Abstract

PT Kino Indonesia Tbk awalnya dibangun pada tahun 1999 dengan hanya satu pabrik dan 58 karyawan. Salah satu perusahaan yang telah menghasilkan lebih dari 400 jenis produk yang meliputi produk tubuh, makanan, minuman, dan obat-obatan. PT Kino Indonesia Tbk pada tahun 2014 telah menjadi salah satu perusahaan besar di Indonesia yang memiliki 4 pabrik dengan 3.234 karyawan, tentu saja memiliki laporan keuangan internal dan eksternal. Dalam hal ini perusahaan dapat menggunakan analisis rasio terhadap laporan keuangan. Sedangkan untuk metode data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan studi pustaka terkait data keuangan PT Kino Indonesia Tbk, untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan menghitung rasio aritmatika yang dapat ditafsirkan dalam hubungan ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan kinerja perusahaan. Hasil analisis laporan keuangan menggunakan pengukuran Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Leverage, Rasio Aktivitas, Rasio Profitabilitas, dan perusahaan memiliki kemampuan yang cukup untuk mengambil tindakan dalam menjamin dan melunasi hutang kepada kreditur, dan untuk hasil analisis rasio keuangan usaha lainnya dapat dilakukan. dijadikan patokan bagi investor dalam menginvestasikan dana ke perusahaan.

Abstract

PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk sebagai salah satu perusahaan  Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), yang terkategori perusahaan besar perlu memperhatikan, mengevaluasi dan merumuskan strategi dalam pemberian motivasi yang tepat kepada sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dapat berdampak positif bagi perusahaan.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial ada pengaruh antara variabel motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja sebagai salah satu penentu pentingnya unsur motivasi yang dapat menentukan dan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai uji t hitung untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X) sebesar 10,230 dan t tabel 2,011 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dikarenakan nilai t hitung > t Tabel dan nilai signifikan < dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, atinya Variabel Motivasi (X) dapat dikatakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja (Y).

Abstract

AbstrakPada setiap perusahaan menginginkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam penyampaian informasi guna memberikan kontribusi yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Kemajuan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi proses pengolahan data penggajian dan data karyawan pada Badan Musyawarah Warga Delatinos Tangerang Selatanyang masih dilakukan sangat sederhana. Hal ini terlihat dari data absensi karyawan, penggajian, dan laporan gaji. Sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan dalam hal laporan dan keakuratan data yang kurang efektif. permasalahan lain yang timbul adalah dalam hal pencarian data yang tidak bisa diakses dengan cepat. Penulis merumuskan permasalahan penggajian pada Badan Musyawarah Warga Delatinos Tangerang Selatan dengan metode waterfall, Kemudian membangunnya dengan sebuah sistem penggajian berbasis web. Dengan dibangunnya sistem berbasis web diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data baik absensi, penggajian, dan laporan. Selain itu, website ini juga memiliki kelebihan dalam pengaksesan datanya yang bisa dilakukan dimanapun dan setiap saat.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, penggajian, karyawan  AbstractAt each company wants speed and accuracy in delivering information in order to provide optimal contribution to the company. The progress of information technology greatly influences the processing of payroll data and employee data at the Delatinos Community Consultative Body which is still very simple. This can be seen from employee attendance data, payroll, and salary reports. So that it raises problems in terms of reports and data accuracy that is less effective. Another problem that arises is in terms of searching for data that cannot be accessed quickly. The author formulates payroll issues at the Delatinos Community Consultative Body with the waterfall method, then builds it with a web-based payroll system. With the construction of a web-based system, it is expected to provide convenience in processing data both attendance, payroll and reports. In addition, this website also has advantages in accessing data that can be done anywhere and at any time.Keywords: information systems, payroll, employees

Abstract

As one of the largest oil palm plantation in Indonesia, which has been operating from the date of October 3, 1988, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (Persero), will have financial statements that must always be analyzed sequentially from one period to the next to be used as the basis of the information can be useful either by internal or external parties of the company, and in this case the company may use a ratio analysis of financial statements. as the data collection methods used in this study can be used method of observation and study of literature related to financial data company, to then be analyzed by calculating the ratio of arithmetic can be interpreted in economic relations associated with the performance of the company. The results of the analysis of financial statements with the measurement of Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, it can be said the company in a state quite well. Keywords : The company's performance, financial statement ratio analysis.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, public attention has shifted into digital media in their activities. Digital era has made most of the industries being disrupted, without exception the mass media industries, not only print, but also radio and television.  Many advertisers or brands look at digital channels to campaign and leave conventional channels such as radio and print media as the media. Based on these conditions, radio needs to make a positioning strategy. The importance of positioning strategies brings developments for radio stations that are trying to increase their positions in the market with their listeners. The Indonesian National Private Broadcast Radio Association (PRSSNI) which accommodates all private radios in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta, organizes a Public Relations campaign titled "Siaran Terakhir" on the Radio Day activities series with Hastag #Radioguemati. The method used in this study is a case study method that is a research method that uses various data sources used to examine, describe and explain comprehensively the various aspects of individuals, groups, programs, organizations or events systematically. The conclusion shows that the campaign strategy of the Indonesian National Private Broadcast Radio Association (PRSSNI) through a campaign with hastag #radioguemati proved to be able to strengthen the radio positioning, so that the radio stations still have a wide area in the hearts of their listeners.

Abstract

From an Islamic point of view, children are a mandate given by Allah to their parents, to provide good and healthy education, involving families is a place for children to learn, communicate, communicate, and behave towards the environment associated with it, and a children will always need a lot of attention and affection from both parents. The role of parents in the development of early childhood education from an Islamic point of view must be able to provide an explanation of all the children born in a state of nature, instill monotheism and aqeedah truly to children, teach children to help prayer, teach children to read the Koran, motivate children to always pray, teach children to always be grateful, motivate children to worship at the mosque, teach children to always be naked, teach children to always maintain the cleanliness of the body, and teach children to love each other God's creatures. By involving parents in providing education that contains Islamic religious values, it is expected that these early childhood children can support the process of adaptation to the outside environment, bearing in mind that these early childhood have strong character and faith in the process of development of growth and development for child.

Abstract

Abstract - PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk was founded in 1995 and is engaged in household and lifestyle equipment business, with 208 outlets spread across 49 cities and 27 provinces. The company has been listed as an issuer on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2007 with the exchange code "ACES". The company made a 30% share offering to the public and currently the company's free float shares have reached 40%. Companies can use ratio analysis to their financial statements to assess company performance. As for the data method used in this study using the method of observation and literature study related to the financial data of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk, which is analyzed using the calculation of economic arithmetic ratios related to company performance. The results of the analysis of the financial statements consist of the Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Activity Ratio, and Profitability Ratio, so that the company has the ability to be able to determine and make management decisions related to company performance. Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with the stock code TLKM, is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which has a fairly long journey from 1995 until now it is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Investors will see the company's growth from the premium, disagio, and company fundamentals before making a decision to buy and sell company shares. So starting from this this research will analyze the premium, disagio, and fundamentals of the TLKM Stock Code with data taken from PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Ipot Applications from PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, and the Stockbit Application from PT Stockbit Sekuritas. After that, the data will be continued in the premium and disagio analysis process as well as financial ratios using financial ratio analysis and other procedures using arithmetic calculation techniques that can be interpreted in the form of an economic translation and explanation related to the company's fundamentals. Abstract

Pajak menjadi sumber pendapatan negara yang paling terbesar di Indonesia dan hal ini dapat terlihat di Anggaran Penerimaan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan dari APBN, yang dapat dipergunakan oleh negara untuk pembiayaan pembangunan nasional. Untuk meningkatkan sumber pendapatan negara dari sektor pajak, pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa peraturan dan undang-undang yang terkait dengan sanksi pajak dengan harapan dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak. Pada penelitian ini dilihat apakah ada pengaruh sanksi perpajakan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Indonesia, dan hasil perhitungan Uji Hipotesis yaitu: Uji t dan Uji F dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 23, dimana t hitung (16,009) > t tabel (1,677) dan F hitung (256,297) > F tabel (4,04), ada pengaruh  yang signifikan dari sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi.
