael Hotel Pematangsiantar.

This study aims to create a Desktop Based Payroll Application for Conscious Pure English Course institutions. Payroll calculations on the company are carried out on a monthly basis, Payroll recording and reporting on the Pure Sadar English Language Course still uses the semi-computerized method of using Microsoft Excel which is considered not fulfilling in dealing with payroll problems because there are still frequent salary calculation errors. Considering that there are quite a lot of employee payroll transactions, a payroll application is designed, which is expected to be able to help companies achieve their goals effectively and efficiently.

This study aims to overcome the problem of selecting the best customer at Pematangsiantar Subur Graphic Printing. For the smooth running of the printing business, Subur Graphics maintains good relations with consumers by giving rewards to the best customers. In determining the best customer for graphic fertile printing, it is still done manually. To help overcome the problem of selecting the best customer, a decision support system is designed. Web-based decision support system built using the Weighted Product method. This decision support system uses criteria consisting of total shopping, payment method, length of subscription, payment status and total visits. The result of this research is a web-based decision support system with an output consisting of recommendations for the three best customers, namely the first best alternative Pd_Pphn with a vector value of V 0.085, the second best alternative GPIB Maranatha with a vector value of V 0.080, and the third best alternative SPTI_Ib_Mrni with a vector value of V 0.077. With a decision support system for determining the best customer using the weighted product method, Subur Graphic Printing can easily select the best customer.

Modified Union credo is a cooperative-type business entity owned by a group of people in a unifying bond, which agrees to invest their money (shares) so as to create joint capital with decent business results and for productive and welfare purposes. The role of cooperatives is very important in Indonesia, because cooperatives can increase the economic growth of Indonesian society. The loan administration information system (credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar is not yet effective, because it still uses a manual system so that data is easily lost and difficult to find, and the preparation of reports takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to build a system that makes it easier for staff to process data for CUM Caritas HKBP members and improve staff performance to be more efficient and minimize errors in data processing, especially in the loan administration (credit) section of CUM Caritas HKBP. In this research, in the process of collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and literature study and the method of system development to be used was the Prototype method. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use the MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of Loan Administration (Credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar.

This research was conducted to solve the problem of decision making to determine the feasibility of giving loans to CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The applicant's assessment includes an administrative assessment and the survey is still being conducted without using a computer-based decision support system. To simplify the decision making to determine the feasibility of giving the loan, a decision support system was designed using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of: Income, Dependent, Loan Size, Guarantee Value and Number of Installments. The results of the calculation of the case of this study that are eligible for a loan in order are NA2 with a value of 0.6390, NA1 with a value of 0.5737, the third is NA3 with a value of 0.5053, and the last is NA4 with a value of 0.3102. The results of this study can be concluded that the Topsis method can answer or resolve problems faced by CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar in determining creditworthiness.

This study aims to design and implement an application for recording web-based sales reports at Kita-Kita.Net using the prototype method. By using the prototype method, the design and implementation of applications can be faster and according to what the client / user application wants. Recording of sales reports at Kita-Kita.Net which still manually makes recording errors often occur, due to these errors also have an effect on work efficiency at Kita-Kita.Net. By designing this application can minimize errors that occur in recording sales reports, as well as improve work efficiency, both time efficiency and energy efficiency at Kita-Kita.Net.
