Abstract

This research aims at finding out the level of  household poverty and analyzing the factors influencing the household poverty. The data were analyzed by using headcount index analysis, poverty gap analysis, distribution revenue analysis, total revenue of household analysis, and regression analysis. The poverty level can be seen from the seriousness of poverty index, namely 1.72 which means the poor household expenses various with the acerage value 1.72. the distribution revenue at Soi village, west Marawola district, Sigi regency showed that the average value of household income in 2017 was 246.000, with the coefficient Gini Ratio 0.22 or in the low inequality category. The results of regression analysis showed that the coefficient of terminated (R2) was 0.472. the total of household income variable gave negative significant influence with the coefficient of elasticity -2.341 (p < 0,05), the number of elasticity 3.325 (p<0.05), the age of head of household variable gave negative variable of land ownership gave positive insignificant influence with the value 0.726 and dummy variable of educational status of household gave positive significant influence with the value 0.633.

Abstract

The research aims were to analyze the financial feasibility of ‘Tahu Mitra Cemangi’ industry and to calculate the industry return on invested capital (ROIC).  The research was conducted at Tatanga sub district of Palu in January – March 2016.  Data was analyzed using financial feasibility analysis with four indicators i.e. net present value (NPV), net benefit cost ration (Net B/C), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period (PP).  During 2012 – 2015, the industry had the NPV of IDR 1,272,519,155, the net B/C of 2.32, the IRR of 41.2%, and the PP of one year and two months.  These results suggest that the industry is feasible to operate. Keywords: Feasibility, and Financial.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine magnitude of farm income and the feasibility of rice plant in at Sidondo IV vilage district of sigi Biromaru. The surveys conducted by the deliberate way (purpossively), the number of farmer respondents in this study was 35 respondents out of 165 farmers who cultivate paddy rice. The analysis used in this study is an analysis of income and feasibility. The analysis showed the average rice production amounted to 1,146.11 kg and the average revenue that farmers have  Rp. 9,369,828.57/Ha, while the total cost of farmer respondents spend Rp. 3,539,798.57 /0.64 Ha and rice farming income in at Sidondo IV vilage district of Sigi Biromaru Rp. 5,830,030 /0.64 Ha. The analysis indicate Revenue Cost Ratio of paddy rice farming was obtained for 2.64. Accordingly, paddy rice farming in the Sidondo IV village is feasible with  R/C value > 1.Keywords : Feasibility, income, paddy rice farm.

Abstract

Simagaya village is one of rice production centers in Balaesang sub-district Donggala regency. Farmer in that village applied the system of direct seeds planting due to the high cost for labor. The determination of research location was purposive sampling because this village is one of rice production center. This research aims to identify the income of rice field farm by applying direct seeds plant method. This research was conducted on April to May 2017. The respondent determined by simple random sampling. The number of respondent was 32 out of 116 farmers. Analysis technique used is income analysis. The result of this research showed that the average production obtained on the land area of 0.72 Ha/PS is 1.235.93 Kg with selling price of Rp. 7000/Kg then the total income is Rp. 8.624.500 while the total cost is Rp. 4.319.037. It provides income of Rp. 4.308.463/0.72 Ha/PS in one planting season. Keywords : Income Analysis, Rice Paddy, Simagaya Village.

Abstract

This research aims to know the revenue obtained in the business of banana chips Palm sugar industry Flamboyant period of 3 months in order this businesses  reaches breakeven point, or in other words the venture suffered no loss or gain profit. The research was carried out on the industry's "flamboyant" TawaeliSubdistrict of the city of palu. Respondents were drawn from this research consists of 1 leader and 2 employees. The analysis used in the study is the analysis of the break-even Point. The results of the analysis of the breakeven industry "flamboyant" in July is reached at the time of the sales volume reached 391 packaging/150 gr with revenue of Rp.3,910,000,-and for the month of August reached breakeven at the time the sales volume reached 367 packaging/150 gr with revenue of Rp.3,670,000.-. In September reached breakeven at the time the sales volume reached 366packaging/150 gr with revenue of Rp.3,660,000 ,-. Key words: Cost, Breakeven, Revenue, Reception.

Abstract

This research aims to  find out the added value of Roa fish business become sauce at Sal-Han industry in Palu. The research was conducted on April 2017. Respondens were 5 employee and 1 leader selected. So that total respondens are 6 people. The research used primary and secondary data which were analyzed using Hayami method. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the production of Roa fish sauce at Sal-Han industry on April 2017 used 15 kg Roa fish produced 119.79 kg of Roa fish sauce and produced 726 bottles. The income from the sauce 5.411.460 with profit 41.837 or 93.35%. The added value of sauce production is influenced by the big of output, raw material price, and contribution of ather input.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that affect the demand for imported grapes of modern market  (case study at Hypermart of Palu). The study was conducted from August 2017 to October 2017. The respondents' determination was conducted using accidental sampling to select 30 respondents of  imported grape consumers. The Multiple Linear Regression was employed by using F (Simultant) test and t test (Partial). The F test results showed  that the value of F-count was 24.716>F-table (2,960) indicating that simulataneously all variables including age (X1), consumer income (X2), and imported grape price (X3 ) had significant effect on the demand of  the imported grapes. The result of t test indicated that the age (X1) and the imported grape (X3) partially  had significant effect on the imported grape demand with the significance value of less 5% whereas the consumer income (X2 ) had the significance value of greater than 5%, therefore, its effect was insignificant.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of food availability, food access and food utilization on food security in Sub Sigi Biromaru and analyze the relationship between food availability, food access and food utilization in District Sigi Biromaru. The method used was descriptive method survey to determine the location of intentionally (purposive), type of data used secondary data sourced Time series of profiles 6 villages in the subdistrict representative Sigi Biromaru represent districts of Sigi Biromaru. The analysis showed that the independent variables (Xi) jointly significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) levels of food insecurity Biromaru Sigi district area, this is indicated by the value of the F-count 3246.506> F-table sig 19.16. 2 tile Adstj2 0.000 R2 = 0.999 means a 99.9% value variation of the food security area (Y) can be explained by variable food availability (X1), food access (X2), and utilization of food (X3), and the remaining 0.1% described other models. Value variations in the level of food security region (Y) can be explained by variable food availability (X1), Access to food (X2), and Utilization of Food (X3), regression coefficient / elasticity of food availability (X1) = 0.103, Access to food (X2) = 0.942, Utilization of Food (X3) = 0.606. The results of the analysis of the relationship of food availability, food access and food utilization level of food security to the region shows the influence of both direct and indirect effect on food security in the sub district of Sigi Biromaru.

Abstract

The research intends to find out the factors that influence farming production of rice field in and to find out the income of farming production of rice filed in Dolago Village South Parigi District Parigi Moutong Regency. This Research used survey method and samples were taken through simple random method. The samples were 38 people. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 21 and Income Analysis. The research result showed that independent variables (X1-X5) simultaneously gave significant influence on the independent bariable (Y) the farming production of rice field. It can be seen from the value of F-Test 50,966 > F-Table 2,409. The results of t-test on five variables showed that partially, there were four variables that gave significant influence the farming production of rice field, they are land area, seeds, urea Fertilizer and labors. While Phonska fertilizer variable gave negative influence. The income of the farmers of rice farm in Dolago Village was IDR 18.316.637,-/1,08Ha/planting season or IDR 16.976.395,-/Ha/planting season.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the channels, margins, and efficiency of marketing. Baolan Subdistrict was chosen purposively because this area has the highest harvested area and production in Tolitoli District. The research sample was52 farmers and 4 traders consisting of two village traders, one Subdistrict traders, and one District trader.The analysis model used is the channel, margin, andefficiency of marketing. The results of the research show that there are three clove marketing channels in Baolan Subdistrict, Tolitoli District.The total marketing margin obtained on channel three is IDR. 4.903, while the total margin on channel one is IDR. 4.865 and the total margin on channel two are IDR. 4.353. The efficiency of clove marketing obtained on three marketing channelsis less than 0.01 percent, and the efficiencymarketing channel is channel three.
