Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that exist in the field, namely a child with learning difficulties who have difficulty in reading (dyslexia) who is in fourth grade at SD N 08 Sarilamak. Children have problems reading words with KV-KVK patterns so that children cannot follow the lessons at school. This study aims to improve children's ability to read early, especially reading words with a KV-KVK pattern. This research is an experimental study in the form of single subject research (SSR) with an A-B-A research design, the subjects in this study are dyslexic children with problems in early reading. especially in reading words with KV-KVK pattern. Data collection techniques in this study used test instruments and documentation of the ability to read words with KV-KVK patterns in children. Data analysis techniques in this study used analysis techniques under conditions and analysis between conditions. Keywords: Letter Puzzle, Beginning Reading, Dyslexia

Abstract

This research was motivated by the discovery of deaf disability workers at the Ketje Jambi Coffee Cafe. The findings attracted researchers' curiosity about how communication patterns between workers. Based on these findings, a research problem formulation was obtained, namely "what is the pattern of symbolic interactionism communication between deaf disabled workers and deaf non-disabled workers?". So this study aims to find out what kind of communication pattern of symbolic interactionism that exists between workers with deaf disabilities and non-deaf workers during work activities at Ketje Jambi Coffee Cafe. This research uses qualitative research methods, where this research is to describe the situation empirically with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation or observation, in-depth interviews and equipped with documentation. The data that has been analyzed from the results of this study will be described by researchers in narrative form. The results of the research conducted showed that the average interaction and communication carried out between deaf disabled workers and non-deaf disabled workers was carried out with symbolic interactionism communication patterns, interactions and communication between less active workers, communication that was established only limited to work, outside of their work busy with their respective worlds. It was concluded that communication between workers used the theory developed by George Herbert Mead. Keywords: Labor, Communication symbolic interactionism, deaf disabled worker.

Abstract

This research own the aim of improving reading comprehension skills using pop - up books for deaf children . Researcher do observation and with the result that a deaf child in grade 2 elementary school is difficult in reading comprehension . Child to be subject in researcher t ian This only can answer 1 of 10 questions given . _ This problem is due to the difficulty of children communicating due to their limitations and also the lack of media used when learning at school . The use of this pop - up book can help children to understand the meaning of reading because of the raised pictures on the book . In this study using the single subject research (SSR) method with ABA design . Child have an average level condition A1 ie 1 9 , the average level condition B is 75.5 , the average level condition A2 is 90 . From the results analysis of the data showing that Children's reading comprehension ability increases when using pop - up book media.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang efektifkah media video pembelajaran untuk mengenal mengenal gerhana bagi anak tunadaksa. Selain itu, media video pembelajaran ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan anak mengenal gerhana namun penggunaan media video pembelajaran yang tepat dan bervariasi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan dapat mengurangi sikap pasif siswa. Video adalah media yang dapat dilihat oleh mata dan dapat didengar oleh telinga serta merupakan jenis media audio visual.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Variable penelitian ini meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal gerhana bagi anak tunadaksa. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data berupa tes dan alat pengumpulan data berupa instrument ceklis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal gerhana anak tunadaksa meningkatt setelah menggunakan media video pembelajaran. Dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan mengenal gerhana dari kondisi baseline ke kondisi intervensi setelah diberikan intervensi

Abstract

The background to the implementation of this research was because it was found that a student with Down syndrome in class I SLB N 1 Alahan Panjang was unable to write natural number symbols (1-9) in phase A mathematics learning. The aim of this research was to prove the use of the finger numbers board media in improve the ability to write natural number symbols (1-9) for class I Down syndrome students at SLB N 1 Alahan Panjang. The research method used in this research is an experimental method with a single subject approach or Single Subject Research (SSR). This study used an A-B design consisting of two conditions, namely baseline (A) and intervention (B). The use of the A-B design was adapted to the aim of only seeing an increase in students' abilities when using the finger numbers board media. The results of the research showed that the ability to write natural number symbols (1-9) of students in the baseline condition (A) was obtained at a percentage of 59.25%, 59.25%, 59.25%, 59.25%, 59.25%. In intervention (B) 66.67%, 81.49%, 81.49%, 81.49%, 88.89%, 88.89%, 88.89%, 88.89%, 88.89%, 92.60%. Based on this data, students' ability to write natural number symbols (1-9) increases.

Abstract

The implementation of inclusive education in West Sumatera has been on 6 (six) years. In this period it has shown a fairly long journey. Therefore, the implementation of inclusive education in West Sumatera is comprehensively evaluated for the realization of the inclusive education goals. The evaluation process itself will be useful to see the inclusive values that have occurred in primary schools that serve students with special needs in West Sumatra. The result of this research is the context component which covers the policy aspect of the program implementation, the program objectives and the context of its relation with the social culture of the society has not been fully implemented properly. The input components covering aspects of learners (students), educators (teachers), curriculum, infrastructure facilities, and financing the implementation of programs in inclusive schools have not been fully implemented properly. Process components that include aspects of learning planning activities, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning and difficulties faced by teachers in teaching children with special needs in inclusive schools have not been fully implemented properly. Product components that include aspects of academic development of children with special needs and aspects of social skills development of students in inclusive schools can be said to have been implemented properly.
