Abstract

The Helpdesk system is a system to facilitate the reporting of technological information damage. Helpdesk systems are already widely used or developed somewhere with a wide variety of technologies and systems. Monitoring system as a process to collect data from various sources and helpdesk as the implementer of the monitoring system is required to be active to monitor reports from users. The helpdesk is a center point where problems or issues are reported in a coordinated and coordinated manner. The helpdesk is a complementary part of a function, service, and is responsible for problem solving. This is one of the obstacles in the implementation of work is still found errors in the process of handling remote hands or trouble shoot reports daily, weekly and monthly. Because currently the data and problem handling reports are still manual so it is difficult to see the status of handling. Helpdesk design system at PT. TH Indoplantations is a system where to facilitate users or customers and the Helpdesk data center division in processing a technical problem that occurs in the data center or customer or user devices located in the data center PT. TH Indoplantations. Based on the concept and design of a web-based helpdesk system at PT. TH Indoplantations can help in dealing with interference that occurs in customer devices.

Abstract

The web has turned into an inseparable part of human existence in this computerized age. With the web, all the ideal data can be obtained effectively and quickly. However, the quality of the website needs to be evaluated to improve the information provided by the website. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of the website of the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School. Website quality analysis using the Webqual method is a measurement of website quality based on end user perceptions and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is a technique for identifying the quality measurement attributes of the product. Based on the results of the Webqual Index calculation on the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School website, it can be seen that the service interaction dimension gets the highest index value. While the information dimension (information) gets the lowest index value. Then the Importance Performance Analysis on the website there are several attributes that are in quadrant I which are the main priority for improving the quality of the website to increase user satisfaction, the information dimension is an indicator of timely information, relevant information. In the service interaction dimension, it is a safe indicator of personal information, feature facilities can be accessed properly, thus providing easy input or suggestions for the school.

Abstract

Bouquet Lampung adalah perusahan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pembuatan buket bunga diwilayah Kedaton, Bandar Lampung. Bouquet Lampung menyediakan berbagai macam produk buket seperti buket bunga, buket snack, buket balon, dan buket uang. Bouquet Lampung sendiri memiliki keunggulan yang dimana dapat memesan jenis buket sesuai keinginan pembeli. Dalam pemesanan dan penentuan keinginan jenis buket masih dilakukan melalui whatsapp, admin harus membalas chat dari pembeli untuk memastikan jenis dan produk buket yang dipesan. Namun karena pemesanan buket yang banyak maka dari itu tidak semua pembeli mendapatkan pelayanan dengan baik, banyaknya penentuan keinginan jenis buket dari pembeli membuat penjual kesulitan membalas pesanan satu persatu. Dengan adanya masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan sistem untuk memudahkan proses pemesanan pada Bouquet Lampung, dibutuhkan suatu rancangan aplikasi pemesanan buket. Sistem didukung dengan database yang akan membantu kinerja toko Bouquet Lampung yang lebih cepat, efektif dan efisien. Dari semua perancangan, penelitian melibatkan proses keterlibatan pengguna agar dapat dipahami dan digunakan oleh pengguna. Peneliti menggunakan metode user centered design (UCD) untuk mengatasi permasalahan ketidakmampuan pengguna ketika menggunakan sistem. Metode user centered design (UCD) melibatkan calon pengguna pada tahap awal pengembangan sehingga calon pengguna dapat memberikan masukan mengenai antarmuka sistem pemesanan.

Abstract

Pengembangan Kepribadian merupakan pembelajaran yang dapat mengendalikan diri sendiri, kecerdasan emosional, lingkungan tempat berkatifitas atau kerja, kondisi dan disiplin diri, kemampuan mengelola diri atau emosi, kemampuan menghadapi situasi yang dihadapi. Minat serta ketertarikan mahasiswa dalam mempelajari pengembangan kepribadian masih sangat rendah hal ini mengakibatkan pandangan mahasiswa terhadap materi tersebut sebagai hal yang menyulitkan diri mereka, tidak banyak juga mahasiswa yang hanya sekedar mempelajarinya tetapi tidak menerapkan dikehidupan sehari-hari. Hal tersebut yang menjadi permasalahan bagi pengajar Pengembangan Kepribadian dalam menarik perhatian mahasiswa supaya lebih tertarik dalam belajar Pengembangan Kepribadian. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut peneliti membangun aplikasi media pembelajaran yang menarik berupa game edukasi yang dapat meningkatkan citra diri serta minat belajar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran pengembangan kepribadian berbasis mobile. Aplikasi game edukasi pada pembelajaran pengembangan kepribadian layak digunakan hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan black-box testing yang mendapatkan nilai 100% untuk dosen ahli IT dan 100% untuk Mahasiswa. Tidak hanya itu game edukasi ini juga dapat meningkatkan citra diri serta minat belajar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Gangguan kontrol impuls merupakan penyakit gangguan mental yang berkaitan dengan kesulitan untuk mengontrol emosinya maupun perilakunya. Gangguan kontrol impuls dianggap berbahaya karena penderitanya akan menglami kondisi dengan suasana hati yang emosional mapupun mudah tersinggung. Orang yang mengidap gangguan kontrol impuls memerlukan terapi khusus dan penanganan oleh psikolog ataupun psikiater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Dempster-Shafer theory pada diagnosa penyakit psikologis gangguan kontrol impuls. Pendekatan Dempster-Shafer theory menitikberatkan pada proses pemberian tingkat keyakinan berdasarkan kombinasi antar bukti-bukti untuk memperkuat peluang. Sistem yang dikembangkan berbasis web agar memudahkan pasien atau pengguna untuk melakukan diagnosa. Sistem pakar yang dikembangkan dapat melakukan diagnosa berdasarkan gejala yang dialami oleh pengguna dan menghasilkan diagnosa serta penjelasan mengenai penyakit tersebut, penyebab dan cara penganannya. Hasil uji akurasi dengan membandingkan hasil diagnosis sistem pakar dengan seorang pakar, memperlihatkan nilai akurasi sebesar 85%. Ini artinya algoritma Dempster-Shafer dapat berjalan dengan baik pada kasus diagnosa penyakit psikologis gangguan kontrol impuls.

Abstract

Kelompok Ternak Bebek Ayem Bareng proses pemberian pakan yang digunakan saat ini masih bersifat manual, yatiu dengan menaruh pakan pada wadah penampung pakan yang disediakan di dalam kandang bebek. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala bagi peternak karena waktu pemberian pakan dlakukan 2 sampai 3 kali dalam sehari, karena akan memakan waktu dan biaya untuk menuju lokasi kandang bebek. Dengan adanya kendala yang dialami tersebut kemudian penulis mengusulkan untuk membuatkan prototipe sebuah alat yang dapat memberi pakan ternak bebek secara otomatis, terjadwal dan Jumlah pakan yang diberikan juga dapat diatur. Komponen yang digunakan pada alat adalah Arduino UNO, motor DC, Modul Bluetooth HC-06 dan lain-lain. Metode pengembanyan yg digunakan adalah Prototype Evolutioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe alat yang dapat memberi pakan ternak bebek secara otomatis. Dengan proses pemberian pakan yang berjalan otomatis dan terjadwal maka pemberian pakan akan teratur, tepat waktu dan jumlah pakan yang diberikan juga akan tepat dan konsisten. Proses pengaturan jadwal dan jumlah pakan dapat dilakukan menggunakan Smartphone Android yang dihubungkan dengan alat melalui koneksi Bluetooth. Manfaat lain dari pemberian pakan yang berjalan otomatis adalah waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh peternak untuk pemberian pakan ternak akan lebih sedikit.

Abstract

Abstract— In digitalization era, internet is at the center of all lines of community activity, just like the field of work. Currently, many platforms provide job vacancies, especially for freelancers. To obtain this information, users usually need to open several websites to find information about suitable job vacancies. Web scraping offers solution to overcome these problems. Based on research that has been done, the BeautifulSoup and Selenium libraries will be used to collect data. To search for data, vector space model method is used to find the level of data similarity between the query and the document. In exploring data, the average near-perfect recall value is 98%, while the average precision value is 56%. This is because data search uses three parameters, so the possibility of retrieving irrelevant data is more significant if the document contains a word in the user's query, even though the context does not match. Utilizing the Streamlit framework in Python can display the data processing results and help users navigate the web scraping process, data processing, and data search. This study aims to implement the web scraping method to retrieve data from freelance websites: Freelance, Project, and Sribulancer. By applying the vector space model method, users can search data from several websites without opening freelance websites one by one. Using data visualization in the form of a web application using the Streamlit framework, the web scraping results can also be processed to be presented in a more helpful form and save the user's time

Abstract

In the Ayem Bareng Duck Livestock Group, the process of feeding currently used is still manual, namely by placing feed in the feed storage container provided in the duck cage. This becomes an obstacle for farmers because the feeding time is done 2-3 times a day, because it will take time and cost to get to the location of the duck coop. With the obstacles experienced, the author proposes to make a Prototype of a tool that can feed ducks automatically, on a scheduled basis and the amount of feed given can also be regulated. The components used in the tool are Arduino UNO, DC motor, Bluetooth Module HC-06 and others. The delivery method used is Prototype Evolutioner. The result of this research is a Prototype tool that can feed ducks automatically. With a feeding process that runs automatically and on a scheduled basis, the feeding will be regular, timely and the amount of feed given will also be precise and consistent. The process of setting the schedule and number of feeds can be done using an Android smartphone that is connected to the device via a Bluetooth connection. Another benefit of automatic feeding is that the time and costs incurred by farmers for feeding livestock will be less. The results of the research are tools that are able to feed automatically and on a scheduled basis.
