Abstract

Regresi komponen utama (RKU) merupakan salah satu analisis regresi yang menggunakan komponen utama untuk mengatasi adanya multikolinearitas pada regresi berganda. Metode kemungkinan maksimum (MLE) biasanya digunakan untuk menduga matrik ragam-peragam pada analisis regresi komponen utama. Namun, metode pendugaan ini sangat sensitif terhadap adanya data pencilan multivariat. Oleh karena itu, salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode minimum covariance determinant (MCD) dalam menduga matriks ragam-peragamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode MLE dan MCD untuk menduga matriks ragam-peragam pada analisis regresi komponen utama. Sedangkan parameter regresinya diduga oleh metode kuadrat terkecil (MKT). Sementara itu, untuk pemilihan jumlah komponen utama digunakan  kriteria 80% proporsi keragaman dari data contoh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak adanya pencilan multivariat pada analisis regresi komponen utama yang matriks ragam-peragamnya diduga oleh metode MCD akan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata akar ciri pertama yang tetap stabil pada komponen utama pertama (KU1), walaupun rasio pencilan multivariat dengan banyaknya data terus bertambah. Saat rasio pencilan multivariat dengan banyaknya data sebesar 5%, metode pendugaan parameter regresi komponen utama dengan MKT-MLE dan MKT-MCD menunjukkan hasil yang sama baik karena kedua metode ini cenderung menghasilkan nilai bias dan mean squared error (MSE) yang relatif sama kecil. Namun, pada saat rasio pencilan multivariat dengan banyaknya data lebih besar dari 5% (10%,15%,20%), metode MKT-MCD menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan metode MKT-MLE dalam menduga parameter regresi komponen utama. Hal ini terjadi karena metode MKT-MCD cenderung menghasilkan nilai bias dan MSE yang lebih kecil dibandingkan MKT-MLE.

Abstract

This research has been conducted to develop learning module using Learning Content Development System (LCDS) program for simple harmonic motion and describe the interest, easiness, usefulness, and the effectiveness of LCDS learning module. The research method used research and development method. The procedures were consisted of eleven steps; needs analysis, set goals, determine the subject matter, treatment, draft the initial, production prototype, evaluation, revision, the final documents, trials, and final program. The results showed that the learning module were interest, easy, useful, and effective to be used as learning resources.Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran menggunakan Learning Content Development System (LCDS) pada materi gerak harmonik sederhana, dan mendeskripsikan kemenarikan, kemudahan, kemanfaatan, serta keefektifan modul pembelajaran menggunakan LCDS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu research and development atau penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian meliputi sebelas tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, merumuskan tujuan, menentukan pokok materi, treatment, membuat naskah awal, produksi prototipe, evaluasi, revisi, naskah akhir, uji coba, dan program final. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran memiliki kualitas menarik, mudah digunakan, bermanfaat, dan efektif digunakan sebagai sumber belajar.Kata kunci: gerak harmonik sederhana, LCDS, modul pembelajaran, penelitian pengembangan

Abstract

In the research here, the inner structural elements of several poems in the anathology poem Surakarta-Central Java, each has been examined "Mendesak Bung Karno" by Vania Mogsay, "Clawing Belukar Sukar" by Wisnu Permadi, "Surat dari Ajeng" by M.Iqbal Hasibuan, and "Indigenous Tragedy" by Gista Siti Nurjanah. The inner structural elements contained in poetry consist of themes, tones, feelings and commissions. As a theoretical basis is Meinugen by Richards, quoted by Djojosuroto. To be able to analyze these poems, descriptive methods and inner approaches need to be applied. In conclusion in this research, it can be said that the theme of the four poems, here with this: "Urgent Bung Karno" by Vania Mogsay dealing with social life in Indonesia; During the colonial period, he dealt with the gripping, sad, and heartbreaking situation and was followed by a poem entitled "Clawing Hard Shrubs" by Wisnu Permadi that dealt with social life in Indonesia; During the revolution, M.Iqbal Hasibuan's poem "Surat dari Ajeng" dealt with the forty-sixth year with a hopeful, sad, and simple situation, and finally continued with a poem entitled "Indigenous Tragedy" by Gista Siti Nurjanah that dealt with a situation of anger, sadness, and deep sorrow. Discussion on the tone in these four poems is presenting ; the first is a complaint on the situation of the hero Bung Karno, where the colonial period in Indonesia; the second is the grievance of the revolutionary situation, where the hardest time in Indonesia; the third is in the forty-sixth year situation, where the motherland sews red and white flags. The interpregation contained in the feelings of these four poems is presenting: first describing a life full of struggles, tears, and fears; the second describes the situation in Indonesia, which was stranded in times of difficulty during the colonial period with pain; the third describes the struggle of motherland in the colonial period who at that time meritoriously made the red and white flag of Indonesia; the fourth depicts the sadness of the colonial era with traces of the relics of the invaders. At interprection on the fourth poetry mission he can present because, the first performance: You must have the fighting spirit of Bung Karno who became the hero of Indonesia; second show: You must have a high spirit to be like the souls of the revolution; the third describes the spirit of mother earth, in the life of women should also be able to be tough women fighting for Indonesia in the slightest; the fourth describes that your life should appreciate the traces of its ancestors or relics during the colonial era. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Akuntansi (PPAk) di Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi pada perguruan tinggi negeri yang ada di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara serentak (simultan) motivasi prestise, motivasi karir, motivasi ekonomi, dan motivasi kualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti PPAk. Namun secara parsial motivasi prestise tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap munculnya minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti PPAk, sedangkan motivasi karir, motivasi ekonomi, dan motivasi kualitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat untuk mengikuti PPAk di kalangan mahasiswa masih rendah untuk setiap kelompok responden.

Abstract

The background of this research is the issue of globalization that impact on society's lives, especially school-age children (students) who started to use the technology in every activity. The problem in this study is whether the method of inquiry – based on Science Technology and Society has a significant effect on social science learning outcomes of students in SMPN 1 Bandung. This study use quasi-experimental approach, with nonequivalent (pretest and posttest) the Control Group Design. The average result of experimental class’ pre-test is 59.72, and the post-test average is 77.08, the gain is 0, 46, While in the control classroom the average of pre - test is 56.81, and the post-test is 68.75, and the gain is 0, 28. There seems to be a significant improvement between the experimental class and the control class. The results were analyzed using the data analysis software called SPSS 16 for windows shows the sig is 0.000 < α 0.05, which means the test results showed that Ho strongly rejected, means that there are some learning outcomes distinctions between the student who get a method of inquiry -based learning with Science Technology and Society Methods with those who received conventional learning at the post-test. Post-test results of the students who received inquiry -based learning with the Science Technology and Society Methods is better than the students who received conventional learning. It can be seen from the motivation to learn, learner inquiry frequency, the students learning outcomes in land use and settlement patterns material based on the physical condition of the earth's surface. The recommendations were based on the research findings and the discussion of the effect of the use of inquiry -based science technology society method. It is expected that schools, Social Sciences’ MGMP, social science Teacher and the next researcher can use and develop the inquiry -based science learning technology methods community in the social science.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audit delay, audit tenure and audit opinion on auditor switching with financial distress as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were 195 companies, the sampling method used was purposive sample, with a total sample of 46 companies. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis with statistical data processing using SPSS version 20.0 data processing application. The results of this study indicate that audit delay has no effect on auditor switching, audit tenure has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on auditor switching and audit opinion has no effect on auditor switching. Financial distress is not able to moderate the relationship between the effect of audit delay, audit tenure, and audit opinion on auditor switching in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of moral theology learning outcomes and sociology learning outcomes on the formation of student character. This research uses a quantitative approach because the data presented is in the form of numbers. The method used is descriptive correlational. The research subjects were taken from 26th grade XI students. Data was collected using test, documentation and observation methods. Data were analyzed using IBM's SPSS version 26 application program. Hypothesis testing is done by statistical analysis techniques that are using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study concluded that there is an influence of moral theology learning outcomes and sociology learning outcomes together can have an influence on student character. It is proven that the significance value of the regression in the ANOVA test table is 0,000 (<0.05), then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The magnitude of influence is equal to 57.7%. Abstract

Cassava is one of the main local agricultural produced in Lembang sub district, West Java. However, this big potential is still not used optimally because of lack of skill and knowledge of local resident to produce higher economic product made from cassava. Most of resident only use it as raw material to produce traditional foods with relatively low economic value. One of alternative processing of cassava that can enhance higher profit is producing modified cassava flour, best known as mocaf. This training aims to give resident information and skill about mocaf and its process, also offer alternative use of cassava to get higher profit. The target of this training was several housewives joined in Syariah Micro Finance group living in Lembang sub district. This training was held by two sections, the first section was giving general information about mocaf and the second section was demonstrating and practicing how to make mocaf from fresh cassava and some foods made from mocaf. The result shows that audiences gave very good responses to the training. Making mocaf from cassava was new information for them. All audiences were able to practice how to make mocaf successfully. In conclusion,  the processing cassava to mocaf could be an alternative and potential business for local resident in Lembang sub district. Keywords:  cassava, food, mocaf, product,

Abstract

Students still think learning physics is boring. For this reason, educators are expected to be able to develop fun physics learning in various ways. This study aims to develop a module based on the local wisdom of Lampung written batik on temperature and heat. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with a Borg and Gall development model design. This research resulted in a product in the form of an e-module based on local wisdom of Lampung written batik on temperature and heat material with 90% media validation results, 91% material experts, and 82% IT experts. The percentages generated in the study indicate that the category is very feasible. Very feasible means that the developed module can be tested and applied to the next process. The trial was divided into two, namely a small trial of students who obtained 86% results in the very interesting category and field trials with teachers in three schools getting 89% results, and field trials of students getting 82% results. From the results of the small test percentage and field trials, the percentage is obtained in a very attractive category. The very interesting category means that the modules developed are well responded to and accepted by students and teachers. This research concludes that an e-module based on local wisdom of Lampung written batik has been developed on the material of temperature and heat. Students still think learning physics is boring. Abstract

Pada dasarnya pendidikan merupakan upaya menyampaikan wawasan keterampilan, serta keahlian tertentu kepada orang lain. Diantara faktor yang mempengaruhi suatu proses pembelajaran adalah kompetensi guru. Kompetensi guru tidak menjadi sempurna apabila guru hanya mampu menyampaikan bahan ajar yang dilakukan secara langsung dikelas. Namun dibutuhkan pula kompetensi pedagogik guru yang harus melekat dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan guru sebagai instrumen penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Asy-Syafi’iyah Jatinangor yang dinilai bahwa guru MI Asy-Syafi’iyah telah melaksanakan sebagian besar kompetensi pedagogik dengan: memahami peserta didik; membuat perancangan pembelajaran; melaksanakan proses pembelajaran; dan mengevaluasi hasil belajar.
