<![CDATA[Findings from the previous studies of asset valuation models on the plantation commodities were still provided double-edged evidence. Hence, this study aimed to examine the best model for economic valuation on the Muntok White Pepper through the Stochastic Modelling Approach. South Bangka, West Bangka, and Belitung Regency were selected as the study locations. Study participants were pepper farmers in the white pepper cultivation central area in Bangka Belitung. Primary data of the price, income, cash-flow, and production cost of the pepper commodity collected through observation and interview sessions with the participants. These data provided information for the volume production, cultivated land area, production cost, and land maintenance. Multiple regression models enrolled to analyze the collected data. The best asset valuation model was selected by employing Akaike’s Information Criterion (AIC) dan Schwarz Information Criterion (SIC).Results revealed that the market price approach had provided the best model for the asset valuation of the Muntok White Pepper. <![CDATA[Program ini merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat dengan bermitra dengan masyarakat yang dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pemilik Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam industri pengolahan makanan hasil laut di Bangka Belitung. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pendampingan untuk mengimplementasi pencatatan keuangan melalui aplikasi berbasis teknologi android. Aplikasi yang digunakan merupakan aplikasi milik pemerintah yang dinamakan dengan Lamikro (Laporan Akuntansi Mikro). Pendampingan dilakukan selama satu hingga tiga bulan. Dalam jangka waktu tersebut, pemilik telah dapat membuat laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi ini secara mandiri.]]>

<![CDATA[Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bermitra dengan masyarakat dan bekerjasama dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Labuh Air Pandan Kecamatan Mendo Barat Kabupaten Bangka. Program ini terbagi menjadi dua kegiatan utama yakni pendampingan management skill dan penciptaan produk bernilai tambah. Pendampingan management skill merupakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi manajemen BUMDES agar dapat mengelola BUMDES secara professional dan terciptanya good corporate governance. Pendampingan terutama untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pengelolaan bisnis BUMDES.Program kedua merupakan program pelatihan bagi masyarakat terutama ibu rumah tangga yang menjadi salah satu bagian dari pengelola unit usaha BUMDES untuk mengolah ikan hasil tangkap yang tidak lolos pasar menjadi produk bernilai tambah. Program ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk hilir berupa produk snack ikan crispy dan kecap ikan sehingga memiliki nilai jual lebih tinggi. Hasil akhir program ini diharapkan membantu BUMDES menjadi lebih mandiri secara ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[Program kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan lamikro ini adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditujukan bagi pemilik UMKM Milenial. Lamikro merupakan sebuah aplikasi penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis web dan android yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM Republik Indonesia. Metode kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah dengan melakukan presentasi. Sasaran peserta kegiatan ini adalah pemilik UMKM milenial yakni pemilik UMKM generasi muda yang dicirikan dengan adanya kedekatan dengan teknologi. Kegiatan ini diikuti 17 pemilik UMKM generasi muda di Bangka Belitung. Mengingat masa pandemi, kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui platform meeting online dengan durasi kurang lebih 90 menit. Kegiatan ini dievaluasi dengan memberikan lembar feedback kepada peserta diakhir acara melalui google form. Hasil menunjukkan 80% peserta memahami materi yang disampaikan, meskipun tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan ini baru mencapai 70%. <![CDATA[This study is a follow-up study conducted by Zaki et al. (2014), who explored Islamic banks' ethical identity with financial performance. This study aims to identify the identity of Islamic banks in Asia against Shari'ah law and examine the relationship between EII and financial performance. The data used are financial data from 7 Islamic banks in Asia in 2016-2019. The study results show that the higher the EII value, the higher the Islamic bank supervision of sharia. Then the researcher describes the relationship between EII and financial performance as measured by using Return On Assets. The result is that there is no relationship between EII and financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to examine the importance of sustainability reporting for investment decision making by prospective investors using belief-action-outcome (BAO) theory. This study is a rational investor behavior study in deciding the use of their assets by explaining it using Rational Decision Making Model (RDMM) theory. This study used an online quasi-experimental approach. The respondents of this research were prospective individual investors who understand the use of financial statements to make investments. This research was conducted with two tests. First, test the construct of variables. Second, test the subject's behavior with experiments. As for the experiments carried out two steps namely first, the subjects were given a questionnaire without any sustainability reporting. Second, subjects were given a questionnaire with instructions to read sustainability reporting first. The expected outcome is that investors tend to choose to buy shares of companies that also attach sustainability reports compared to companies without sustainability reports. Investors also tend to be rational in making decisions. This result showed the importance of sustainability report in rational decision making.]]>

<![CDATA[The agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors in Bangka Belitung are the second largest contributor to gross regional domestic product (GRDP). At the same time, the manufacturing industry is the sector with the most significant contribution to GRDP. However, Labuh Air Pandan Village is not recorded as a contributor to local revenue, even though this village has the most significant agricultural land compared to other villages because the village products have not competed with other local products. After all, so far, they have been packaged in conventional forms. In addition, as an area directly adjacent to the Bangka Strait, this village has quite a lot of potential for marine products. However, the marine products obtained are only sold in raw commodities without further processing, such as finished products. This activity aims to provide socialization regarding fish processing and product packaging for farmer and fisherman groups in Labuhan Air Pandan Village. The method of this service activity is educative and demonstration by conducting socialization of making fish sauce and socializing product packaging. This activity lasted for one month in Labuh Air Pandan Village. Evaluation is done by providing feedback in the form of a list of questions related to understanding and interest in this activity. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that 80% of participants stated that they understood what was conveyed from the socialization of fishery product processing and agricultural product packaging]]>

<![CDATA[The capital markets of the United States and Indonesia experienced stock market crashes in which stock prices fell sharply and several stock indexes were forced to close prematurely. This study aims to determine the effect of economic uncertainty on the market reaction when the COVID-19 outbreak hit Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with an event study approach. The time period starts from February to March 2020. The data is time series obtained from www.policyuncertainty.com to calculate the Economic Policy Uncertainty (EPU) Index as a measure of the economic uncertainty variable. Meanwhile, stock returns used the closing stock prices of JCI from February to March 2020 to measure volatility. The data were processed using the Unit Root Test- Augmented Dickey-Fuller to test the stationary and the ARCH/GARCH method to test the effect of the variable. The results show that EPU has no effect on stock volatility in Indonesia in the short term, but has an effect in the long term. This research contributes to the development of the event study literature in the behavior of investors in the capital market as a result of unpredictable events. <![CDATA[Risk absorption and capital addition is a business strategy for business development in order to face intense competition in the banking industry. One of the Regional Development Banks in Indonesia is the Regional Development Bank of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung. Before making investment decisions, investors need information about company value by reading and analyzing financial reports. The higher the value of the company, the more favorable perceptions investors will have of the company so that in the end they have the confidence to invest. Information about company value is also important for companies to assess their performance. In general, financial performance is analyzed using financial ratios. This study uses a mixed approach which is complemented by financial statement analysis. Methods of data analysis using ARIMA least squares regression analysis and investment analysis. The results showed that it was concluded that the company is in a progressive position (Strength Opportunity) with the SWOT method. The results of the ARIMA Least Square regression analysis concluded that the ratios of NPL, NIM, LDR, CASA, CR and BOPO are strongly related to firm value. However, the variables that have the most influence on firm value are DER, CASA and CAR. The results of the investment analysis show that the rate of return on investment (ROCE) is 14.54 more than the capital provided, Payback Period is 1 year 8 months. While the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) calculation are positive, which means the project can be continued and has good prospects in the future, while the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) shows a project interest rate of 34.36% or greater than the discount rate by 14.25%.]]>

<![CDATA[The knowledge of young people in financial management must be better than that of the older generation. With the knowledge that is owned and the development of science and technology today there is no reason to make the young generation go bankrupt on campus. This study aims to see the effect of financial literacy and financial attitudes on financial management behavior in creating young people in Bangka Belitung. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The survey was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Bangka Belitung with a total of 169 respondents. The survey was conducted through distributing online questionnaires (google form) and multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that financial literacy and influence on financial management behavior. This shows that creating young people who have good financial literacy skills and a rational attitude in managing their finances in the future.]]>
