Abstract

Futsal Rooftop BTM is a company engaged in the field of futsal field rental services in Bandung. The problem that occurs in management management is the number of complaints from customers due to the absence of an application to manage information regarding match schedules, prices, criticisms and suggestions. The Odoo application is a platform or a collection of business applications that can help companies become more. The Odoo application is applied to futsal field information using Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The purpose of this study is to implement CRM using the Odoo application as a futsal field management information system and to apply a CRM approach to improve relations between the company and consumers, so that customers can view match schedules through the Odoo application website. The system development methodology used is the prototype method. The results of the study allow customers to more easily find information about the futsal field and can see rental schedules without having to come to the field.Keywords: Odoo application; Information Systems; Customer Relationship Management (CRM); Prototype AbstrakFutsal Rooftop BTM adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyewaan lapangan futsal di Bandung.  Masalah yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan manajemen adalah banyaknya keluhan dari pelanggan karena tidak adanya aplikasi dalam mengelola informasi mengenai jadwal bertanding, harga, kritik dan saran. Aplikasi Odoo adalah suatu platform atau kumpulan aplikasi bisnis yang dapat membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih. Aplikasi Odoo diterapkan pada informasi lapang futsal dengan menggunakan Customer Realtionship Management (CRM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan CRM menggunakan aplikasi Odoo sebagai Sistem informasi pengelolaan lapangan futsal dan mengaplikasikan sebuah pendekatan CRM dalam meningkatkan relasi antara pihak perusahaan dengan konsumen, sehingga pelanggan dapat melihat jadwal bertanding melalui website aplikasi Odoo. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode prototype. Hasil Penelitian memungkinkan para pelanggan lebih mudah mengetahui informasi seputar lapang futsal serta dapat melihat jadwal penyewaan tanpa harus datang ke tempat lapangan.

Abstract

SMK AL-Farisi Leles is a private school in the Garut district. The activities in the processing of grades are still using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and then submitted to the homeroom teacher for inclusion in the report card of each student. This takes more time for the homeroom teacher to get the grades of each student subject because each teacher has a different schedule in the school. A website of information system design is a step taken to design a program using a website, which is a collection of several pages that are interconnected with other interconnected files to facilitate a process in an organization; in this case, we design a value-processing information system at SMKS Al-Farisi. It is known that some of the information needed to create a value processing information system is curriculum information, academy year, major, homeroom teacher, student, lesson, and the student's own grades. The value processing information system at SMK Al-Farisi Leles serves to facilitate the processing of grades, starting from the input process to making student value reports so that they can be managed effectively and efficiently. The design of this information system can streamline the time of the homeroom teacher in viewing student grade results without having to wait for Microsoft files from the teacher of each lesson. There is no need for a process of synchronizing grades by the homeroom teacher because the grades have been automatically caught by the system and can be accessed by students without limited space and time, so that students can see the value of learning outcomes anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan objek permasalahan bersama, pada era pandemi ini penggunaan otomasi sangat dibutuhkan, otomasi merupakan suatu sistem alat yang dapat meminimalisir segala bentuk pekerjaan agar menjadi lebih mudah dan praktis. sesuai pesanan, otomasi diterapkan pada penanganan sampah pintar berbasis Arduino Uno, yang disebut tempat sampah pintar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat tempat sampah pintar dengan mengaplikasikan sensor ultrasonik dan Arduino uno dalam menjaga kebersihan pengguna saat membuka tutup tempat sampah tanpa harus menyentuh permukaan tempat sampah. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Dengan temuan ini memungkinkan untuk membuka tutup sampah lebih mudah dan terhindar dari paparan virus covid-19.
