Abstract

Appropriate fertilization in the cultivation of high-yielding varieties has a great opportunity to increase soybean production, especially in soybean centers where areas lack water and ex-paddy fields. An assessment was conducted in Ujong Pie Village, Muara Tiga District, Pidie Regency during the 2020 dry season. The study demonstrated the use of appropriate cultivation technology and superior varieties of Anjasmoro soybean. Plants are managed with integrated crop management (PTT). The land used is land that was previously used for rice planting activities. The study applied five treatments, namely the former fertilized N (P1), K (P2), P (P3), and NPK (P4), as well as the pattern of farmers as control (P5). Pest and disease control is carried out with the principle of IPM. The variables measured were the growth rate of plants and their production components. The results obtained showed that the average plant height during the vegetative period at locations P4 and P5 (P0.05) was higher than those who received other treatments. The maximum growth (height) of plants that received the treatment were 56.33 cm and 54.66 cm. The highest average number of pods per plant occurred in plot P5 and then in P4, 16.50 and 15.00 pods per plant, respectively. The highest average seed production per plant was achieved in plot P5 (18.4 g/plant) and followed by plot P4 (17.13 g/plant) or converted in hectares with an average of 1.82 t/ha and 1, 50 t/ha

Abstract

Growth and Yields Performance of Several Clones of Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) at Medium Highland of Saree, District of Aceh Besar ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study is to obtain an adaptable clones with high productivity at the medium highland of Saree, in the district of Aceh Besar. This research was conducted at experimental station of The Agriculture Mentor Academy at Saree, Aceh Besar with the altitude of 520 m above sea level, from February to July 2015. The study used a non factorial Randomized Block Design. The factors being tested are 12 types of potato clone, where nine were obtain from the International Potato Center of South East Asia (CIP-SEA) Bogor, West Java (CIP-440137, CIP-AC, CIP-B19, CIP-286, CI-287, CIP-GA, SARI, CIP-W, CIP-W104) and 3 local clones (White Saree, Yellow Saree, Bener Meriah). The results show that clones have a very significant impact on the percentage of life at 3 weeks after planting (WAP), long vines (4 and 6 WAP) and biomass dry weight, and significantly impact on the number of vines. The best plant growth is found on CIP-B19 and CIP -W104, while highest yields achieved by CIP- GA and CIP-W104.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas lahan yang berkelanjutan dengan menerapkan bahan organik. Penggunaan bahan organik kascing, pupuk kulit buah, dan kotoran sapi dalam jangka panjang diharapkan mampu memperbaiki sifat fisik tanah pada tanaman kopi Liberica (Coffea liberica var). Penelitian dilakukan di perkebunan kopi Liberica Kecamatan Tangse Kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak faktorial pola bersarang dengan 2 faktor: (1) perlakuan bahan organik (kontrol, vermikompos, pupuk kulit buah kopi, dan kotoran sapi), (2) tingkat kedalaman tanah (0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, dan 20-30 cm tinggi dibandingkan dengan aplikasi pupuk kulit kopi, kotoran sapi pada kedalaman 0-10 cm. Aplikasi berbagai bahan organik tidak meningkatkan bahan organik tanaman. tanah pada kedalaman 10-20 dan 20-30 cm Aplikasi vermikompos, pupuk kulit kopi dan kotoran sapi meningkatkan stabilitas agregat dibandingkan tanpa aplikasi bahan organik (NPK) Bahan organik memiliki hubungan positif dengan stabilitas agregat tanah di kedalaman 0-10 cm (r = 61%), sehingga semakin tinggi kandungan bahan organik maka stabilitas agregat tanah semakin tinggi, sedangkan pada kedalaman 10-20 cm dan 20-30 cm tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to provide understanding, knowledge and the importance of developing the Syiah Kuala University Campus (USK) as a means of education. The method used is the lecture method, which describes the material that has been prepared, the question and answer method, which is to respond to the level of understanding of the participants' understanding of what has been conveyed and the discussion method, namely the presenter and participants have a dialogue that discusses issues around USK Campus II. While the targets of this activity are community leaders from Neuheun Village, Durung Village, and Ladong Village, Mesjid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency. The results obtained are expected to build awareness and increase public understanding of the importance of developing Campus II Syiah Kuala University as an educational facility.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pasal 95 UU Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pajak Daerah Dan Retribusi Daerah bahwa pajak ditetapkan dengan peraturan daerah, dengan hal ini ditetapkannya Qanun Kota Banda Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pajak Hotel. awal tahun 2020 terjadinya pandemi yang menggangu pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak hotel. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak hotel serta upaya kebijakan pemerintah pada masa pandemi terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian ini pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak hotel selama pandemi dilakukan sesuai dari Qanun Kota Banda Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 Tentang Pajak Hotel, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat halangan seperti wajib pajak melakukan kecurangan, pajak terutang tak dibayar dan kurangnya kesadaran hukum. Kebijakan diberikan kelonggaran terhadap denda pajak dan dapat telat bayar. Upaya yang dilakukan pemangan tapping box, sosialisasi dan pendataan. Diharapkan kepada BPKK untuk memperluas pemasangan tapping box, sosialisasi, dan mengevaluasi pendataan wajib pajak. Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan, Pemungutan, Pajak Hotel, Pandemi, Banda Aceh. Abstract  - Article 95 of Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies states that taxes are determined by regional regulations, with this the stipulation of the Banda Aceh City Qanun Number 6 of 2011 concerning Hotel Taxes. In early 2020 there was a pandemic that disrupted the implementation of hotel tax collection. This study aims to understand how the implementation of hotel tax collection and government policy efforts during the pandemic occurs. This research uses empirical law method. The results of this study the implementation of hotel tax collection during the pandemic was carried out according to the Qanun of Banda Aceh City Number 6 of 2011 concerning Hotel Taxes, in its implementation there were obstacles such as taxpayers committing fraud, unpaid taxes owed and lack of legal awareness. The policy is given concessions on tax penalties and can be late in paying. Efforts are being made to implement the tapping box, socialization and data collection. It is hoped that BPKK will expand the installation of tapping boxes, socialize, and evaluate taxpayer data collection.Keywords : Implementation, Collecting, Hotel Tax, Pandemic, Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tanaman kelapa sawit merupakan tanaman perkebunan penting dalam sektor pertanian. Masalah utama pertanian di Indonesia saat ini adalah degradasi kesuburan lahan pertanian disebabkan menurunnya kandungan bahan organik tanah. Upaya peningkatan produksi kelapa sawit dilakukan dengan berbagai teknik diantaranya penanaman tanaman penutup tanah (TPT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji stok karbon organik dan nitrogen total tanah pada lahan yang ditanami beberapa jenis tanaman penutup tanah di Kebun Kelapa Sawit PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pengamatan lapangan dan analisis laboratorium. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Gampong Pondok Kelapa Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa pada koordinat 04o29’16” LU-97o56’38” BT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan cadangan karbon pada lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan tanaman penutup tanah Asystasia gangetica dan Mucuna bracteate lebih tinggi dibandingkan cadangan karbon pada lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit tanpa tanaman penutup tanah. Jumlah nitrogen tanah pada lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan tanaman penutup tanah Asystasia gangetica dan Mucuna bracteate lebih tinggi daripada jumlah nitrogen tanah pada lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit tanpa tanaman penutup tanah. Jenis tanaman penutup tanah Asystasia gangetica menghasilkan nilai karbon organik dan nitrogen total tanah lebih tinggi. Nilai karbon organik dan total nitrogen tanah paling rendah terdapat pada lahan tanpa tanaman penutup tanah. Study of Soil Organic Carbon and Amount Nitrogen Stocks at Several Types of  Cover Crop Plants in Oil Palm Plantations PT.Perkebunan Nusantara I Kota LangsaAbstract. Oil palm is an important plantation crop in the agricultural sector. The main problem of agriculture in Indonesia today is the degradation of the fertility of agricultural land. Efforts to increase oil palm production are carried out using various techniques by planting ground cover plants (TPT). The purpose of this study was to examine organic carbon stock and total nitrogen in soils planted with several types of cover crops in the oil palm plantations of PT. Nusantara Plantation I, Langsa City. This study used a descriptive method with field observations and laboratory analysis. The location of this study is in Gampong Pondok Kelapa, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City at coordinates 04o29’16"N-97o56’38"E. The results of this study indicate that the value of organic carbon stock and nitrogen total in land with cover crop Asystasia gangetica and Mucuna bracteate is higher than that of in land without cover crops. Asystasia gangetica provides a higher value of organic carbon stock and total nitrogen than Mocuna bracteate. The value of organic carbon stock and total nitrogen is lowest in land without the cover crops.
