Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of government in the development of the Teluk Berdiri ecotourism as well as to determine the efforts that can be made to develop the ecotourism. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the aim to make a description, a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts investigated. The instrument used was a survey sheet and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses triaggulation technique, which is a technique for checking the validity of data that utilizes something different outside the data for the need to check the comparison of the same data from other sources. The results showed that the interest of tourists is still a local tourist, this is due to a number of factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as lack of accessibility, lack of promotion, and others. The role of the government is currently trying to provide support, one of which is improving road access to the tour. Furthermore, efforts that can be made by the government are establishing cooperation with the local community for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, improving accessibility and promoting local wisdom and traditions to attract visitors. The development of environment-based tourism or ecotourism can be a guide in making use of the tourism sector and can be used as an attraction of an area to increase regional income (PAD).

Abstract

Kualitas produk, pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen karena apabila kualitas produk, pelayanan dan lokasi diberikan dan terpenuhi maka kepuasan konsumen akan meningkat dan akan tercapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Kafe di Jalan Siam Kota Pontianak, juga memberikan kualias produk, pelayanan dan lokasi kepada konsumen baik yang bersifat ekonomis, fasilitas maupun pelayanan. Tetapi, kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang diberikan dirasa kurang oleh konsumennya. Permasalahan adalah ”Apakah kualitas produk, pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen?” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada kafe di Jalan Siam Kota Pontianak. Dari hasil perhitungan melalui program SPSS 12 diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,426 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,653. Sementara itu dari tabel anova dan coefficients diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 17,302. Pada signifikan F sebesar 0,000 dan nilai koefisien regresi kualitas produk (B1) sebesar 0,246 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,111 dan koefisien regresi pelayanan (B2) sebesar 0,439 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,425 serta koefisien regresi lokasi (B3) sebesar 0,132 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,284. Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk, pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan di Puskesmas Perumnas 1 Kota Pontianak dengan mengacu pada teori Supriyono (2003) tentang kualitas pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara insidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 orang yang menjadi pelanggan di Puskesmas Perumnas 1 Kota Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian pada masing-masing indikator secara garis besar dinyatakan puas dengan pelayanan di Puskesmas Perumnas 1 Kota Pontianak dengan penilaian yaitu sebesar sebesar 78% untuk indikator bukti fisik, indikator kehandalan sebesar 76.9%, indikator daya tanggap sebesar 56.3%, indikator jaminan sebesar 57% dan indikator empati sebesar 77%. Secara keseluruhan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan Puskesmas Perumnas 1 Kota Pontianak sebesar 73.50% yang masuk dalam kategori “puas”.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pembelajaran e-learning sangat efektif khususnya di masa pandemi COVID-19. Hal tersebut terkait dengan adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah pusat yang secara beruntun menetapkan status siaga, darurat bencana, hingga pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB). Tujuan dilakukannya pertama, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk pengembangan dan penyempurnaan e-learning di Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Kedua, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pihak jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Pontianak dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning). Alat pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan snowball sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan pembelajaran melalui e-learning dalam hal pengunaan aplikasi sudah dapat dilakukan oleh mahasiswa namun penguasaan materi dinilai cukup. Dari hal tersebut, dilakukan inisiatif dalam menyusun modul pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yakni modul ajar mata kuliah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (untuk mata kuliah teori) dan Akuntansi Keuangan Menengah (untuk mata kuliah praktik). Pada pembelajaran e-learning yakni dengan memanfaatkan whatsapp Group untuk pemberian info link deskripsi ke GoogleClassroom serta memanfaatkan aplikasi flipbook.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Kubu Raya sebagai salah satu pemerintah hasil pemekaran dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Pontianak sangat mengapresiasi mewujudkan good governance governmentkhususnya dalam pengelolaan dan pertanggungjawaban laporan keuangan. Guna mewujudkan good government governance yakni mengelola Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas tentang perencanaan, penilaian, penatausahaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian  terhadap kualitas penyajian laporan keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif. Pengambilan sample yang digunakan penulis adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan penulis adalah data primer, adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara teknik kuesioner, dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variable Perencanaan, Penilaian, Penatausahaan, Pengawasan dan Pengendalian berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan. Pada variabel Perencanaan, Penilaian, berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan, sedangkan variabel Penatausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan namun variabel Pengawasan dan Pengendalian tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan. Hasil analisa regresi menunjukkan korelasi/hubungan antara Perencanaan, Penilaian, penatausahaan dan pengawasan dan pengendalian dengan Kualitas Penyajian Laporan Keuangan mempunyai hubungan yang relatif tidak kuat sebesar 30,33%.

Abstract

This research began with the problems related to whether employee take home paid and fingerprint attendance affect the work discipline of the employees of the Office of Investment and One Stop Service, West Kalimantan. Current study is aimed at investigation the impact of employee take home paid and fingerprint attendance on employee working discipline at the Office of Investment and One Stop Service, West Kalimantan Province. Current research is quantitative method approach with descriptive analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 48 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. Based on the T test and F test, employee take home paid (X1) has a partial effect and fingerprint attendance (X2) has a partial effect. And have a simultaneously affect on employee working discipline (Y). And based on the coefficient of determination, additional employee income and fingerprint attendance influenced about 77.8% on employee work discipline at the UPT Center for Science and Language Pontianak City,, while the other 22.2% were influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Economic empowerment is carried out to encourage, motivate and explore the potential of the community. That way, the condition of society will change from being helpless to being empowered. These empowerment efforts require support from various parties. Among them are the government and also non-governmental organizations. There is a goal of community economic empowerment that needs to be known, namely for the community to increase their income, solve the problems they face, and develop a system for accessing the necessary resources. The goal of community economic empowerment is to improve a community's quality of life, independence, and prosperity by addressing a variety of issues within that community. By granting more equitable access to financial resources and commercial possibilities, economic empowerment can contribute to the reduction of economic inequality. This study conducted an exploratory evaluation of the literature using a qualitative descriptive approach. Techniques for library research are used in the data collection process. This research discusses the definition and scope of economic empowerment, theories related to economic empowerment, economic empowerment policies, challenges and obstacles in implementing economic empowerment policies.

Abstract

The right to work, the right to fair wages, the right to associate and assemble, the right to security and health protection, the right to legal proceedings, the right to equal treatment, the right to personal secrets, and the right to freedom of conscience are just a few of the rights of workers that generally need to be upheld. Among the rights of entrepreneurs are the following: creating work rules and agreements; terminating employees; closing the business; forming and joining a corporate organization; and assigning a portion of the work to another business. In the area of employment, legal enforcement, guidance, and supervision can all be used to achieve the protection of workers' rights. According to justice, laborers have an equal and free status. In actuality, though, employers' and employees' positions are frequently uneven. There are still a number of troubling barriers present, such as: regulatory issues; cultural issues affecting employees, employers/entrepreneurs, and law enforcement; The employer and the employee are not equal in practice, despite their equality in theory; this includes the employer's ability to uphold workers' rights. This study does an exploratory review of the literature using a qualitative descriptive methodology. This research discusses labor protection theory, workers' rights and obligations, labor protection policies, shortcomings and obstacles in policy implementation.

Abstract

One group that is susceptible to abuse and human rights breaches is migrant laborers. The purpose of this review of the literature is to look at Indonesia's migrant worker protection laws and policies. Drawing from the literature analysis, it is evident that while regulations exist to safeguard migrant workers, inadequate oversight and enforcement are impeding their effective implementation. For migrant worker protection to be effective, regulation, implementation, and monitoring must function together. The study's findings also emphasize how crucial it is for key government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to work together to implement comprehensive policies for the protection of migrant workers. The issues of protecting migrant workers, like stopping unlawful recruitment techniques and safeguarding migrant workers in emergency situations, require effective collaboration. There is an opportunity for Indonesia to strengthen a more progressive legal framework to protect the basic rights of migrant workers. With a better understanding of labor law policies and the protection of migrant workers, Indonesia has the opportunity to improve the conditions and rights of migrant workers in the future. Concrete measures, such as increased supervision of recruitment agencies, providing access to justice for migrant workers, and improving the protection of the basic rights of migrant workers are needed to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of migrant worker protection in Indonesia.

Abstract

In a multicultural society, the complexity of social interactions increases due to the diversity of cultures, languages, religions and norms. This study aims to understand the dianamics of social change in a multicultural society. The research method used in this study is literature that is in accordance with the research context. The results show that multicultural societies that implement inclusive policies from social, economic, technological, and educational aspects reap more harmonious and integrative results. The development of education that recognizes diversity can be crucial in shaping future generations who are ready to thrive in an increasingly plural society. Meanwhile, immigrant integration and economic diversity management are important topics in maintaining social stability.
