Abstract

The impact of customer knowledge and customer consideration to thecustomer’s decision to choose products Islamic banks through customer attitudesas an intervening variable. From the preliminary data of empirical research showsthere is a phenomenon with respect to customers of Islamic banks in Bali. Thepurpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly influence the customerknowledge and consideration of consumers towards the customer’s decision to chooseproducts of Islamic banks in Denpasar through customer attitudes, this research isa quantitative research survey approach, with a sample of 100 respondents. The testinstrument by using validity and reliability test while the data used are primary andsecondary data. Analysis technique used is path analysis.From the analysis by using path analysis, calculation results obtained showedthat customer knowledge variables significantly influence customer attitudes withcoefficient Standarrdized 0.452 with probability t sig 0,000 or sig <0.05, customerconsideration variables significantly influence customer attitudes to the valueStandarrdized coefficient of 0.393 with a probability t sig 0,000 or sig <0.05,customer knowledge but tidah significant positive impact on the customer’s decisionStandarrdized coefficient of 0.067 with a probability t sig 0.496 or sig> 0.05, apositive influence customer consideration and significant impact on the customer’sdecision Standarrdized coefficient of 0.316 with a with probability t sig 0,001 orsig<0.05, customer attitude positive and significant impact on the customer’s decisionStandarrdized coefficient of 0.354 with a with probability t sig 0,002 or sig < 0.05.

Abstract

Departing from the main issue that is being discussed in many societies related to Islamic banking, which is a byword in today's society. Therefore, the initiative of the researcher to raise this problem is the subject of the title of this study. And this study aims to determine the effect of Islamic banking services and products on customer loyalty in taking funding and financing at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch. The research method uses multiple linear regression which is sourced from primary data of respondents. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires for 70 customers of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch. The sampling technique uses the Cluster Random Sampling technique, because the number of sample populations cannot be known accurately, which allows for no design related to the sampling frame, and the presence of the population is randomly distributed or collected in different spheres. at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch were respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the service variable does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Banyuwangi Branch, so that the hypothesis is accepted. Service has no influence on customer loyalty. Product variables have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty variables. Product variable (X2) has an effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y). Service variable (X1) and the Product variable (X2) simultaneously or simultaneously have an influence on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y).

Abstract

Desa Pedawa merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di daerah pegunungan, wilayah Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng. Desa Pedawa sudah sangat terkenal masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai penyadap nira aren yang selanjutnya diolah menjadi gula aren secara tradisional. Gula aren Pedawa terkenal karena manisnya yang khas dan memiliki fungsi sangat vital bagi masyarakat Pedawa, mulai dari teman minum kopi, membuat berbagai olahan kuliner, bahkan untuk berbagai ritual upacara keagamaan. Kelezatan gula aren Pedawa bahkan sudah terkenal di wilayah Kabupaten Buleleng khususnya. Banyak masyarakat luar Pedawa yang sengaja datang jauh-jauh ke Desa Pedawa untuk membelinya. Namun besarnya permintaan ternyata tidak sebanding dengan kuantitas produksi. Biaya operasional yang cukup mahal menjadikan gula ini memiliki harga yang cukup tinggi dibanding jenis gula merah lainnya yang banyak beredar di pasaran. Selain itu masyarakat Pedawa juga masih memiliki kendala di bidang pemasaran. Masyarakat Pedawa sejauh ini masih mengandalkan pola-pola konvensional secara door to door, atau memenuhi pesanan secara terbatas, dan pemasarannya masih belum dilakukan dalam skala luas. Kelompok tani yang menaungi pembuat gula aren di Pedawa sudah ada yang dinamakan BIMA DEWA (Bumi Perthiwi Mesari Aren Desa Pedawa). Beranjak dari hal itu, perlu adanya upaya pendampingan bagi masyarakat, terutama yang tergabung dalam kelompok tani BIMA DEWA tersebut agar mampu memahami strategi pemasaran secara luas agar penghasilan yang diperoleh sepadan dengan ongkos produksi. Pendampingan yang diberikan berupa bimbingan teknis, sekaligus mengupdate website Desa Pedawa agar informasi yang medetail terkait gula aren lokal tersedia dan bisa diakses secara luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran pengetahuan wisatawan yang didapatkan dari media elektronik dan digital mengenai apa yang dilakukan oleh pengelola tempat wisata pada saat pandemic covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara hubungan pengetahuan wisatawan terhadap sikap dan niat berkunjung, dan sikap terhadap niat berkunjung wisatawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran semantic differential. Jumlah sampel 100 responden calon wisatawan yang berkunjung. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan 1) pengetahuan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung, 2) pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap, 3) sikap wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung wisatawan, 4) peran sikap terbukti sebagai pemediasi full hubungan pengetahuan terhadap niat berkunjung.

Abstract

Glamorous Camping or known as Glamping is a new trend in traveling. Glamping has emerged as a global trend in outdoor tourism. The Glamping trend emerged with the increasing tourist demand for comfort and luxury in the nature-based tourism sector. The millennial generation is relatively braver when traveling if compared to the previous generation, commonly known as generation X. Generation X prefers travel with the aim of relaxation, it is contrast to the millennial generation who prefers challenges. This study aims to determine the perception of millennial tourists towards glamping accommodation in the Kintamani area. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method where data is obtained through a questionnaire with five indicators related to glamping accommodation including glamping facilities, glamping cleanliness, environment and landscape, glamping management services and interior design and glamping buildings. The results showed that millennial tourists responded with a value of 4.46 which was in a very good interval. In future development, it is necessary to suggest special training for the staff in each glamping area in the Kintamani area, additional parking areas and arrangement of access to the glamping area and the need for data collection on each glamping accommodation in the Kintamani area. Abstract

Covid-19 has had a major impact on the tourism sector. It is difficult for foreign tourists to enter Bali due to strict government regulations in an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, Bali is currently very dependent on the visit of domestic tourists. The SILA'S Agrotourism is one of the tourist destinations in Bali that has been around for a long time, and has a potential tourist attraction and is able to attract tourist visits, especially domestic tourists. However, currently it is not optimally able to attract tourist visits, because many new tourist attractions have begun to emerge. This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on satisfaction and intention to revisit at The SILA'S Agrotourism. The type of research used is associative research, with sampling using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling method, on respondents who are tourist visitors to The SILA'S Agrotourism. Quantitative data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study provide several conclusions that the overall hypothesis formulation has a significant effect, service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on revisit intentions, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intentions.

Abstract

Hingga sampai saat ini, kompetensi petugas desa atau perangkat desa berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai dasar pelayanan kepada masyarakat serta berbagai data menyebut bahwa sebagian besar BUMDes masih sebatas berdiri dan belum memiliki aktivitas usaha yang menghasilkan. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi dari perangkat desa terkait teknologi digital dan pengelola BUMDes pada proses pemasaran yaitu digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan pendampingan terkait pemanfaatan media social terkait branding pada perangkat desan dan digital marketing untuk pengelola BUMDes. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup pengelolaan industri dikomparasikan dengan dengan kondisi terkini sesuai kemampuan yang dibutuhkan oleh perangkat desa dan kondisi persaingan terkini yang dihadapi oleh BUMDes “Puspa Harum Sejahtera”. Peserta workshop literasi digital dan pengelolaan BUMDes ini terdiri atas kepala desa, sekretaris desa, perangkat desa tegal harum dan pengelola BUMDes “Puspa Harum Sejahtera” Desa Tegal Harum Kecamatan Denpasar Barat Kota Denpasar Bali. Hasil yang dicapai dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan perangkat pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes dalam pengelolaan digital marketing BUMDes “Puspa Harum Sejahtera”.

Abstract

Providing travel incentives as a form of appreciation is one of many ways used by companies to boost their employee’s motivation that could be resulting in a better performance. This research aims to identify the significant influence of travel incentive towards employee performance; influence of travel incentive towards work motivation; influence of work motivation towards employee performance; and to explain the mediating role of employee motivation between travel incentives and employee performance. The data provided for this research is collected through questionnaires and document study, whilst the analysis technique for this quantitative research is using statistic descriptive and inferential analysis using SmartPLS3. Samples of this research are the insurance agent of AXA Financial Indonesia (AFI) Ltd. Surakarta Branch. The result of this research shows that there is no direct influence between travel incentive towards employee performance. However, travel incentive has strong significance influence towards work motivation and work motivation has significance influence towards employee performance. With t-statistics of travel incentive towards work motivation is 12,231 whilst t-statistics of work motivation towards employee performance is 6,497. Moreover, work motivation has a role as partial mediator between travel incentive and employee performance with a Variance Accounted For (VAF) value of 0,78 .

Abstract

Since Covid 19 was declared a pandemic by WHO (World Health Organization) throughout the world, the closure of international airports has been carried out in various countries including Indonesia. This triggered the collapse of the Indonesian tourism sector. As a result of this, many Travel agents were closed resulting in employees and Travel agent drivers losing their jobs. Apart from losing a job, of course it will also affect the financial condition of travel agent drivers, especially in Sanur. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling involving 50 travel agent drivers in Sanur. This study aims to analyze coping stress mediating between social support and religiosity on family resilience. Data analysis was performed using PLS-based SEM. the results of the study show that there is no direct relationship between social support and religiosity on family resilience. In this case coping stress becomes a mediating variable between social support and religiosity on family resilience.
