Abstract

ABSTRACTInfrastructures development in Indonesia is experiencing a high increase. However, many construction failures were due to construction that was not following the predetermined quality. Data obtained from the Investigation of the PNK Technical Team in 2013 contained 5 cases of construction project failure handled by the authorities with a total loss of more than 5 billion to the state. The reality shows that many construction service businesses have names but do not have the supporting facilities. Therefore, data collection aims to analyze the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 application quality management system and its application constraints. Processing data use descriptive statistical analysis and using SPSS version 25 software. The data testing techniques used include validity, reliability, and descriptive hypothesis. The data was collected using a questionnaire method for construction employees in the Design Project for the Tanjung Barat Station Flats. This analysis indicates that the application of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system by taking into account all the points from clause 4 to clause 10 is 85.19% and is in the excellent category (80-100%). Factors that become obstacles in implementing ISO 9001: 2015 are due to the lack of socialization regarding the application of ISO 9001, documented information, and communication between project teams.Keywords : ISO 9001; ISO 9001:2015; Quality Management System.ABSTRAKPerkembangan infrastruktur di Indonesia sedang mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi. Tetapi, banyak ditemui kegagalan konstruksi yang disebabkan oleh pelaksanaan konstruksi yang tidak sesuai dengan kualitas yang sudah ditetapkan. Data yang diperoleh dari Investigasi Tim Teknis PNK pada tahun 2013 menunjukkan 5 kasus kegagalan proyek konstruksi yang ditangani pihak berwajib dengan nilai kerugian negara mencapai lebih dari 5 milyar. Kenyataan menunjukkan banyak usaha jasa konstruksi yang memiliki nama tetapi tidak memiliki fasilitas yang mendukung. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengambilan data yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan faktor kendala dalam penerapannya. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji hipotesis deskriptif dan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan hipotesis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuesioner terhadap karyawan konstruksi yang terlibat dalam Proyek Rancang Bangun Rumah Susun Stasiun Tanjung Barat. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dengan memperhatikan seluruh butir dari klausul 4 sampai klausul 10 adalah sebesar 85,19% dan masuk kategori sangat baik (80-100%). Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan ISO 9001:2015 adalah akibat kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai penerapan ISO 9001, informasi terdokumentasi, dan komunikasi antar tim proyek.Kata kunci : ISO 9001; ISO 9001:2015; Sistem Manajemen Mutu.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penambahan jumlah pasien Covid-19 semakin meningkat dalam lima bulan terakhir. Situasi ini membuat semua pihak melakukan berbagai upaya, termasuk rumah sakit dan kampus. Di Kota Depok, RSUD Kota Depok telah menjadi rumah sakit rujukan kasus Covid-19 sejak akhir Maret lalu dan kini menerima kembali pasien non-COVID-19. Hal tersebut menjadikan perlunya fasilitas penunjang kesehatan yang dibutuhkan untuk membantu penanganan pencegahan Covid-19. Prodi D4 Teknik Konstruksi Gedung Politeknik Negeri Jakarta melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menyediakan Tenda darurat dan Kipas Angin Blower. Untuk skrining pasien yang diduga Covid-19, digunakan tenda agar tidak bercampur dengan pasien lain. Sementara itu, kipas angin digunakan untuk menambah kenyamanan di dalam tenda. Penerapan teori Passive Cooling membuat ruangan tenda menjadi lebih sehat dan segar. Rumah Sakit ini memang membutuhkan fasilitas tambahan, dan mitra pengguna menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat.Abstract:  The addition of Covid-19 patients has been increasingly high in the past five months. This situation has made all parties do various efforts, including hospitals and campuses. In Depok City, Depok City Hospital has been the referral hospital for Covid-19 cases since the end of March and is now accepting non-COVID-19 patients again. It makes the need for health support facilities needed to help handle the prevention of Covid-19. The D4 Jakarta State Polytechnic Building Construction Engineering study program carries out community service activities by providing Emergency Tents and Blower Fans. For screening the patients suspected of having Covid-19, the tent used, so they do not mix with other patients. At the same time, a fan used to add comfort in the tent. Implementation of a Passive cooling theory makes the room of tent becoming healthier and fresh. This hospital did need additional facilities, and the user partners showed a high level of satisfaction with this community service activity

Abstract

Infrastructure development, according to the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of PUPR 2020-2024, is prioritized to support basic services, economic development, and urban development. The implementation of infrastructure development is strived to increase economic growth. However, non-compliance with quality standards is still a problem in infrastructure development. One of the quality standards that is often overlooked is the environmental management system to ensure environmental quality in construction projects. There is a need for environmental management on a project that runs according to the standards planned and the importance of implementing environmental management in the project. Therefore, a detailed study is needed in identifying and analyzing the implementation of the environmental management system and the constraints on its implementation in construction projects obtained by scientific questionnaire method and observation with contractor employees as internal parties and construction management consultant employees and owners as external parties in a construction project in Jakarta. The data were analyzed by using statistical tests with multiple linear regression, seeing its application in the field, and analyzing supporting documents. The clauses that are considered in the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system are clauses 4-10. The results of the analysis show that clause 5 is the clause with the highest application effect with a regression coefficient of 0.967. Factors that become obstacles and need special attention in this project are clauses 4, 6, and 10.

Abstract

Produktivitas pada bidang konstruksi adalah suatu hal fundamental yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja di industri konstruksi. Tingkat produktivitas berpengaruh tinggi terhadap jam kerja dan mampu menekan biaya produksi, terutama biaya tenaga kerja agar menjadi minimum. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan struktur atas oleh tenaga kerja, mendapatkan nilai produktivitas yang dimiliki tenaga kerja, dan menganalisis faktor dominan dari unsur produktivitas yang mempengaruhi tenaga kerja. Penelitian menggunakan observasi lapangan dan kuesioner yang melibatkan 30 responden dalam pengumpulan data. Pengolahan analisis dilakukan dengan perhitungan LUR dan uji ANOVA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa waktu penyelesaian yang dibutuhkan pekerja pada pekerjaan struktur atas lantai 13 tower A3 di proyek X adalah 13 hari. Tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja memiliki nilai rata-rata LUR sebesar 86,63%. Nilai produktivitas yang berada di atas 50% menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas ada di tingkat memuaskan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji ANOVA, lingkungan pekerjaan adalah faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi tenaga kerja.

Abstract

The suitability between expectations and reality of the quality of education students get during college affects students' perceptions of education quality in a study program. Information on the achievement of the implementation of main courses subjects and the teaching and learning process can be used as a basis for evaluating and mapping the gaps between the curriculum and the teaching and learning process with the required competencies. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of core subjects' learning outcomes in the D3 KS and D3 KG Pograms, Department of Civil Engineering PNJ. The method used in this research is the survey method, with purposive random sampling and descriptive analysis approach. Meanwhile, the performance and gap analysis use the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results denote that the students' perceptions of the learning outcomes of the main courses of the D3 KG and D3 KS Programs, Department of Civil Engineering PNJ showed promising results. The IPA analysis shows that six of the seven D3 KG Study Program main courses are in Quadrant II, and six of the eight D3 KS Program main courses are also in Quadrant II.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis pengaruh ketidakberaturan torsi terhadap struktur dengan menggunakan metode Force Based Design sebagai perencanaan gaya gempa. Penelitian dilakukan pada bangunan tidak beraturan tipe diskontinuitas diafragma pada lantai 3. Pemodelan pertama menggunakan struktur sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK) kemudian pemodelan kedua menggunakan struktur sistem ganda (dinding geser dan SRPMK). Hasil penelitian diperoleh gaya geser dasar gempa pada bangunan dengan struktur sistem ganda lebih besar 47% dibandingkan dengan struktur SRPMK. Pada kedua model bangunan, adanya opening plat lantai yang lebih dari 50% di lantai 3 mempengaruhi kekakuan kolom di lantai 4, sehingga simpangan di lantai 4 lebih besar daripada lantai lainnya. Adanya ketidakberaturan torsi mempengaruhi gaya dalam yang terjadi. Dari hasil uji independent T dan Mann Whitney U yang dilakukan pada gaya dalam balok dan kolom didapat bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan setelah penggunaan struktur sistem ganda.

Abstract

Shear walls' placement in specific positions could develop different structural responses to the building and affect the structure's strength to the received lateral loads. This research aims to find the variations in the shear walls' placement on the structure's response under the Direct Displacement Based Design (DDBD) method. The object of this research is the model of a 10-story reinforced concrete building located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Modelling of building structures is carried out in this study with four variations of shear wall placement. First, the walls are located at every building's corner. The shear wall is then positioned in the core of the building, where the apertures have shrunk. Then, the shear wall is located on the edge of the building. Last, the shear wall is located on the edge of the building. ANOVA method is used to analyze the significant difference, i.e., variations in the walls' placement. This research indicates the significant differences in the x-direction shear force and the y-direction moment The shear walls are suggested to be placed according to the building's condition and the earthquake ground site's class to produce an optimal structure to resist earthquake loads.

Abstract

Abstrak: Lingkungan di sekitar RT 04-05 RW 05, Kelurahan Beji Timur yang masih asri membuat banyak sampah dari tumbuhan, seperti sampah kayu/ranting/daun kering. Masyarakat di Kelurahan Beji Timur ini pada dasarnya sudah mengelola, merawat serta dan memelihara lingkungan. Namun upaya tersebut belum mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dalam pengelolaan sampahnya. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membuat instalasi pengolah cuka kayu agar sampah kayu/ranting/daun dapat terkelola dengan baik dan terciptanya lingkungan yang sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode melakukan persiapan terlebih dahulu, melakukan kunjungan survei terkait peninjauan lokasi lalu membuat tempat instalasi pengolahan cuka kayu dari sampah kayu/ranting/daun. Cuka kayu yang dihasilkan kemudian dikemas ke dalam kemasan botol, sehingga produk kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dapat berkesinambungan dan membantu memberdayakan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan mitra-mitra pengabdian yang terlibat, yaitu tim pengelola sampah dan penanggungjawab lingkungan di Kelurahan Beji Timur. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan instalasi pengolahan cuka kayu telah memberikan pengaruh dan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap persepsi warga akan penanganan sampah kayu/daun/ranting di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisa hipotesis yang dilakukan oleh Tim Abdimas dengan regresi linear sederhana setelah terselesaikannya pembuatan tempat instalasi pengolahan cuka kayu. Abstract:  The environment around RT 04-05 RW 05, East Beji Village, which is still beautiful, makes a lot of waste from plants, such as wood waste/branches / dry leaves. The community in East Beji Village has managed, maintained, and maintained the environment. However, these efforts have not yet received optimal results in waste management. The purpose of this community service is to make a wood vinegar processing installation so that wood waste/branches/leaves can be managed properly and create a healthy environment. Service activities are carried out by making preparations in advance, conducting survey visits related to site reviews, and then making a wood vinegar processing plant from wood waste/twigs/leaves. The wood vinegar produced is then packaged into bottles, so that the product of this Community Service activity can be sustainable and help empower the community. This activity is in collaboration with the service partners involved, namely the waste management team and environmentally responsible persons in East Beji Village. The results of the service show that the manufacture of wood vinegar processing plants has had a significant positive influence and impact on residents' perceptions of handling wood waste/leaves/twigs in the environment where they live. This can be seen from the results of hypothesis analysis carried out by the Abdimas Team with a simple linear regression after the completion of the manufacture of a wood vinegar processing plant.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of technology in construction projects produces a method known as Building Information Modelling (BIM). Common Data Environment (CDE) is one of the cloud technology adoption systems that can effectively convey various data information from several BIM softwares without having to download the softwares. Searching for accurate project information according to the latest version takes a long time if the document or information is not well structured. This study aims to analyze the application of CDE to the project in the design review and to determine the criteria that affect the success of the implementation of CDE in the design review and the biggest obstacles in the use of CDE. This research was conducted using a survey method which was distributed to representative respondents. The results showed that the implementation of CDE as a design review on the project was in accordance with CDE standards with an average respondent's level of achievement of 83.28%. The most influential criterion on the success of CDE implementation in the design review is data security. The biggest obstacles are in the form of lack of cooperation between CDE users, undisciplined use, and data that is not always updated.
