Abstract

With the existing organizational structure and being entrusted with a number of employees to carry out company activities, it brings hope for a change in work patterns for the better which can be proven by good performance. The completion of organizational goal that is determined by human factors and existing systems. From the description on the background of the problem above, the writer will analyze weather there is any influence on the organizational structure of PT Medco E and P Indonesia on employee performance. The research method used was an explanatory survey (explanatory). To reveal the influence of independent variables and dependent variables using quantitative methods and this research hypothesis is analyzed statistically, where the independent variable (independent) is analogized into X namely Organizational Structure and the dependent variable (dependent) is analogized into Y namely Employee Performance. The result of the data analysis is the score of Fcount 25.459 and the score of Ftable 3.97 with a significance score 0.000. This means that the score of Fcount> Ftable and sig <0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. It means that there is an influence between the variables of Organizational Structure on Employee Performance and the conclution of this research is the application of job specialization, Departmentalization, Chain of Command, Span of Control, Centralization / Decentralization and Formalization, in the organizational structure has implications for improving employee performance at PT Medco E and P Indonesia South Sumatra.

Abstract

Poverty is considered as one of the major problems faced by the Indonesian people which has a direct impact on the community in fulfilling their basic needs. This problem obviously has an impact on the social welfare of the community. For this reason, the community needs assistance to fulfill basic needs which include food, health amenities and education. One of the efforts made by the government to overcome the problem of poverty and improve community welfare is the Family Hope Program. This program is the provision of conditional social assistance to poor families. It is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program. With the implementation of this program in Sungai Kakap Village, Kubu Raya Regency, it is hoped that it can help people who are unable to meet the needs of life, especially education and health, for families classified as Very Poor Households. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sungai Kakap Village, Kubu Raya Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques employed are interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research findings show that the recipients of the Family Hope Program in Sungai Kakap Village, Kubu Raya Regency, increased from 2019 to 2020. This was due to the Covid-19 pandemic which caused high prices of basic commodities and the loss of community jobs, so that the financial assistance provided by the government is barely sufficient to meet the needs of the poor. In addition, there is still a lack of program companions for the Family Hope Program, which only amounts to 4 people for 187 families. In the implementation of the Family Hope Program, the involvement of each implementing agency is often considered unimportant due to poor coordination of 3 (three) agencies, namely the Social Service, Sungai Kakap District Office, and the Village Government. The factors that influence the poor communication of the three aformentioned institutions are a fairly wide geographical area, assistants who do not have access to signals and village governments who do not understand the Operational Standards for work procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of government in the development of the Teluk Berdiri ecotourism as well as to determine the efforts that can be made to develop the ecotourism. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the aim to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts investigated. The instrument used was a survey sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses triaggulation technique, which is a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes something different outside the data for the need to check the comparison of the same data from other sources. The results showed that the interest of tourists is still a local tourist, this is due to a number of factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as lack of accessibility, lack of promotion, and others. The role of the government is currently trying to provide support, one of which is improving road access to the tour. Furthermore, efforts that can be made by the government are establishing cooperation with the local community for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, improving accessibility and promoting local wisdom and traditions to attract visitors. The development of environment-based tourism or ecotourism can be a guide in making use of the tourism sector and can be used as an attraction of an area to increase regional income (PAD).

Abstract

Many theories support the ability of the mass media in constructing public opinion. Moreover, those theories are also supported by many researches showing the strategic position of mass media in influencing public opinion. The problem is that mass media is no longer the main source of information for many people. The number of disinformation news spreads very quickly through social media networks. The rapid spread of hoax news indicates that many people believe the truth of fake news. According to the phenomenon, this research seeks to identify the ability of the mass media, in this case print media, in influencing public opinion. The approach used in this research is qualitative with phenomenological method. Based on the data obtained and processed, shows that the mass media able to influence public opinion, although the mass media can also be influenced by the virality of information.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan PPDB Jenjang Sekolah Dasar dilakukan dengan sistem zonasi. Sistem zonasi adalah sistem yang mewajibkan anak didik untuk mengenyam pendidikan di sekolah yang radiusnya terdekat dari tempat tinggalnya. Dengan adanya sistem zonasi diharapkan adanya pemerataan sekolah dan meningkatkan akses layanan pendidikan di sekolah negeri. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat banyak permasalahan, mengenai sebaran sekolah yang tidak merata dikarenakan jumlah penduduk yang tidak merata pada suatu daerah, minimnya sosialisasi yang mengakibatkan banyak orang tua siswa yang belum paham dan mengerti mengenai sistem zonasi, pihak sekolah dan pihak pemerintah setempat tidak bisa memastikan batas-batas zonasi sehingga ada calon peserta didik baru tidak bisa mendaftarkan diri dan gagal masuk ke sekolah terdekat padahal berada dalam zonasi. Terakhir mengenai daya tampung server yang masih minim untuk bisa diakses secara bersamaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui penerapan sistem zonasi penerimaan peserta didik baru jenjang sekolah dasar di Kota Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa unsur pelaksana kebijakan ini yaitu dinas pendidikan, pihak sekolah, dan orang tua siswa belum memahami sepenuhnya mengenai isi dari sebuah kebijakan. Sekolah yang tidak merata di tiap kecamatan, khususnya di kecamatan Pontianak Timur terjadi lonjakan pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak diiringi dengan jumlah sekolah dasar serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah. implementor juga belum memiliki kapabilitas dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang tidak langsung memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi di dinas maupun di sekolah.Abstract: The implementation of New Student Admission the Elementary School Level is carried out with a Zoning System. This system requires students to receive education in schools that are the closest radius from where they live. With the zoning system, it is hoped that there will be equity in schools and increase access to education services in public schools. However, in its implementation there are many problems, such as the uneven distribution of schools due to the uneven population in an area, the lack of socialization which results in many parents of students who do not understand and understand the zoning system, the school and the local government which are not able ensure the boundaries of zoning so that prospective new students cannot register and fail to enter the nearest school even though they are in the zoning. Furthermore, regarding the server capacity which is still minimal to be accessed simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the zoning system for the acceptance of new students at the elementary school level in Pontianak. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observations and documentation studies as data collections. The research findings showed that the implementing elements of this policy, namely the education office, the school, and parents of students did not fully understand the policy. Schools are not evenly distributed in each sub-district, especially in the sub-district of East Pontianak, there is a surge in population growth which is not accompanied by the number of primary schools and the availability of school facilities and infrastructure. In addition, the implementor also does not have the capability to solve problems that do not directly provide solutions to problems that occur at the office or at school.

Abstract

Not a few people are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which is the impact felt on the economic aspect. The risk of lack of income and loss of livelihood has been felt by residents of the Batu Belimbing Tourism Area, Nyarumkop Village, Singkawang City. The purpose of community service is carried out in order to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit by providing counseling related to economic improvement. One of the counselling activities is by providing skills training in batik. The result of this activity is that community members have and develop batik skills that can be used to build new businesses to increase people's income

Abstract

Fungsi pengawas pemilu yang dijabarkan dalam tugas,wewenang dan kewajiban pengawas pemilu. Salah satu tugas badan Pengawas Pemilu adalah mengawasi netralitas aparatur sipil negara dalam Pemilu Kepala Daerah. Fenomena pelanggaran pemilu di Kota Pontianak yaitu adanya keterlibatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam pelaksanaan pemilu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Bawaslu Kota Pontianak dalam menjaga netralitas ASN pada pemilukada. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa ASN harus memposisikan diri secara netral atau tidak memihak, yang mana kapasitas ASN itu hanya sebagai sebagai pemilih, bukan sebagai pihak yang ikut terlibat secara langsung, baik sebagai tim pendukung salah satu kandidat, maupun dukungan terhadap partai politik tertentu. Bawaslu berupaya membuat panduan pengawasan media sosial, hal ini dilakukan Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) agar dapat secara maksimal menjalankan mandat yang diberikan undang-undang untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya mencegah pelanggaran Pemilu dan sengketa proses Pemilu. Menurut Bawaslu Kota Pontianak permasalahan netralitas ASN tentunya menjadi salah satu perhatian agar tetap menjaga kode etik Aparatur Sipil Negara.

Abstract

Retribusi pelayanan pasar merupakan sumber yang potensial untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), penarikan retribusi pelayanan pasar di Kota Pontianak dilakukan melalui Virtual Account. Masalah dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu penerimaan retribusi pelayanan pasar belum mencapai target dan kurangnya tingkat kesadaran pedagang untuk membayar retribusi tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan pemungutan pembayaran dan penyetoran retribusi pelayanan tradisional melalui Virtual Account pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, dan Perdagangan Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi kebijakan pemungutan pembayaran dan penyetoran retribusi pelayanan pasar tradisional melalui Virtual Account pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, dan Perdagangan Kota Pontianak sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota Pontianak. Kebijakan ini juga memberikan dampak yang positif bagi masyarakat maupun pelaksana, terdapat kendala dalam melaksanakannya yaitu masih banyak pedagang yang belum memahami cara pembayaran retribusi pelayanan pasar melalui Virtual Account, upaya instansi yaitu terus melakukan pendampingan pembayaran kepada pedagang.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar, Virtual Account
