Abstract

Pokdakan tanah berongga-sido urep merupakan salah satu pokdakan yang membudidayakan ikan lele. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengembangkan budidaya ikan lele dengan rekayasa teknologi bioflok autotrof. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 22 orang anggota kelompok. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh kelompok adalah kurangnya fasilitas teknologi peralatan yang mendukung aktifitas budidaya lele, manajemen kelembagaan, pemasaran dan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah participatory rural appraisal. Rincian kegiatan meliputi 1) Sosialisasi 2) Pelatihan, 3) Pendampingan serta 4) Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Bentuk kegiatan meliputi penyediaan mesin pakan, kolam bioflok autotrop, pelatihan formulasi pakan dan penguatan kelembagaan. Hasil evaluasi memperlihatkan peningkatan pengetahuan anggota kelompok dalam budidaya ikan lele. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan 17 orang (77,2 %) peserta memahami dengan baik seluruh materi pelatihan, sedangkan 5 orang ( 22,8) cukup memahami materi pelatihan. Tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan menunjukkan 19 orang (87%) sangat puas dengan pelatihan dan 3 orang ( 13% ) cukup puas dengan pelatihan ini. Pokdakan tanah berongga-sido urep mampu meningkatkan hasil produksi melalui teknologi bioflok autotrof dari 100 kg/1000 benih menjadi 120 kg/1000 benih, mempercepat masa panen dari 90 hari menjadi 75 hari, mampu mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap pemakaian pakan pabrikan dari 100 kg/siklus panen menjadi 85 kg/siklus panen serta teknologi kolam bioflok autotrof mampu mengurangi kerusakan struktur tanah

Abstract

The study aimed to determine how the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of Langsa Health BPJS employees. The population in this study were permanent employees at the Langsa Health BPJS, which numbered 31 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling using saturated sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression equations with the help of SPSS software carried out t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression obtained by the equation Y = 1,098 + 0,260X1 + 0,290X2. To prove the hypothesis partially carried out t test for each variable, where the organizational commitment variable obtained t sig <5% (0.03 <0.05) so that it can be stated that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. Job satisfaction variables obtained t sig <5% (0.04 <0.05) so that it can be stated that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. And to prove the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is carried out, so that F sig <5% (0.00 <0.05) can be stated that organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of BPJS employees in Langsa City. As well as the determination coefficient test results obtained by 33.4% organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of health workers BPJS Langsa City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Management simultaneously and partially on the Employee Performance of PT. Langsa Plantation Nusantara I. This research was conducted at the Head Office of PT. Langsa Perkebunan Nusantara I, the study was conducted for two months. 83 employees were surveyed randomly as respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the data analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 1,042 + 0,132X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,391X3. Furthermore, from the results of the analysis it is known that the value of t arithmetic is 1.665> t table 1.664 and the value of t sig. 0.041 <0.05, which means that the Knowledge Management variable influences employee performance variables. While for the Skill variable, the value of t arithmetic is 2.267> t table 1.664 and the value of t sig. 0.026 <0.05 which means that the Skill variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. And for the Attitude variable obtained t count value of 4.335> t table 1.664 and t value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that the attitude variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Management simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Langsa Perkebuanan Nusantara I where F count value is 25,477> 3,29.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) kebun bukit sentang desa securai kecamatan babalan kabupaten langkat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh dan ditetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 responden. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan melalui uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Dari analisis data diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 2,840 + 0,106X1 + 0,262X2 . Secara parsial (melalui analisis uji t) kedua varibel bebas yaitu kompensasi (0,514) dan motivasi kerja (0,113) tidak ada yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan (melalui uji F) kedua variabel bebas yaitu kompensasi dan motivasi kerja (0,113) berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) kebun bukit sentang desa securai kecamatan babalan kabupaten langkat. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) kebun bukit sentang desa securai kecamatan babalan kabupaten langkat sebesar 9,4%, dan sisanya sebesar 90,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti pengetahuan, teknis, ketergantungan terhadap orang lain, kebijakan, kemampuan karyawan, kehadiran, kepemimpinan, dan minat. Keywords: Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan program pengembangan produk unggulan daerah bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pokdakan tanah berongga sido urep sehingga mampu mensejahterakan masyarakat Desa Kebun Tanjung Seumantoh Aceh Tamiang. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui participatory action research berupa teknologi budidaya lele sistim bioflok autotrof kepada 22 anggota pokdakan tanah berongga sido urep melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu koordinasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui lembar post test menunjukkan bahwa 17 orang peserta (77,2 %) peserta memahami dengan baik seluruh materi pelatihan, sedangkan 5 orang peserta ( 22,8) cukup memahami seluruh materi pelatihan. Tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap pendampingan yang dilakukan  menunjukkan bahwa 19 orang peserta (86,3%) sangat puas dengan pelatihan yang diberikan dan 3 orang peserta ( 13,7% ) cukup puas dengan pelatihan ini. Hasil pendampingan yang dilakukan memperlihatkan bahwa keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh anggota pokdakan meningkat dari 25% menggunakan kolam konvensional menjadi 40% dengan menggunakan kolam bioflok autotrof sehingga kemandirian ekonomi bagi pokdakan tanah berongga sido urep dapat terwujudAbstract: The implementation of the regional prime product development program aims to increase the economic independence of pokdakan tanah berongga sido urep in order to be able to prosperous of village communities of Kebun Tanjung Seumantoh Aceh Tamiang district. The method used is through participatory action research in the form of autotrophic biofloc catfish cultivation technology to 22 members pokdakan tanah berongga sido urep through several stages, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The results of community service activities through post test sheets showed that 17 participants (77.2%) understood all the training materials well, while 5 participants (22.8) understood all the training materials well. The level of participant satisfaction with the mentoring carried out showed that 19 participants (86,3%) were very satisfied with the training provided and 3 participants (13,7%) were quite satisfied with this training. The results of the assistance provided that the benefits obtained by members increased from 25% using conventional pools up to 40% by using autotrophic biofloc pools that means economic independence for pokdakan tanah berongga sido urep can be realized

Abstract

The East Aceh Regency Community, Women's and Family Empowerment Agency (BPMPKS) through the field of women's empowerment currently has 21 productive business groups of poor women that have been running since 2010 until now. The productive business groups of these poor women have various types of business products that are run such as making cookies, presto milkfish, pandanus matting, grocery business, salted fish production, making organic fertilizers and others. One of the matting groups that has grown rapidly from the production side is the bungong chirih women's business group, which until now has more than 20 members. The results of the woven mat products provided are in great demand by the community because of the reliability quality can be proven. But from the marketing side it still needs further improvement to be able to develop. The current PKM activity is to provide e-marketing-based entrepreneurship training. This is because so far the marketing of the production of woven mats still revolves around the local scale. So with the entrepreneurship training, it is expected that the marketing scale can be broader and reach the five countries. Based on the results of this training, every member of the Chirih Bungon group has been able to use marketing media on line to market the matting products.
