Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini didasari dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta belum banyaknya diktat kapita selekta matematika SMA yang berbasis Geogebra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal dalam proses pengembangan Diktat Kapita Selekta Matematika SMA berupa analisis kebutuhan dan desain konseptual. Karena merupakan penelitian pengembangan maka metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian R n D dengan model Four-D. model Four-D ini terdiri dari Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate. Karena keterbatasan waktu dan dana model ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu Define: Need Assessment dan Design: Conceptual Design. Instrument yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, kuisoner, dan Tes. Lembar observasi digunakan agar dapat memberikan gambaran tentang analisis identifikasi kesenjangan, analisa performa, analisa hambatan dan sumber, identifikasi karakteristik siswa, identifikasi tujuan, dan menentukan permasalahan. Selain itu lembar observasi juga dibutuhkan dalam tahap desain konseptual untuk pemilihan media, pemilihan format, dan membuat rancangan awal. Kuisoner diberikan kepada ahli untuk uji ahli materi dan media dan kuisoner juga diberikan kepada mahasiswa sebagai respon atas pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Hasil analisis kebutuhan diperoleh beberapa kesenjangan, hambatan, ataupun tujuan untuk masa depan dari penelitian pengembangan ini, diantaranya adalah (1) Mahasiswa tidak terbiasa dengan software matematika sehingga ada kesulitan dalam mendapatkan cara untuk ilustrasi dari konsep yang ada di matematika, (2) Dari 16 materi yang ada pada mata pelajaran matematika, setelah dilakukan analisis kebutuhan maka diperoleh 10 materi yang akan menjadi bab dalam Diktat Kapita Selekta Matematika Atas berbasis Geogebra, (3) Desain konseptual yang diperoleh ada dalam lampiran rancangan awal dan format yang digunakan adalah format baku Diktat. Kata Kunci: Kapita Selekta, Analisis kebutuhan, Desain Konseptual, Matematika. Abstract This research is constituted with the development of information and communication technology and yet the number of high school math textbook of Capita Selecta using Geogebra. This research is early in the development process Dictates Capita Selecta Mathematical High School in the form of a needs analysis and conceptual design. Because of the development research method so in this research use R&D with Four-D models. Four-D models consists of Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Due to time constraints and funding, models is done in two stages: Define: Need Assessment and Design: Conceptual Design. The instrument will use the observation sheet, questionnaire, and test. Observation sheet used in order to provide an overview of the analytical identification of gaps, performance analysis, analysis of constraints and resources, identification of students' characteristics, the identification of objectives, and determine the problem. Besides, the observation sheet is also needed in the conceptual design phase for the selection of media, selection format, and make the initial draft. Questionnaire was given to experts to test materials experts and media. Then, the questionnaires are also given to students in response to the lessons. Meanwhile, Tests use to test the validity of test, so the matter will be given to Dictates Capita Selecta Mathematical High School. The result of need analysis is obtained some gaps, obstacles, or goals for the future of this research development, such as (1) Students are not familiar with mathematical software so there is difficulty in getting way to illustration from concept in mathematics, (2) after need analysis get 10 Material to Diktat “Kapita Selekta Matematika berbasis Geogebra,” (3) Conceptual design obtained in the appendix of the initial design and the format used is the standard format Diktat. Abstract

Abstract: The tendency to develop critical thinking skills has been carried out for a long time starting from the definition, indicators of mathematical critical thinking, and the practice of developing critical thinking. Critical thinking can be developed both individually and classically through learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze qualitatively the mathematical critical thinking process of SD Muhammadiyah Manyar students in terms of cognitive style. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis obtained students with FD cognitive style more than students with FI cognitive style. From the difference in numbers, it is in line with the analysis of the learning process where students need more teacher instruction in completing assignments. In addition, from the analysis of critical thinking aspects according to Facione (2013) of the 6 existing aspects there are 2 aspects that have not been achieved by students, namely explanation and self-regulation. Keywords: critical thinking skills, cognitive style, elementary school. Abstrak: Kecenderungan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis telah dilakukan sejak lama mulai dari definisi, indikator berpikir kritis matematis, dan praktik mengembangkan berpikir kritis. Berpikir kritis dapat dikembangkan baik secara individual maupun klasikal melalui pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif proses berpikir kritis matematis siswa SD Muhammadiyah Manyar ditinjau dari gaya kognitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis diperoleh siswa dengan gaya kognitif FD lebih banyak dibandingkan siswa dengan gaya kognitif FI. Dari selisih angka tersebut sejalan dengan analisis proses pembelajaran dimana siswa lebih membutuhkan arahan guru dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Selain itu dari analisis aspek berpikir kritis menurut Facione (2013) dari 6 aspek yang ada terdapat 2 aspek yang belum dicapai siswa yaitu eksplanasi dan regulasi diri.Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kritis, gaya  kognitif, sekolah dasar.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpmipa/v23i2.pp373-384

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the pandemic era, innovation is needed in thedevelopment of technology-based evaluation tools. One of them is the ispring suite 9. Evaluation tool isimportant because it can help the process of evaluating educators to find out information on theachievement of results during the learning process. In addition to learning outcomes, evaluation can alsodetermine the ability of students to understand concepts. One of them is a two tier multiple choiceevaluation test. Two tier multiple choice is a form of two-tier multiple choice evaluation test. The purposeof this study is to develop a learning evaluation tool that can find out students' understanding of conceptsand can be used online. The research and development model used is 4D. The research instruments usedwere interview sheets, validation sheets, test instruments, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniquesused qualitative and quantitative. The result of this study is a two-tier multiple choice based mathematicsevaluation tool using ispring suite 9 which is seen from: (1) the percentage of validation results frommedia experts is 90.5% and material experts is 96.5%, both of which fall into the very feasible category.(2) the quality of the items seen from the validity obtained 8 valid items with a reliability of 0.815.Judging from the level of difficulty, the percentage is 10% difficult, 80% moderate and 10% easy, thedistinguishing power is obtained 5 questions are included in the good category, 3 questions are quitegood, 1 question is very good, and 1 question is bad, and the effectiveness of the distractor has 9distractors who selected > 5% of all students. (3) The percentage of students 'conceptual understandingafter evaluating two tier multiple choices is 50.5%, which is in the sufficient category, and the results ofthe students' responses are 82% which is included in the very interesting category.

Abstract

Communication skill is an essential part in mathematics and mathematics education. Mathematics communication skill is students ability to convey ideas in solving mathematics problems both orally or written. The aim of this study is to determine students mathematics communication after the implementation of problem based learning model using Geogebra. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study are 32 students of class VII G at SMP Negeri 2 Cerme. This study uses test and interview methods to collect the data. Test method was used to determine skill of written mathematics communication and interview method was used to determine skill of orally mathematics communication. The results of this study reveals that students of class VII G at SMP Negeri 2 Cerme have mathematics communication skill high, medium, and low. The details are 12 of 32 students have high category mathematics communication skill, 14 of 32 students are in medium category, and 6 of 32 students are in low category.

Abstract

Implementation of this research was conducted in Oktober to Nopember 2020. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about student learning outcomes in the subject matter in the algebra class VIID SMPN 1 Margomulyo after using the method of giving gssignment model. The subject of this research is the students of class VIID SMPN 1 Margomulyo in odd semester of academic year 2020-2021 with the number of students 26 students consisting of 10 men and 16 women. This classroom action research is implemented in 3 cycles consisting of one meetings each. Data collection is done by using learning result test, observation, and student's response. Then the research analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. From the analysis results of third cycles obtained learners' learning completeness on the subject of Operation Calculate Algebraic Form is increased. This can be seen from the improvement of students' learning mastery that is the result of post test prasiklus value that experienced 15.38% completeness, in cycle 1 to 23.08%, in cycle 2 increased to 33.33%, and in cycle 3 increased to 92.31%.. This it can be concluded that from the third complete test result of learning as much as 92.31% so it can be said that learners learn mastery can be achieved. From the observation of the three cycles also experienced increased learning activities of learners, learners are increasingly more enthusiastic to follow the learning, active cooperative, daring to ask

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an evaluation tool based on two tier multiple choice with HOTS level using ispring suite 9 which can be used online and can familiarize and hone students' higher order thinking skills. Because considering the current curriculum is the 2017 revised K13 which integrates with 4C and HOTS. The research and development model used is 4D. The research instruments used were interview sheets, validation sheets, test instruments, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study can be seen from: Valid criteria based on the percentage of media experts by 97% and material experts by 89%, both categories are very feasible. The effective criteria based on the percentage of students' questionnaire responses were 76% in the interesting category. As well as the quality of the items seen from the validity there are 9 valid questions, the reliability is 8 reliable questions, the level of difficulty is obtained a percentage of 80% moderate, 10% difficult and 10% easy, the distinguishing power is obtained 6 good questions, 2 good enough, 1 very good question , and 1 question was bad, the effectiveness of the trick was 7 options selected by less than 2 students.

Abstract

University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) was one of the colleges established in east Java province as the responsible manager of the essential ecosystem area (KEE) mangrove Ujungpangkah. This activity is intended to socialize the importance of ecological education in supporting the success of the deployment of KEE mangrove ujungpangkah status. This study method was a survey conducted by the questionnaire spread to 40 local teachers from elementary school to high school. The questionnaires are collected through the google form. The responders' answers are analyzed descriptively based on their centrality and diversity analysis. The solution in an essay is based on its essence, based on the impelling of ecological education at KEE mengrokah. Based on the results, 100% of respondents consider it is essential to promote ecological education in the Gresik area. 25% do not know about KEE, and 75% have found out about KEE. Based on the data obtained, it is concluded that ecological education needs to be performed and socialized to the community so that the participation from the community is also increasing.

Abstract

Development of interactive learning media flip book using Kvisoft flipbook maker based on local culture and art is one way to utilize technology education in the form of software kvisoft flipbook maker which is integrated with local cultural arts and produced a development product in the form of learning media for mathematics flip book. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing flip book learning media and the effectiveness of learning media flip book in the learning process in class. The subjects in this study were 30 students consisting of 16 men and 14 women in rade VII junior high school in Indonesia. The development model in this study uses the 4D model which consists of the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The development process in this study starts from the stage define by conducting initial initial analysis, student analysis, taskanalysis, concept analysis, and learning objective specifications; the next stage is the stage design by conducting a benchmark reference test, media selection, format, and initial media design; the next stage is the stage develop by conducting expert validation and development testing; and the last stage is the stage disseminate by packaging media and distributing media in the same school scope with different classes. The development of this learning media flip book can be an alternative choice in the use of mathematics learning media, especially in social arithmetic material.

Abstract

Sifat dari mata kuliah kapita selekta matematika yang merupakan mata kuliah dengan pengayaan pada matematika sekolah menengah atas, diperlukan sesuatu yang lebih bisa digunakan untuk membantu pemahaman mahasiswa. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Menurut Hohenwarter (2008), Geogebra adalah software yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran matematika, khususnya geometri dan aljabar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek dari penggunaan software Geogebra pada pemahaman konsep dalam mata kuliah kapita selekta matematika atas ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pretest-intervention-posttest.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah untuk gaya belajar kinestetik terdapat efek berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan . Sedangkan untuk gaya belajar Visual tidka ada efek, hal tersebut didasarkan pada uji t yang dilakukan yaitu . Untuk gaya belajar Auditori tidak dapat dilakukan uji-t karena hanya satu nilai (datum).
