Abstract

Konsistensi desain sequence diagram dengan implementasi sering menjadi masalah dalam pembangunan perangkat lunak, penelitian ini akan menerapkan hasil reverse engineering sequence diagram dari aplikasi yang telah ada sebagai model dasar untuk membangun perangkat lunak sehingga konsistensi desain sequence diagram bisa dijaga. Dalam penelitian ini model sequence diagram tersebut dibangun dengan cara mengklasifikasikan interaksi antara pengguna dengan perangkat lunak di aplikasi basis data pada smartphone. Untuk membuat model UML Sequence Diagram, langkah pertama adalah memilih dataset berupa source code aplikasi contoh di Blackberry 10 dan kemudian memahami fungsional aplikasi tersebut. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan reverse engineering dari source code tersebut berdasarkan fitur yang telah didefinisikan sebelumnya. Lalu dilakukan pembangunan model UML sequence diagram berdasarkan kesamaan dan pengelompokan pola pada hasil reverse engineering. Langkah terakhir adalah melakukan evaluasi terhadap model UML sequence diagram dengan cara menggunakannya pada pembangunan aplikasi baru, mengukur tingkat konsistensi desain sequence diagram serta mengambil pengetahunan dari penerapan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, model sequence diagram yang didapatkan dari proses reverse engineering bisa menjaga konsistensi antara desain sequence diagram dengan implementasi pada pembangunan perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Most outsource security companies have not implemented information technology optimally. A company must implement information technology that is oriented to customers and stakeholders to be competitive. Outsourcing security companies need to apply a systematic approach for managing customer-oriented services. In this study, we implemented business relationship management based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to develop a service strategy, especially for an outsourced security company. There are 5 stages of activities carried out, namely identifying stakeholders, defining business outcomes, establishing strategic and funding requirements, defining business cases, and validating business activity patterns. Verification and revision of customer requirement analysis are performed to validate and evaluate the results. The result of implementing business relationship management is the recommendations of four IT services that suits the organization. The four IT service recommendations are websites, CRM services, monitoring services, and ordering services. Business case documents for each service have been created to identify business impacts and risks.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran boarding school dimana para siswa bertempat tinggal dan hidup menatu di lembaga pendidikan menyebabkan pengawasan orang tua terhadap perkembangan pembelajaran dan psikologi anak menjadi kurang. Parental Control systemadalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk menjalankan fungsi parental control, yaitu pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua. Parental Control system dapat dimasukkan pada perangkat mobile, seperti smartphone. Pengembangan Parental Control System dimulai dari tahap analisa dan perancangan sistem untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pengguna sistem. Dari hasil analisa Parental Control System dibagi menjadi subsistem-subsistem yang dapat menangani absensi siswa, penjadwalan, akademik siswa, pembayaran dan posting pengumuman ke orang tua siswa. Pada tahap perancangan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan perancangan basis data, perancangan use case, perancangan user interface dan perancangan arsitektur. Sistem ini dapat membantu orang tua mengawasi perkembangan pembelajaran anaknya dengan lebih mudah karena bisa diakses lewat smartphone setiap saat, kecepatan akses dan kelengkapan fitur

Abstract

Background: High number of complaints that have been filed about the performance of online taxi services has prompted research on customer satisfaction factor analysis. Substantial research has addressed customer satisfaction factors in online taxi services, but none of them investigated the satisfaction in using the mobile apps.Objective: This study aims to find out the level of customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction factors in the online taxi mobile app services.Methods: This study is quantitative in nature, using questionnaires and purposive sampling method. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Important-Performance Analysis (IPA) were used to determine the customer satisfaction factors, with the variables being route detection, connection, interaction, content, and service quality; as well as customer satisfaction, customer’s complaint, and customer loyalty. The data was processed using SPSS software.Results: The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction was 76.117% and fell into Cause of Concern category. This means that the system performance did not meet customer expectations. The results also showed that the best three factors in online taxi mobile apps are route detection, interaction, and content quality. Meanwhile, the factors that caused customer dissatisfaction were connection and service quality. The variables that led to satisfaction need to be maintained and the variables that did not were in Quadrant 1.Conclusion: The customer satisfaction was low so it is advisable that the companies immediately take an action to improve their performance and revise their strategic planning. In doing so, they must prioritize the attributes which have the biggest gap because these are the ones that will improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Testing using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) techniques is one of the practices of Agile software development. This technique composes a test-case based on a use case scenario, for web application acceptance tests.Objective:  In this study, we developed a tool to generate test case codes from BDD scenario definitions to help and facilitate practitioners to conduct testing.Methods: The generated test case code is made according to the codeception framework format so that it can be directly executed by the tester. The procedure is performed as follows:  map the correlation of the language used in BDD (gherkin language) and the code syntax of the test code in the codeception framework, designed the GUIs in such a way that users can easily transform the Use Case Scenario, built the tool so that it can generate test cases codes. Evaluation is done by gathering respondents; ask to run the application and gathering feedback from respondents.Results: This tool can generate a codeception test-case file based on the BDD scenario. Generated test cases can be directly used on codeception tools. The results of the evaluation show that the tools can help entry-level programmers in developing automated tests.Conclusion: The tool can help user especially entry-level programmers to generate BDD test-case and make easy for the users for testing the web applications.

Abstract

Background: Heartbeat playing the main roles in our life. With the heartbeat, the anxiety level can be known. Most of the heartbeat is used in the exercise. Heart rate measurement is unique and uncontrollable by any human being.Objective: This research aims to learn student’s actions by monitoring the heart rate. In this paper, we are measuring the student reaction and action in classroom can give impact on teacher’s way of delivery when in the teaching session. In monitoring, student’s behavior may give feedback whether the teaching session have positive or negative outcome.Methods: The method we use is K-Means algorithm. Firstly, we need to know the student’s normal heartbeat as benchmark. We used Hexiware for collecting data from students’ hear beat. We perform the classification where K is benchmark students’ heartbeat. K-Means algorithm performs classification of the heart rate measurement of students.Results: We did the testing for five students in different subjects. It shows that all students have anxiety during the testing and presentation. Its consistency because we tested 5 students with mixes activities in the classroom, where the student has quiz, presentation and only teaching.Conclusion: Heart rate during studying in the classroom can change the education world in improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer between student and teacher. This research may act as basic way in monitoring student behavior in the classroom. We have tested for 5 students. Three students have their anxiety in classroom during the exam, presentation, and question. Two students have normal rate during the seminar and lecturer. The drawback, Hexiware is capturing average of ten minutes and tested in different classes and students. In future, we need just measure one student for all the subjects and Hexiware need to configure in one minute.

Abstract

Background: Maintaining student motivation, involvement and consistency in a learning process is a challenge that must be faced by teachers / educators. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, this limits learning activities in online form. Teachers / educators need additional skills to be able to manage classes, deliver material and maintain student motivation. Objective: This community service aims to improve the skills of teachers / educators to provide interactive learning and evaluation media based on game learning. Methods: The methods used in this community service activity were training and focus group discussions. Furthermore, the participants prepared the Kahoot quiz material independently according to the subjects they were teaching them. Result: The result of this training activity is an increase in the skills of teachers / educators in mastering Kahoot, and an increase in teacher / educator understanding of the Kahoot material. This can be seen from the occasional increase of 15.97% after the training was completed. The training participants were satisfied with the implementation of the training as evidenced by filling out the feedback questionnaire, with a satisfaction score above 3.5 out of 4. Conclusion: This community service has a positive impact on skills and understanding related to the use of Kahoot for interactive learning and evaluation media.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially laundry services in Plosokandang, Tulungagung Regency. Their primary customers, college students, no longer use their services because of online teaching and learning. The use of social media digital marketing is one solution to promote products and services. Unfortunately, many MSMEs lack this skill. This community service project focuses on training and assisting MSMEs in designing digital marketing content and posting them on their official social media. Canva software was chosen as a tool for content creation because it is simple and quick to use, with minimal design capabilities. Canva offers ready-made templates, so users only need to add their own personal touches. Then, the content is shared on the official social media accounts (Instagram or Facebook Pages). Participants’ and partners’ knowledge and skills improved after following the training. The average increase in participant knowledge of Canva material is 18.62 points, while social media material is 10.79 points. These training and mentoring activities have a positive impact on skills and knowledge related to using Canva and social media for digital marketing. Another effect of digital marketing on social media is an increase in revenue turnover, customer numbers, customer reach, and market sectors.

Abstract

Poliklinik ‘Pemulung” merupakan poliklinik yang berdiri atas kerjasama YDSF (Yayasan Dana Sosial Al-Falah) dan BSMI (Bulan Sabit Merah Indonesia). Pokliklinik ini memberikan jasa dokter dan obat secara gratis kepada masyarakat pemulung di wilayah makam rangkah. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kurangnya penguasaan admin poliklinik pada proses inventarisasi. Admin poliklinik merupakan warga sekitar yang dibina secara otodidak oleh pihak dokter BSMI, sehingga pengetahuan dan wawasan beliau masih dirasa kurang. Beberapa proses yang tidak efektif diantaranya: proses pencatatan yang hanya dilakukan pada selembar kertas/ buku yang sering mengakibatkan ketidak-sinkronan antara data dengan aset, hilangnya aset karena peminjaman aset yang tidak dicatat, buku catatan aset rusak/ hilang sehingga aset harus didata ulang. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang meliputi pelatihan, pembinaan dan evaluasi untuk memantau keberhasilan kegiatan menggunakan metode observasi. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi proses inventarisasi yang benar dan optimal dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Inventaris Barang, pembuatan laporan sederhana dengan Microsoft Excel. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu peningkatan wawasan dan kompetensi admin poliklinik di bidang Inventaris Barang.
