Abstract

To win business competition either in the field of education or other fields businesses must carry out various marketing strategies such as: product strategy, pricing strategy, promotional strategy, and strategy and presentation of Manusa resources. The last two strategies are important strategies in recruiting prospective students (customers), Presenter's performance can be measured through the ratio of consumers who come to then enroll and the next who register (become students). The problem at the moment is that thebalancebetween consumers who come, consumers who sign up and consumers who are accepted is poorly maintained . Based on the above problems, the author chose the Nusantara Professional Education and Development Institute (LP3N) as the object of research, because LP3N is an educational institution engaged in the development of Human Resources (HR) that produces ready-to-eat labor. The purpose of this research is prioritized to know the extent of the role of human resources and presentations (presenters) in marketing educational products in order to attract students in the process of admission of new students conducted by educational institutions and professional development of the archipelago (LP3N). In addition, in order to be utilized by the Nusantara Professional Education and Development Institute (LP3N) in taking policy in its marketing activities. In this study using quantitative method where this research is intended to describe and analyze the role of presenters in marketing educational products in educational institutions and professional development of the archipelago. Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of motivation and competence on employee performance at the LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta Kramat Raya Campus. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 85 people and the sample is 85 people so that the sample calculation uses the census method. The first result of this study is that there is a significant positive effect between motivation on employee performance with an influence strength of 36.4%, the second result is that employee competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance with an influence strength of 45.5%, the third result is motivation. work and competence together affect employee performance by 49.6% while 50.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Competence, and Employees’ Performance

Abstract

In pushing the economy in the capital city of Jakarta is inseparable from the problem, one of the biggest problems of the people of the capital city in the economic field is the difficulty of empowering the people's economy, and the other side is the high unemployment in the capital. Efforts to overcome the problem of unemployment in the capital city is to provide their own employment. Provision of employment opportunities can be done by opening up Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in absorbing labor, contributing foreign exchange, and alleviating poverty. This is done because on the one hand it can create new entrepreneurs and on the other hand is the empowerment of small businesses into medium-sized businesses. The rapid growth of MSMEs in PIK Pulogadung Jakarta fosters competitiveness among MSMEs to maintain their business. The undeniable reality that Small and Medium Enterprises is the most strategic national economic sector and concerns the lives of many people, so that it becomes the backbone of the national economy. Lack of capital, low professionalism of managing human resources, limited capital and market access, and the lack of government role in supporting the competitiveness of SMEs are problems that must be sought for solutions for SMEs. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of the dependent variable on independent variables. The research proves that simultaneously the independent variables (Capital, Human Resources, Product Marketing and Government Support) have a significant positive effect on the independent variables (Competitiveness). Abstract

Achievement of the employee's performance will usually be preceded by a prior job satisfaction, is not uncommon satisfaction resulting from the spirit of the work as a source of motivation combined with the competence of employees who bersangkutan.Penelitian is intended to identify and assess the motivation and competencies possessed by the employee, the amount of influence both these variables to work satisfaction and job satisfaction impact on the performance of employees indicated.There needs to be a fourth measurement variables in this study at the Polytechnic LP3I Bandung, the postscript was established to eradicate the existence of unemployment in Indonesia. Measurement as outlined in this study, conducted by the method deskriprif verification with proportional cluster sampling technique of random sampling.Based on the study, showed that there is influence of motivation terhdadap job satisfaction for 78,8%, there is the influence of competence terhdadap job satisfaction for 20,8%, job satisfaction affect the performance of 84,4%Keyword : MOTIVATION, COMPETENT, WORK SATISFACTION

Abstract

AbstractMany Polytechnics, as vocational education providers offer education services even by providing guaranteed employment before graduating from college with attractive promotional programs, even by cutting celebrities. One side of the government has educated the public to continue their education on vocational education, but on the other hand, the number of Polytechnic enthusiasts remains much smaller than other forms of higher education. This study aims to determine the responses of respondents to the credibility and attractiveness endorsers of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta (PLJ), the PLJ selection process as a place of study, as well as the influence of PLJ credibility and attractiveness towards the PLJ selection process as a place of study. This research method uses descriptive verification method, with a regression analysis tool with SPSS 16. The results show that the credibility and attractiveness of PLJ endorsers as well as the PLJ selection process as a lecture place are responded well at a good level by respondents, besides that there is an influence from the credibility and attractiveness of PLJ endorsers to the PLJ selection process as a place of study.Keywords: Credibility, Attractiveness, Endorser, Selection Process.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to find out the effect of motivation through the employee productivity, the effect of work environment to the employee productivity, the effect of motivation and work environment simultaneously through the productivity of Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kramat Raya Campus employees. This research was conducted from March to September 2018, the research used an explanatory research which was also correlational, the survey method used by the researcher is a questionnaire method. The respondents are Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kramat Raya Campus employees. The participants of the study are 50 people, based on Arikunto’s formula if the population is less than 100 people, then the total sample is as whole taken. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and used causal hypotheses test. The result of Hypothesis Test showed that motivation and work enviroment influenced through the work froductivity. And also based on the result of SPSS test whowed that hypothesis (1) t score = 4.850 is greater than t table of 2.012 and significant of 0,000 is smaller than 0,05, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that motivation influences to to the work productivity of the employees. Hypothesis (2) t score = 3.247 is greater than t table of 2.012 and significant of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that work environment influencs through Employee productivity. Hypothesis (3) F score = 11.186 is greater than F table of 3.20 and significant of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It means that work motivation influences through work productivity of the employees.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam aktivitas ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis sehingga diketahui apakah kompetensi professional dosen dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen di Politeknik LP3 Jakarta melalui motivasi kerja selama masa pandemic covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen tetap di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta dengan penggunaan metode non probability sampling sehingga diperoleh responden sebanyak 110 responden. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi jalur. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain valid and reliable empirical data, facts, and information regarding the analysis of product quality factors and customer loyalty service quality of fast food restaurant consumers. This research is a quantitative research. There are two independent variables, namely product quality (X1), Service Quality (X2) and one dependent variable, namely Consumer Loyalty (Y). Data was collected by means of a survey. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought fast food using an online application, where there were 142 respondents who gave answers to questionnaires via google forms which were distributed online. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on customer loyalty, amounting to 51.9.%, there was an effect of product quality on customer loyalty of 59.8% and there was an effect of service quality and product quality together in influencing consumer loyalty by 61, 5%.

Abstract

Sekolah dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21 harus mampu mempersiapkan keterampilan yang lebih luas dalam menghadapi perkembangan dunia khususnya teknologi. Namun, berkembangnya teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat dibutuhkan bimbingan dan pengawasan yang mengarah kepada nilai dan moral agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi.Timbulnya dampak negatif dari pemanfatan teknologi yang tidak dibarengi dengan pengawasan kepada nilai seperti kasus pornografi, kecanduan game online, merenggangkan kehidupan sosial, munculnya akun- akun palsu dalam penyebaran berita hoaks, maraknya kasus kriminal seperti kasus penipuan online dan lain – lain. Pendidikan nasional masih cenderung mengarah kepada pengajaran bukan pada pembelajaran, sehingga orientasi pendidikan lebih banyak menyentuh aspek kognitif dan lemah kepada pengembangan aspek soft skills atau kepribadian yang unggul dan budaya yang bermutu. Sekolah perlu memahami konsep soft skills secara mendalam sehingga mampu membuat kebijakan – kebijakan yang dapat mengembangkan soft skills yang dibutuhkan siswa. Pemerintah melalui Undang- Undang SISDIKNAS No. 20 tahun 2003 memberikan indikator bahwa pendidikan yang bermutu dapat mengembangkan dirinya secara aktif supaya memiliki pengendalian diri, kecerdasan keterampilan dalam masyarakat, kekuatan spritual keagamaan, kepribadian serta akhlak mulia. Sehingga pendidikan menjadi proses yang bermakna dalam membangun masyarakat. Kecerdasan yang diimbangi karakter, itulah tujuan pendidikan sebenarnya, sebagaimana bunyi Undang- Undang SISDIKNAS No. 20 tahun 2003 diatas. Sebuah kecerdasan yang ditambah dengan kecerdasan karakter akan menjadi sempurna sebagaimana tujuan hakiki dari pendidikan. Adapun kecerdasan yang dimaksud di sini adalah kecerdasan secara kognitif. Seseorang yang memiliki kecerdasan intlektual yang memadai kemudian diimbangi dengan karakter yang baik maka dia sudah mendapatkan tujuan Pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memaparkan materi mengenai pentingnya peningkatan softskill bagi generasi Z dalam menghadapi era revolusi industry 4.0 dan society 5.0.Kata kunci: generasi Z, softskill, santri
