Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the value of the price escalation of the work item for the Damage Control (Avalanche) Development Project for the Lawe Alas River Cliff, Southeast Aceh Regency. The result of the escalation calculation based on the contract value in the 13th month is Rp. 53,048.010,455, of the total contract value of Rp. 104,415,0005,000, or an escalated value of 50.80% of the contract price. Escalation calculation method used the formula contained in Presidential Decree no. 16 of 2018 article 37, with quantity data obtained from field measurements and stated in the final addendum terms and contracts. The component index is obtained from the relevant ministerial decree and the price index from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The calculation is done by looking at the progress and delays in the schedule. From the calculation, the Escalation Value obtained is Rp. 708,990,794 with a percentage of 1.34% of the escalation contract value, which is Rp. 53,048.010,455. The escalation percentage obtained at 1.34% was still able to offset the inflation that occurred at 1.28%.

Abstract

Cost Scheduling aims to shorten project completion time and look for optimal project schedules using direct, indirect and minimal total costs. This research was conducted on the rehabilitation project of the Lawe alas sub-district office in the Southeast Aceh sub-district. Least. This research was conducted to determine the suitability of physical work in the field with the planning schedule, to find out the optimum amount of time in the project and to know the comparison between the normal costs and costs after the project has accelerated. The calculation results show the normal project implementation time is 182 days with a normal charge of Rp. 160.151.592,33 by adding 1 hour additional working hours hence can speed up time as much as 12 days with additional cost equal to Rp. 2,564,736.09. By adding 2 hours additional hours working hours can accelerate as much as 23 days with an additional cost of Rp. 33.460.241,48. By adding 3 hours additional hours working hours can accelerate as much as 33 days with an additional charge of Rp. 64.355.746,88. By adding 4 hours additional hours working hours can accelerate as much as 42 days with an additional charge of Rp. 95.251.252,27..

Abstract

The rapid development of the Construction Industry is certainly followed by various impacts. These impacts include waste came from the construction industry. Construction contribute to one third of the world's total waste. This research was conducted to identify the materials that most often cause waste in construction work. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to construction companies, by looking at the characteristics and types of materials that were most frequently wasted. The results showed that the characteristics of construction companies are M1 subqualification (intermediate 1) with working experience more than 10 years. The material that most often wastefully  is cement with a value of 16%.

Abstract

Mesjid Baitul Makmur yang terletak di Kampung lampoeh keude kecamatan kuta baro aceh besar, merupakan masjid utama di kecamatan tersebut. Pada tahun 2021 direncanakan pembangunan menara masjid terletak di sisi kiri masjid dengan lokasi titik koordinat 5°31'53.94"N ;  95°23'16.31"E. untuk keperluan pembangunan tersebut dilakukan pengambilan data Sondir/Cone Penetration Test (CPT). Data yang digunakan yaitu penetrasi konus (qc), Jumlah Hambatan Pelekat (JLH), Fraction Ratio (FR). Kemudian hasil data yang telah diambil diolah untuk selanjutnya diklasifikasikan tanah dan jenis tanahnya. Selanjutnya untuk data qc dan JLH, digunakan untuk menentukan daya dukung tanah untuk tiang tunggal dan kelompok dengan diameter 400mm, panjang 7m dan asumsi gaya aksial yang terjadi 400 Ton. Dari hasil pengolahan data tanah diklasifikasikan lempung padat dan pada kedalaman 4 – 7m.Berdasarkan Daya dukung tanah untuk  kelompok tiang dengan 9 buah tiang adalah sebesar Qk = 433 Ton. Lebih besar dari beban aksial yang dirancanakan yaitu sebesar 400 Ton. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanah dilokasi yang akan dibangun menara masjid dapat menahan beban rencana hingga 400 Ton.

Abstract

Building of State Elementary Islamic School 8 in Banda Aceh City is planned to be constructed for 2-story building with round columns, aiming to get a safe calculation of the structure of round columns and to get a comparison of the estimated costs between round columns and square columns. The scope of this research is to calculate the building structure using the SAP 2000 application. The research process begins with data collection in the form of structural data, building plan drawings, and Budget Plan.  The calculation of the spherical column structure in the equation, the floor deviation limit is 12.411 mm < 87.5 mm. Based on the estimated cost between the round column and the square column, the cost is Rp. 180.340.013.34 (One Hundred Eighty Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Thirteen Rupiah) for round column. Rp. 222.512.998.00 (Two Hundred Twenty Two Million Five Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Rupiah) for square column.Keywords: Round Column, Square Column, Column Steel, Column Comparison, Cost.Gedung MIN 8 Kota Banda Aceh direncanakan 2 lantai dengan kolom berbentuk bulat, bertujuan untuk mendapatkan perhitungan struktur kolom bulat yang aman dan mendapatkan perbandingan estimasi biaya antara kolom bulat dengan kolom persegi. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah menghitung struktur bangunan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SAP 2000. Proses penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan data berupa data struktur, gambar bestek gedung, dan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). Perhitungan struktur kolom bulat pada persamaannya batasan simpangan lantai adalah 12,411 mm < 87,5 mm. Berdasarkan estimasi biaya antara kolom bulat dengan kolom persegi maka didapat biaya Rp. 180.340.013.34 (Seratus Delapan Puluh Juta Tiga Ratus Empat Puluh Ribu Tiga Belas Rupiah) untuk kolom bulat. Rp. 222.512.998.00 (Dua Ratus Dua Puluh Dua Juta Lima Ratus Dua Belas Ribu Sembilan Ratus Sembilan Puluh Delapan Rupiah) untuk kolom persegi.Kata Kunci: Kolom Bulat, Kolom Persegi, Pembesian Kolom, Perbandingan Kolom, Biaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted using the Critical Path Method (CPM) with the help of software in the form of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. The purpose of this study was to determine the critical path and the non-critical path and to determine the duration of the project after being calculated using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in the construction work of the isolation room at Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh City. Therefore, in this study, the authors conducted a study of project scheduling data for the Isolation Building Construction of the Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh City, where the overall scheduling used the Gantt Chart method. In this study, only RAB and S-curve data were needed. The results of the analysis using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method obtained a total duration of 151 days from the initial total duration of 161 days of work activities. The difference in decreasing day duration is 10 days or 0.94%. And found 23 jobs on the critical path from a total of 42 jobs. The total initial wage cost with a normal duration of 161 days is IDR 728,332,768.20 while the total cost with a duration after using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method is obtained 151 days with a total employee wage cost of IDR 683,094,708.06. Then there is a wage efficiency of 6.21% or Rp. 45,238,060.14 of the total cost of workers' wages of Rp. 728,332,768.20. In implementing a project, it is necessary to plan activities carefully to avoid delays in carrying out the project.

Abstract

Socialization activity was need to do by student at Desa Lawe Sagu Baru Aceh tenggara. Purpose of this activity to increase bonding and solidarity between student university and community. Beside that this activity was doing to increase awareness of student about hero service in wartime. Some activity was doing like painting wall, cutting grass, cleaning rubbish like plastic, bottle, can and fall leaves. With this social activity, student invite community to directly involve to maintain cleanliness dan take care Makan pahlawan which in Desa Lawe Sagu Baru Aceh Tenggara.
