<![CDATA[Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for patient registration service at RSUD Dr. M. Ashari Pemalang is in force since 2016. Oversight is carried out in the hospital registration section (outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department) but not documented. This study aims to analyze quality assurance by implementing a reward and punishment policy based on compliance level assessment of inpatient registration service officers in the SOP for patient registration. This research type is descriptive study. Data collected by observation and interview methods. Research subjects were 2 inpatient registration service officers and the Head of the Medical Record Unit. The object of the study was the Standard Operating Procedure for inpatient registration at RSUD Dr. M. Ashari Pemalang. Data analyze using univariate with percentage and content analyze. Research results are RSUD Dr. M. Ashari Pemalang does not have an SOP for Inpatient Registration Services for BPJS patients. Facilities and infrastructure at Inpatient Registration Services are sufficient, but bracelets for baby patients are only available in the emergency room. Another inadequate tool is MNH written manually using white paper. The reward given is only in the form of thank you. Punishment for officers who are not obedient is verbally reprimanded, given input and guidance.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia was the third country with the largest number of smokers in the world after China and India. The number of smokers in Indonesia tends to increase from the population of Indonesia. Factors that have an impact on cigarette consumption were cigarette prices, store displays, the Covid-19 pandemic, and excise tariffs. This research aims to examine the impact of cigarette prices, store displays, covid-19, and excise tariffs on cigarette consumption. This study used qualitative methods. This research was conducted from October 16 to November 13, 2020. Research instrument used in-depth interviews sheet and direct with participants. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analysed used Haase's adaptation of Colaizzi's phenomenological. Research data analysis used content analysis with software Atlas.ti. The research results showed that cigarette prices, store displays, covid-19, and excise tariffs have no impact on cigarette consumption.]]>

<![CDATA[During the Covid-19 epidemic, delays/cessation of vaccination services resulted in a drop in basic immunization coverage for children in Sumampir Village owing to restrictions on direct contact and parental concerns. It is thought that education about the Covid-19 vaccination is crucial in order to avoid new concerns in children's health. This service intends to improve health cadre engagement in Sumampir Village in order to achieve a high level of health. The service technique includes giving vaccinations and Covid-19-related materials and training. This program was successful in strengthening the knowledge and abilities of health personnel in the area of child vaccination. In addition, partners may use their interpersonal communication skills to help the community learn about vaccination and Covid-19 vaccines.]]>

<![CDATA[Online schools for students during the COVID-19 pandemic are solutions and challenges. This activity is the main reason to avoid the transmission of COVID-19 and efforts to avoid forming a new cluster in the university environment. Students are at risk of musculoskeletal disorders due to unergonomic posture during online schooling. Analyze musculoskeletal complaints experienced by students during school online. Respoden interpersonal variables with variables related to the duration of musculoskeletal ganges. The research design uses observational descriptive with cross sectional approach to connect between variables. Nordic Body Map (NBM) consists of 28 items of specific questions regarding the location of pain complaints with visual analoge scales (VAS) to determine the level of pain complaints. Respondents are students in Indonesia with a total of 148 respondents. Complaints of musculoskeletal pain right shoulder 17% respondents, left shoulder 16% respondents, waist and buttocks 15% respondents, under the neck 42 (14%) respondents. These results prove that the impact of online schooling on MSDs is true Age (0.02), smoking history (0.05), duration of exercise (0.01) and level of complaints (0.01) related to the length of complaints felt. The study managed to find parts of the body that have musculoskeletal disorders. Routine exercise and design of a comfortable place as long as it needs to be done to lower the risk of musculoskeletal pain]]>

<![CDATA[Every month, Ustman Bin Affan Islamic School Kindergarten manually records students' weight, height, and dental health. In addition, students do not yet understand the importance of keeping themselves clean after playing. The purpose of this program is to socialize the use of the student health check application for monitoring and educating students' health so they can maintain their health during a pandemic. During four sessions, socialization of the use of the kindergarten children' health check application, education on health protocols, and education on dental health and balanced nutrition was carried out. According to the program's results, teachers now have a 135% greater understanding of how to use the application. Based on the FGDs, students understood the application of health protocols, were able to take care of their teeth to prevent damage and had a balanced nutritional diet. All students dared to come forward to re-practice the steps of washing hands, brushing their teeth and choosing a balanced nutritional diet.]]>

<![CDATA[The limited information obtained by mothers is one of the obstacles in producing correct stunting information. This community service aims to increase mother literacy about stunting toddlers in the stunting locus village, Banyumas Regency using the brainstorming method. The stages of the program start from preparation, pre-test, giving material and post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed that mothers' knowledge about stunting increased by 37% compared to before assistance. Knowledge that has increased the most is about how to handle stunting in toddlers (79%). However, there is no increase in knowledge about how to vary food that is good for stunting toddlers. Stunting education assistance activities using the brainstorming method need to be carried out routinely for mothers of stunting toddlers to increase their knowledge and change the behavior in handling stunting in their toddlers so that the prevalence of stunting can decrease.]]>

<![CDATA[Upaya penanggulangan COVID-19 harus terus dilakukan secara masif dengan beberapa strategi mengingat pandemi COVID-19 yang berkepanjangan telah memberikan dampak besar bagi perekonomian dan kehidupan sosial. Tingkat kerentanan tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat yang meningkat diperlukan intervensi tidak hanya dari sisi penerapan protokol kesehatan namun juga diperlukan intervensi lain yang efektif untuk memutuskan mata rantai penularan penyakit melalui upaya Telemedicineasi dosis ketiga dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi kesehatan yaitu telemedicine. Implementasi telemedicine menjadi salah satu terobosan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di bidang kesehatan dan medis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Luaran yang diharapkan untuk tercapai adalah kader kesehatan mampu mengetahui dan menggali potensi diri dalam berkomunikasi interpersonal yang berguna saat menjadi fasilitator/mediator dalam memberikan edukasi tentang informasi dan manfaat telemedicine/telehealth di era Pandemi COVID ini kepada masyarakat menggunakan media audio visual berstandart nasional. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan terkait telemedicine/telehealth dan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya telekonsultasi medis mengalami peningkatan sebesar 55,49 setelah pelatihan.]]>

<![CDATA[Rekam medis elektronik wajib diterapkan di seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia sesuai dengan Permenkes no 24 tahun 2022. Dalam prosesnya, institusi pendidikan turut mengembangan sistem rekam medis elektronik dalam membekali mahasiswa sebelum terjun ke duia kerja. Sistem desain formulir elektronik dirancang untuk implementasi pembelajaran matakuliah manajemen dan desain formulir di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem desain formular elektronik. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala linkert yang diisi oleh mahasiswa D3 rekam medis dan informasi kesehatan sebagai pemakai sistem sebanyak 104 mahasiswa. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan analisis faktor untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang mempengaruhi usability dan user experience mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal usability faktor mudah diingat merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kepuasan kurang berpengaruh pada usability penggunaan sistem. Dalam hal user experience faktor daya tarik merupakan faktor utama mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem, sedangkan faktor kebaruan kurang berpengaruh pada user experience dalam penggunaan sistem. Untuk meningkatkan usability dan user experience mahasiswa maka sistem perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal kebaruan dan kepuasan dengan melakukan perbaikan agar sistem terlihat lebih menarik dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna.]]>

<![CDATA[The lack of health communication technology literacy in the elderly group affects the high mortality rate due to non-communicable diseases. Health communication and information technology media can be a medium for health workers and elderly participants such as telemedicine but there are still limitations in device use. This activity aimed to educate and socialize the concept of telemedicine applications to health workers and participants able to be independent in facilitating the community regarding health issues, especially the risk of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. The implementation focused on empowering participants in the Elderly Chronic Disease Management Program and health workers in Primary Health Care Facilities in Semarang Regency with sub-activities of Communication Techniques Training and Socialization of Prolanis Telemedicine Applications to Health Workers and Elderly Participants. The results of the service show that health workers who are responsible for Prolanis activities understand the importance of communication with participants through health digitization and data recording for participants through health technology media. Participants found this application useful for communication systems and data collection, and hope it will be further developed and re-socialized.]]>

<![CDATA[ Di Puskesmas Lerep petugas masih kurang mengetahui beberapa rumus dan tools dalam Ms. Office untuk mempermudah pekerjaannya dalam mengolah data kesehatan. Dirancang modul penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk mempermudah petugas dalam menjalankan tugasnya yang berisi General Komputer dan Basic Office, Ms. Excel Intermediate dan QGIS. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk sosialisasi penggunaan teknologi informasi pada petugas kesehatan dalam pengolahan data kesehatan di Puskesmas Lerep. Metodologi pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tindakan atau action research yang dilakukan pada petugas kesehatan. Materi penggunaan teknologi informasi berisi langkah mengatasi eror, membuat mail merge di Ms.Word, langkah praktek rumus & tools di Ms.Excel, dan dasar aplikasi QGIS. Petugas diberi kuesioner sebelum dan setelah pelatihan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan peserta kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan pengetahuan petugas keseahtan pada penggunaan teknologi informasi terjadi peningkatan sebesar 72%. Faktor peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada peningkatan penggunaan mail merge, dasar operasi QGIS dan pivot table. Berdasarkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan petugas kesehatan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengenalan teknologi informasi sangat bermanfaat bagi petugas kesehatan dalam mengolah data kesehatan.]]>
