Abstract

This study aims to develop the character of early childhood by using cultural malay-based traditional games. The children's world is synonymous with the playing world so that learning is more easily absorbed by children through play. Traditional games are very important to be introduced so children can find out games that have been around for generations. Children are introduced to traditional games that elevate Malay culture. The Malay culture is a characteristic of the Lancang Kuning earth, so that it became the Riau Vision and Mission in building its territory in reference to Malay Culture. In addition, through Malay culture children are educated in character building. The character of children is shaped according to Malay culture which is full of morality and religion. Child character development is very important to be formed early because character is permanent and inherent in children to adulthood. This study belongs to the category of descriptive research which describes the data relating to the formulation of the problems examined in this study. Data collection used in this study was carried out by total sampling technique. This research uses a Likert scale, namely from the results of observations and interviews. Then, the data analysis technique used is descriptive technique.

Abstract

This study aims to present information about parents' perceptions of online learning assistance due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. This is very detrimental to all parties, including the world of education. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, early childhood education must continue to be implemented so that children's rights in education are still accepted by early childhood. Children still have to follow the learning process so that they continue to receive education at home with parental assistance. But of course, online learning is a challenge for parents who do not work and those who work, so that it creates perceptions in every parent of students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of early childhood education at Bintang Rabbani ECD. This study uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive. The selection of research subjects was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students, and parents. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done through diligence of observation, participation, and adequacy of references. The results of the study indicate that the Bintang Rabbani PAUD program management was prepared in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution by implementing management functions including; planning, implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions strongly emphasize cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm, and high loyalty. Planning is done with strategic planning, preparation of learning plans ranging from annual, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is done by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings that discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration is done with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to PAUD. Assessment and evaluation are carried out by giving assignments, observations, diaries, anecdotes, performance, work results, and educational visits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok anak usia dini di TK IT Al- Mahira. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Kuantitatif Korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK IT Al- Mahira. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Random Sampling dengan jumlah 30 Anak. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel X (pengelolaan kelas) dan Y (model pembelajaran kelompok). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan angket berupa abjad atau a, b dan c dalam setiap gambar kepada siswa sebagai responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan taraf 5%. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS 23 diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0,072. Dengan demikian Ha yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh antara pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok ditolak dan sebaliknya Ho yang menyatakan tidak adanya pengaruh antara pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok diterima. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok anak usia dini di TK IT Al- Mahira. Artinya, model pembelajaran kelompok yang baik belum tentu pengelolaan kelasnya kurang menarik dan sebaliknya model pembelajaran kelompok yang kurang baik belum tentu pengelolaan kelasnya menarik.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan guru PAUD se-Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir mengenai pentingnya  kemampuan literasi sains Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner/ angket. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah angket yang disebar terhadap  80 orang guru PAUD Se Kecamatan Rumbai, Pekanbaru. Riau. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan angket. Nilai setiap indikator literasi sains guru dilakukan dengan konversi sesuai kategori. Nilai Sangat Baik (81% - 100%), baik (61% - 80%), cukup (41%-60%), kurang(21% - 40%), sangat kurang (≤ 20%). Kemampuanliterasi sains berdasarkan aspek-aspek literasi sains memiliki rerata 63.85% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa  pemahaman guru terhadap literasi sains berada pada kategori baik. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengkaitkan tingkat pemahaman guru PAUD Se-Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir ini dengan Profil Guru PAUD tersebut

Abstract

Attitude of caring for the environment can be improved since early age and influenced by the impact from environment. This research is purposely to Increase the attitude of caring for the environment Through recycle. This research was classroom action research, with subjects aged 5 to 6 years old in class B who totaling 10 children, 5 boys and 5 girls. The dependent variable from this research is attitude of caring for the environment intelligence whereas the independent variable is the use of used goods. The data collection was gathered by observation to some child on early childhood education institutions. The technique of data analysis was done through descriptive. The result showed that the attitude of caring for the childs environment intelligence could improve after getting an action. The action given was through recycling. The result showed that in pre cycle, the average percentage reached 39,53% with low criteria. And the result of the study, it can be ignored that the proportion of increasing environmental awareness among children aged 5-6 years, the average number after data analysis of pre-cycle activities is in the Low category. Then in cycle one the average number is in the Medium category, and in cycle II the figure has reached the High category

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak melalui media gambar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan di kelas B PAUD Duta Raudha Center Riau, dengan jumlah subjek penelitian 19 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pedoman observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan media gambar. Hasil pada siklus I diketahui terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah dibandingkan dengan sebelum tindakan. Pada siklus II diperoleh persentase lebih besar dan berada pada kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik, dimana telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan. dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah anak kelas B PAUD Duta Raudha Center Riau dapat ditingkatkan melalui media gambar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orangtua terhadap kesiapan sekolah anak usia dini di TK Aisyiyah III Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru. Masalah yang ditemukan dilapangan anak masih belum bisa mandiri, masih didampingi orangtua ketika berada disekolah dan dibantu oleh orangtua dalam mengerjakan tugas disekolah. Orangtua adalah hal terpenting didalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden, teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan skala likert 4. Hasil dari penelitian, orangtua sangat berperan penting dalam kesiapan sekolah anak yaitu bertanggungjawab terhadapan kesiapan sekolah anak, memotivasi, sebagai role model,sebagai pengawas dan sebagai konselor sehingga semua kebutuhan dalam kesiapan sekolah anak terpenuhi

Abstract

The low of listen ability in children aged 5-6 years is the background of this action research, so this research aims to improve these abilities. One method that has proven to be effective solve that problem is the method of storytelling with a big book. Data on classroom action research was collected using observation techniques and analyzed in quantitative descriptive. This study involved ten students as participants. The result of the study showed that storytelling with a big book can improve the listening skill of 5-6 years old children in PAUD Bintang Mutiara, Pekanbaru. Before applying storytelling method with big book, the participants’ listening skill was categorized as ‘has not been developed”. After applying the storytelling method with big book, their listening skill was categorized as “Developed as expected” with a score of 71.67%. The improvement of participants’ listening skill from ‘pre-cycle’ to ‘cycle 1’ was 21%. From cycle I to cycle II, their listening skill was improved by 64%. From pre-cycle to cycle II, the improvement was 89%. Overall, the improvement of listening skills was 75.56%.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the Early Childhood Curriculum Management in Pa-As-Sakinah, Rumbai Pekanbaru. The curriculum is one of the tools in the management of education in PAUD to carry out learning in Paud. The curriculum currently implemented in PAUD is K13 and KTSP. This research is evaluative research with a qualitative approach. Data collection  is done by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The findings of the research carried out, curriculum management carried out at the PAUD  As- Sakinah was a combination of KTSP and K13. The K13 and KTSP are almost the same but the K13 method is more directing children to be creative and explore and the teacher is only a facilitator. However, this method has not been fully implemented in PAUD As-Sakinah because teachers are still adjusting to the conditions of children in PAUD As-Sakinah. Key word :management, curriculum,early childhoodAbstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui Manajemen Kurikulum Anak Usia Dini di Paud As- Sakinah, Rumbai Pekanbaru. Kurikulum merupakan   salah satu perangkat dalam manajemen pendidikan di Paud untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran di Paud. Kurikulum yang saat ini dilaksanakan di Paud yaitu K13 dan KTSP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Hasil temuan penelitian yang dilakukan, manajemen kurikulum yang dilaksanakan di Paud As- Sakinah gabungan dari KTSP dan K13. Kurikulum K13 maupun KTSP hampir sama namun metode K13 lebih mengarahkan anak lebih berkreativitas dan berekplorasi dan guru hanyalah sebagai fasilitator. Namun, metode tersebut belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan di Paud As- Sakinah karena guru masih menyesuaikan dengan kondisi anak di Paud As- Sakinah.Kata kunci : Manajemen, Kurikulum, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini
