Abstract

Penelitian ini dalam rangka menganalisis strategi pemasaran jasa perbankan dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah serta untuk menganalisis variabel dari strategi pemasaran jasa yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Syariah Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda dengan sampel 100 populasi dari kalangan nasabah pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis strategi pemasaran jasa dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Syariah Makassar maka variabel strategi jasa produk, strategi tingkat suku bunga, strategi aktivitas promosi dan strategi posisi letak lokasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pencapaian peningkatan jumlah nasabah. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel dari strategi pemasaran jasa yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulselbar cabang Syariah makassar adalah strategi promosi karena dengan kegiatan promosi melalui Periklanan, Penjualan Langsung (Personal Selling), Promosi Penjualan, Publisitas dan Hubungan Masyarakat serta pemberian hadiah atau undian menarik bagi nasabah maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims is to analyze the effect of work motivation on the satisfaction of management lecturers and analyze the effect of the work environment on the satisfaction of management lecturers at a private university in the city of Makassar. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research is management lecturers at private universities in Makassar city, Data use purposive random sampling total 105 respondent. The research period was carried out in February 2020-May 2020. The method of analysis in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. This study proves that both theoretically and previous empirical studies explain that increasing work motivation will increase the job satisfaction of lecturers at private universities in the city of Makassar. According to empirical studies, motivation from a financial perspective can encourage someone to do work. This factor has a more significant influence than the influence of motivation on lecturer job satisfaction. The universities and study programs must improve indicators in the work environment to create comfortable working conditions so that it will increase the job satisfaction of private university lecturers in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh asimetri informasi dan leverage terhadap manajemen laba (studi pada perusahaan manufaktur Yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesai (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan annual report yang dipublikaiskan tahunan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini akan dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap pengujian menggunakan alat SPSS dengan metode regresi berganda. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan uji statistik deskriptif. Tahap kedua adalah melakukan uji normalitas data. Tahap ketiga adalah melakukan uji regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, Uji simultan dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asimetri informasi berpengaruh poositif dan tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Semakin tinggi Asimetri Informasi yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, maka manajemen laba akan mengalami kenaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. Semakin tinggi leverage yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, maka manajemen laba tidak akan mengalami penurunan ataupun kenaikan. Kata Kunci: Asimetri Informasi, Leverage, Manajemen Laba

Abstract

This research aims is to find out the effect of communication and marketing 5.0 strategies on purchase decisions in the Tokopedia marketplace. This study uses quantitative research with a total of 88 respondents with predetermined criteria. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the communication strategy has no effect on purchase decisions and Marketing 5.0 has an influence on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Total Quality Service pada Pegadaian Syariah cabang Ujungbulu di kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif yaitu menjelaskan suatu fenomena yang terjadi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Pegadaian syariah Bulukumba sedangkan objek penelitian ini yaitu Total Quality Service. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dengan informan. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Kemudian metode analisis data penelititan yaitu dengan empat langkah: Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, reduksi data yaitu merangkum hal yang penting dari data yang didapatkan, menyajikan data dengan teks naratif untuk memaparkan hasil dari penelitian dilapangan, yang terakhir yaitu penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menujukkan Pegadaian syariah Bulukumba telah menerapkan keenam dimensi total quality service yaitu; Compliance, Assurance, Realibility, Tangible, Emphaty, Responsiveness. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa Pegadaian syariah Bulukumba telah mengganggap bahwa mutu pelayanan sangat penting dan melakukan pelayanan kepada nasabah dengan cukup baik sehingga dapat melebihi harapan dan keinginan nasabah. Kata Kunci: total quality service; compliance; assurance; realibility; tangible; emphaty; responsiveness.

Abstract

This research was located at the Claro Makassar Hotel. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work-life balance on employee turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative with the aim of finding answers to research questions based on actual circumstances. This study used a sample of 81 respondents. This sampling using purposive sampling. The test equipment used was the research instrument test and path anaylisis with the SPSS version 26.0. The result of this study is that the variable of work stress has an effect on employee turnover intention. The work-life balance variable effects the turnover intention of employee. The effect of work stress on turnover intention is positive and significant. The influence of work-life balance on turnover intention is negative and significant

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return Of Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Biaya Operasional pada Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), B.I rate, dan inflasi terhadap tingkat bagi hasil akad mudharabah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 Bank Umum Syariah dan sampel berjumlah 7 dari Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan estimasi model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (Uji F) Return of Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), B.I rate, Inflasi terhadap Tingkat Bagi Hasil pada bank syariah di Indonesia tahun (2015-2020) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara parsial, Return Of Assets (RoA), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan BI Rate berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Abstract

This Research aims to know the influence of style leadership transformational, motivate job and environment work on the performance of officers PT. Bank BNI Cabang Kota Makassar. The population of this research is all officers assigned by the administration and social service staff, amounting to 60 people. Withdrawal samples use the census technique to make all populations sample research. The study employed a double linear regression test, with the partial examination conducted through the t-Test and simultaneous testing through the F-Test. The study's findings demonstrate that the transformational leadership style motivates job satisfaction, and the work environment significantly positively impacts the performance of officers at PT. Bank BNI Cabang Kota Makassar. From the third free variable, owning influence is more dominant to officer performance is a variable that motivates job.

Abstract

The research described is a quantitative study conducted at companies engaged in financing at the XYZ Finance branch office in Makassar City. The study aimed to investigate how education and work experience support the work ethic of employees in the financial sector, where work demands, workload, and stress are high. Education and work experience were used as independent variables, while work ethic was the dependent variable. A total of 61 respondents were selected through a simple random sampling technique, and data was collected using a questionnaire technique. The results of the study showed that work experience had a positive and partially significant effect on work ethic, while education had a partial and insignificant effect on work ethic. This finding is consistent with the idea that more experience in a particular field can lead to a better work ethic. However, it is important to note that the significance of education than work experience can vary depending on the specific field and industry. To ensure the validity and reliability of the study's results, the researchers conducted validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests in the form of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Additionally, this research used multiple regression tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination to analyze the data. Overall, this research highlights the importance of work experience in developing a strong work ethic, particularly in high-stress industries such as the financial sector. However, it is also important to continue to prioritize education and training to ensure that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their career.

Abstract

Despite being encircled by many poverty regencies, some areas can escape the vicious circle. Their government agency's quality as the accelerators comes up as one fundamental driver. Thus, this study explores this issue by investigating the effect of competence and compensation on work motivation and employee performance in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. 196 public servants respond to the statistical data analysis of the variance-based structural equation model (SEM). The results confirm that competence and compensation must be adequately considered to improve employee performance. Public agencies failing to accommodate these two meridians may suffer significant drawbacks in public and economic returns.
