Abstract

Tanjung Gunung tourist area will be used as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for tourism. There are three main destinations, namely Tapak Antu Beach, Pan Semujur Beach, and Bukit Angsa Emas. The process of determining this tourism SEZ will have an impact on investment growth in Bangka Belitung. This condition is of course a driving force for investors to invest in developing tourist areas on Bangka Belitung Island. The need for tourist public transportation is important to support the smooth running of the program. With the existence of public transportation, tourist visits, both local and international, are expected to increase. This study aims to develop recommendations related to accessibility and the implementation of tourism transportation to the Tanjung Gunung tourist area. Research Methods while the analytical method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative to determine access and transportation services to tourist destinations. From the results of the survey in the field, transportation to the area is dominated by private vehicles. Based on the analysis of transportation needs, it can be concluded that the operating time of tourist public transportation (Bus) will be carried out from 09.00 to 19.00 WITA with an average bus speed of 40 km/hour. The bus travel time is 28.5 minutes with a headway of 15 minutes. The tourism bus fleet needs are based on a calculation of 4 fleets with a capacity of 30 people.

Abstract

The Department of Transportation in Surabaya City provides school bus services. Buses are designed to accommodate students departure to school. Bus routes are optimized to reach schools located on the main streets of Surabaya. There are 12 public / private junior high schools, 11 public / private senior high schools, and 8 public / private vocational high schools that are passed by the route. The number of buses available is 4 units with medium capacity. This bus has a route from Dukuh Menanggal Street to Prof. Dr. Moestopo Street. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with school bus services so that the school bus can be optimized for its facilities and services. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaire surveys. Comfort, security, convenience, trajectory, and vehicle are the service variables measured. The data obtained is then analyzed by the IPA method which results in 4 assessment quadrants. The results obtained from the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) obtained are 0.9157, where customer satisfaction is included in the criteria 0.80 - 1.00.Keywords: School Bus, Bus Service, Satisfaction Analysis

Abstract

To reduce the negative impacts of tin tailings, better management is needed by optimizing the utilization. One effort that can be done is by increasing its use as a building material in the form of concrete brick. The research area is located at the former mining location in Merawang District, Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This study aims to find out in detail about the compressive strength test and water absorption test of the concrete brick from the utilization of tin tailings taken from 6 locations of the former tin mine. The highest compressive strength test results obtained 59.87 kg/cm2 and the smallest absorption capacity of 3.67% in samples 4. From these data it can be seen that the brick from tin tailings can be used for building construction materials. The results of this study can provide information for the use of tin tailings as building construction materials in Merawang District, in supporting development programs as well as handling environmental problems. Untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari tailing timah, maka perlu pengelolaan yang lebih baik dengan memanfatkan kembali secara optimal. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kegunaannya sebagai bahan bangunan berupa batako. Daerah penelitian terletak pada lokasi bekas penambangan di Kecamatan Merawang, Kabupaten Bangka, Propinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini betujuan mengetahui secara detail mengenai uji kuat tekan dan uji daya serap air pada batako dari pemanfaatan tailing timah yang diambil dari 6 lokasi bekas tambang timah. Diperoleh hasil uji kuat tekan terbesar 59.87 kg/cm2 dan daya serap terkecil 3.67% pada sampel 4. Dari data tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa batako dari tailing timah bisa digunakan untuk bahan konstruksi bangunan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi untuk pemanfaatan tailing timah sebagai bahan konstruksi bangunan di Kecamatan Merawang, dalam mendukung program pembangunan sekaligus penanganan masalah lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Merawang, Kabupaten Bangka dengan sampel pasir hasil tailing timah sebagai bahan uji dalam mengaplikasikan penerapan dua instrument (alat) yaitu alat X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Portable dan X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Max/Portrace dalam mengetahui unsur mineral logam tanah jarang. Metode penelitian diawali dengan pencucian sampel pasir untuk menghilangkan kotoran yang menempel di butiran pasir lalu dilakukan pengeringan, pengecilan ukuran butir dari sampel pasir dengan Hardgrove Grindability Index (HGI) dan kemudian dilakukan pengayakan menggunakan Sieve Shaker dengan ukuran 60,80,120,200 dan –200 mesh. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengidetifikasi keberadaan logam tanha jarang menggunakan sampel pasir under size (-200mesh).  Hasil pengujian dari kedua alat tersebut dapat mengidentikasi unsur mineral sebanyak 44 mineral untuk X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Max/Portrace sedangkan alat X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Portable sebanyak 11 unsur mineral. Berdasarkan pengujian sampel pasir pada alat XRF Portable dan XRF Max/Portrace menunjukkan unsur mineral Sn teridentifikasi lebih banyak terutama pada SP-2 sebesar 3200 ppm. Uji XRF Max/Portrace lebih dominan mendeteksi mineral Sn sedangkan pada unsur mineral Ti lebih dominan teridentifikasi pada alat XRF Portable terutama pada sampel SP-2 sebesar 865 ppm. Penggunaan XRF Portable lebih efektif jika digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi awal keberadaan kandungan Sn yang terdapat pada sampel pasir. Kata-kata kunci: Tailing timah, XRF, logam tanah jarang

Abstract

Jada Bahrin is a village that is very different from other villages in Bangka Island which is famous for its tin mines. This village is famous for its plantations and agriculture. Because the location of the village is in the area of ​​plantations and agriculture, so many village officials or school administrators do not know or are unable to enter data into computers, both population data and write letters. Based on the situation analysis that has been explained, a problem that can be formulated in Jada Bahrin Village is the absence of training for the community to be able to use population applications and correspondence. With this training it is hoped that the village administration and the school can be better and easier to do archiving and data searching.

Abstract

The capital markets of the United States and Indonesia experienced stock market crashes in which stock prices fell sharply and several stock indexes were forced to close prematurely. This study aims to determine the effect of economic uncertainty on the market reaction when the COVID-19 outbreak hit Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with an event study approach. The time period starts from February to March 2020. The data is time series obtained from www.policyuncertainty.com to calculate the Economic Policy Uncertainty (EPU) Index as a measure of the economic uncertainty variable. Meanwhile, stock returns used the closing stock prices of JCI from February to March 2020 to measure volatility. The data were processed using the Unit Root Test- Augmented Dickey-Fuller to test the stationary and the ARCH/GARCH method to test the effect of the variable. The results show that EPU has no effect on stock volatility in Indonesia in the short term, but has an effect in the long term. This research contributes to the development of the event study literature in the behavior of investors in the capital market as a result of unpredictable events. As well as responses to policies formulated by stakeholders to address future economic uncertainties..
