Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the method, textbook, human Resources or ustadz, and financing applied in TPQ under the auspices of LP Ma'arif in Garum District, Blitar. The research method used is qualitative. The results obtained are the methods used, namely Ottoman and CMSA. This TPQ uses the Ottoman method teaching book which can only be used by TPQ institutions that already have Ustadz worship from the Ustmani founder while the CMSA and Iqra' teaching books can be found in bookstores . Teachers of the Ottoman method must have attended training, and the CMSA method instructors can all teach as long as they can read to write the Qur’an. Funding for institutions that apply the Ottoman method costs more than those using the CMSA method.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of the needs analysis at MAN 1 Blitar. Researcher found several problems faced by students in the process of learning English. This study aims to determine the opinion of the validators, the response of teacher and students to the learning media that has been developed in the form of Video Dubbing Animation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model by Dick and Carry. The media that has been developed consists of two videos, one video to explain the material and one dubbing video as a student assignment. The material presented in this product is a narrative text focused on speaking skills. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and surveys. The instruments used are interview guidelines and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Based on the results of validation carried out by material experts and media expert, then the results of teacher and student responses, the percentage of results obtained were 80%, 94%, 86% and 66.7% with a total score of 81.7% where the score reached the criteria of "Very Good or Very Valid or Very Usable”. So, it can be concluded that the animation video dubbing learning media is very well used in the English learning process.

Abstract

Beton memiliki kuat tekan yang besar namun memiliki kuat tarik yang kecil dan bersifat getas. Kelemahan ini dapat dikurangi, salah satunya dengan menggunakan serat sebagai micro reinforcement. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dosis, aspek rasio, dan distribusi serat terhadap kuat lentur dan kuat tarik belah beton berserat baja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dilakukan di laboratorium. Benda uji beton serat yang digunakan berjumlah 54 buah. Benda uji kuat lentur menggunakan balok dengan ukuran 10 cm x 10 cm x 40 cm, sedangkan benda uji kuat tarik belah menggunakan silinder dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Jenis serat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah serat baja Dramix tipe RC 80/60 BN dan RC 65/35 BN. Dosis serat yang digunakan sebesar 20 kg/m3, 40 kg/m3, 60 kg/m3, dan 80 kg/m3. Beton diuji setelah berumur 28 hari. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan serat baja dengan berbagai dosis dapat meningkatkan kuat lentur dan kuat tarik belah. Peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada penggunaan dosis 80 kg/m3 yang mengalami peningkatan kuat lentur hingga 77,02% dan kuat tarik belah hingga 44,62%. Serat dengan aspek rasio besar memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik dalam hal kuat lentur dan kuat tarik belah dibandingkan serat dengan aspek rasio kecil. Kinerja beton serat juga dipengaruhi oleh distribusi serat dan jumlah serat di daerah retakan. Kinerja beton serat cenderung mengalami kenaikan seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah serat.

Abstract

Our country is a country that has countless natural resources. Educational institutions as a place to form a generation that is aware, and has the responsibility in producing reliable human resources, both physically and spiritually, for example the existence of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia is an educational institution that has a distinctive character in the formation of human character and has been able to save the nation This is from destruction, through the Santripreneur program it is expected to be able to change the santri polafikir which has been underdeveloped in the economic sector, business development in the small and medium industry sector (IKM) in the pesantren environment. Abstract

The onslaught of the Covid-19 pandemic has attacked all sectors of people's lives, including the education sector. Therefore, education managers are required to always respond swiftly by always thinking creatively and innovatively both in terms of systems and learning mechanisms in order to survive in the midst of a pandemic, including improving the competence of educators, especially in the field of digital literacy. This study aims to answer the question of how the madrasa principal's strategy is to improve the digital literacy skills of teachers during the covid-19 pandemic, how it is implemented and how to evaluate the madrasa principal's strategy. To achieve these objectives, this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research subjects were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, and Teachers. The object of this research is at MAN 1 Nganjuk. This study proves that the formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in improving the digital literacy skills of teachers during the covid-19 pandemic by providing assistance to madrasa e-learning applications and synergizing with fellow teachers, in its implementation, the madrasa head implements government regulations based on circulars by providing assistance and urges to pay close attention to the appropriateness of news or information properly and to provide flexibility for teachers to take part in workshops outside madrasa institutions. Meanwhile, strategy evaluation is carried out by intensifying supervision to determine the realization of behavior in the organization with the desired one through the monitoring menu and teacher performance assessment.

Abstract

Assistance in the design of administrative systems for room secretaries after extracting data about secretarial matters. In the social analysis it was found that in the management of the room there had never been guidance for the room secretary in a standard way, the coaching was limited to daily operations. If the administration in the room is not managed properly, then the management will not run optimally. This activity will solve problems regarding administration with the aim of providing direction, coaching and assistance to room secretaries of the Miftahul Mubtadiin ar Ridlo, al Hamami and an Nur Islamic Boarding School. Pesantren is a place of learning, including administrative activities. The santri room is also a community where management and professional organizational principles need to be applied. However, all training, socialization and administrative guidance from the lodge are only in the form of daily operations, not yet at the evaluation stage of how these activities are carried out properly so that the room secretary can work professionally with the principles of organizational administration, training is necessary so that they can carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Mitra yang didampingi dalam kegiatan bimbingan teknis adalah Guru SD di Kota Blitar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi masih banyak guru yang belum bisa menulis artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian berbasis sitasi online. Guru perlu mendapatkan bimtek agar dapat membuat artikel ilmiah berbasis sitasi online. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini yakni untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian berbasis online. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan yakni ceramah dan kegiatan diskusi. Sebelum dan setelah kegiataan bimtek dilakukan pre test dan post test untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel berbasis sitasi online. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut yakni tingkat pengetahuan guru meningkat 80% dalam mengetahui pembuatan artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian berbasis sitasi online. Adapun peningkatan tersebut dimulai dari sebelum kegiatan 10% dan setelah kegiatan menjadi 90%. Kegiatan bimtek ini akan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pelatihan agar guru terampil dalam membuat artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian berbasis sitasi online.
