Abstract

The Palembang Port Hospital has used and utilized IT tools in line with the vision of becoming the best hospital in the national health industry with world-class professional services. To benefit from the use of IT equipment, the management of the Palembang Port Hospital must have knowledge of how the device is planned properly so that the results obtained are as expected. Otherwise it will cause a mismatch between the current device / application and the application needed in the future. Based on this, a strategic planning is required so that IT development runs directed and in accordance with the expected values ​​of hospital management. The preparation of this strategic plan uses the Anita Cassidy framework in 4 phases, namely (1) Visioning Phase discusses current business conditions, (2) Analysis Phase discusses current IT conditions, (3) Direction Phase contains IT planning stages and (4) Recommendation Phase is the final result of the preparation of a strategic plan in the form of a final roadmap. In the preparation of the strategic plan for the Palembang Port Hospital, 9 projects were identified, namely 3 projects related to applications, 4 projects related to network infrastructure development, 2 documentation projects and IT training. In addition, an estimate of the time the project will start is also developed.

Abstract

University of Bina Darma Palembang has its own DNS server and in this study using log data from the Bina Darma University DNS server as data in the study, DNS log server data is analyzed by network traffic, using Network Analyzer tools to see the activity of a normal traffic or anomaly traffic, or even contains DGA Malware (Generating Algorthm Domain).DGA malware produces a number of random domain names that are used to infiltrate DNS servers. To detect DGA using DNS traffic, NXDomain. The result is that each domain name in a group domain is generated by one domain that is often used at short times and simultaneously has a similar life time and query style. Next look for this pattern in NXDomain DNS traffic to filter domains generated algorithmically that the domain contains DGA. In analyzing DNS traffic whether it contains Malware and whether network traffic is normal or anomaly, in this study it detects Malwere DNS From the results of the stages of the suspected domain indicated by malware, a suspected domain list table is also created and also a suspected list of IP addresses. To support the suspected domain analysis results, info graphic is displayed using rappidminer tools to test decisions that have been made using the previous tools using the Decision Tree method.

Abstract

Konsep green supply chain (GSC) banyak diterapkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan limbah industri, seperti pengerajin tekstil tradisional Jumputan Palembang. Proses pembuatan kain jumputan menggunakan air dan menghasilkan limbah cair yang berpotensi membahayakan lingkungan. Penerapan konsep teknologi ramah lingkungan dalam pengelolaan rantai pasokan bisnis dapat mengatasi hal tersebut jika dikelola dengan optimal. Paper ini menyajikan hasil analisis jaringan GSC dalam bentuk model proses dan prototipe sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengerajin untuk mengolah data pengadaan, produksi, dan penjualan produk jumputan mereka, serta yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah pengelolaan data limbah cair. Limbah cair ini akan diproses menjadi air bersih kembali oleh pengerajin secara bersama-sama. Dihasilkan beberapa model GSC yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, pengerajin maupun pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan dampak lingkungan dari limbah proses pembuatan kain jumputan. Model analisis yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untk mengoptimalkan proses produksi dan penjualan kain jumputan oleh pengerajin. Di saat yang sama juga dapat dihasilkan model bisnis baru terkait pengolahan limbah produksi ini, yaitu dengan menghadirkan atau membuat unit bank limbah. Konsep model bank limbah ini dapat mengoptimalkan pengendalian dampak lingkungan akibat limbah cair produksi jumputan di kawasan industri pengerajin jumputan, dan hasil ini dapat direplikasi di kawasan industri yang lain dalam bentuk yang sejenis.

Abstract

Abstract: The inability of students to complete their studies on time is faced by most of higher education institution. STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau is one of those which is experienced with this matter. In most cases, the students could complete their studies longer than the expected duration. From 162 students of Sistem Informasi study program in the year 2013 and 2014 there were 117 students completed their studies on time, while 45 students were late. As a result, it could prevent new students to join the instituion since the limited student capacity. This study deploys data mining technique in predicting graduation status of students on time. First, preprocessing is used to obtain a good dataset. Secondly, the data is processed to obtain a set of prediction. In this step, two mining algoritm were applied – Naive bayes classifier and C4.5 algoritm to be knowing the performance of the two methods, the method has a greater accuracy value will be recommended to solving the problem of prediction of students graduation at STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau. Thirdly, the result then was validated using K-Fold Cross Validation technique. Finally, Coffusion Matrix is deployed to ensure the accuration of the prediction. The results indicates that the C4.5 Algorithm method can be used to predict student graduation status with an accuracy rate of 79,08% while the accuracy rate of the Naive Bayes Classifier method is only 78,46%. The dominan factor is IPK-S4 variable.Abstrak: Ketidakmampuan mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi tepat waktu dialami oleh sebagian besar Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi. STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang mengalami hal tersebut. Dalam banyak kasus para mahasiswa menyelesaikan studi mereka lebih lama dari rentang waktu yang diharapkan. Dari 162 mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi tahun angkatan 2013 dan 2014 terdapat 117 mahasiswa yang menyelesakan studinya tepat waktu, sedangkan 45 mahasiswa terlambat. Akibatnya hal tersebut dapat menghambat mahasiswa baru untuk bergabung dengan lembaga karena kapasitas mahasiswa yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data mining dalam memprediksi status kelulusan mahasiswa tepat waktu. Pertama, preprocessing digunakan untuk mendapatkan dataset yang berkualitas. Kedua, data diproses untuk mendapatkan serangkaian prediksi. Pada langkah ini, dua algoritma data mining diterapkan - Naive Bayes Classifier dan Algoritma C4.5 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari kedua metode, metode dengan tingkat akurasi yang lebih besar akan direkomendasikan untuk menyelesaikan masalah prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa pada STMIK Bina Nusantara Jaya Lubuklinggau. Ketiga, hasilnya kemudian divalidasi menggunakan teknik K-Fold Cross Validation. Terakhir, Coffusion Matrix digunakan untuk memvalidasi nilai akurasi hasil prediksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Algoritma C4. dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi status kelulusan mahasiswa dengan tingkat akurasi 79,08% sedangkan metode  Naive Bayes Classifier hanya 78,46%. Dengan faktor dominan adalah variabel IPK-S4.

Abstract

Information technology has been widely used in universities as a medium for related academic information. However, students in this case prefer to use social media to find information compared to looking for academic information that has been provided by the university. Students are still not active in utilizing academic information systems. Some services are still not fully utilized by students, such as: class schedules, study reports, academic calendars. In this study, the combination of the TTF and UTAUT models was used in analyzing the acceptance of the academic system in universities. The distribution of questionnaires in this study using google form and involving three universities that are used as respondents. From the research results, there are several variables used that have not significantly affect based on the perceptions of each respondent in three universities. From these results, it can be concluded that there are variables that consistently have a significantly affect, namely task characteristics towards task-technology fit, technology characteristics towards task-technology fit, task-technology fit towards performance expectancy, and effort expectancy towards performance expectancy.

Abstract

IT services are one of the important factors in business operations in the technical document control division. The document control technical division is a division that has a vital role in supporting the construction, production and maintenance processes. This study aims to design a service catalog management using the ITIL V3 framework. The stages in designing this catalog are problem identification, data collection, data analysis, domain mapping based on the ITIL version 3 framework, domain determination, and e-catalog management design. And this research produces an e-catalog management application that contains information about the service descriptions in the technical division of document control and management of incidents that occur.

Abstract

This research is a case study of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in Palembang Polytechnic of Tourism website. The main objective of this research is to establish a plan for SEO in Palembang Polytechnic of Tourism (http://poltekpar-palembang.ac.id/) and to improve online visibility and ranking position in search engines (Google). It aims to bring in more international traffic and students to visit the website. SEO is a digital marketing technique to increase web accessibility. In the globalization world, people use search engines, such as Google, to know or find out more about various topics quickly and visually. Through a bibliographic review and qualitative analysis, the research focuses on the understanding of what SEO is and its implementation for the Palembang Polytechnic of Tourism website. The results show that the most important thing in making SEO plans is to increase visibility and branding on search engines (Google). SEO is done by developing website content and setting keywords as backlinks.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di era saat ini dibutuhkan untuk menunjang dalam kemudahan aktivitas di segala bidang dari pihak pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Pemerintah terus melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan layanan berbasis elektronik yakni e-government. E-gov akan meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelayanan publik berbasis digital dengan mengarah good governance. Pemerintah Kabuaten Muara Enim memiliki 1521 perusahaan dan 61 SKPD/dinas terkait. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 295. Dari dimensi yang digunakan menunjukkan hasil bahwa SP2D terhadap usability sebesar 94 persen, information quality sebesar 91 persen, service interaction sebesar 81 persen, quick accessible and ease of use sebesar 88 persen dan information adequacy and website design sebesar 87 persen.

Abstract

The Sumatera Selatan University (USS) is an educational institution of Palembang city that is committed to providing the best service to students as an effort to improve the quality of education. One of the academic endeavors is to implement information system. Implementation of the system is expected to help the administrative process to be effective and efficient. This study aims to determine empirically the acceptance of users (Students, Lecturers, Academic Staff) to academic information system of Sumatera Selatan University. This research integrates the theory of UTAUT (Unified of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action) which are used as the basis for explaining the factors that influence technology acceptance. Furthermore, in the data analysis process, the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) approach was used. The findings of this study indicate that there is a varied relation between exogenous variables and endogenous variables. First, the results of the analysis show that the Attitude (A) and Social Influence (SI) variables have a significant effect on Behavioral Intention (BI). But the variables Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), and were not proven significant. Second, the results of the analysis also show that the variables of Facilitating Condition (FC) and Behavioral Intention (BI) have a significant effect on Use Behavior (UB).Keywords: Technology Acceptance, Academic Information System, UTAUT, TRA, SEM-PLS

Abstract

Computer based technology continuely grow affecting people way of life. One of them is how people counduct daily transaction. Traditioanally, people pay using cash money for their transaction, but recent way, people use cashless to do so using e-money. The aims of this study is to analyse people’s intention and behaviour in utilizing e-money for their payment method. The research deploys the UTAUT model as the basis of the theory. Therefore, the variables used in this study are performance expectancy (PE), Effort expectancy (EE), Social influence (SI), Facilitating condition (FC), Hedonic motivation (HM), Price value (PV), Habit (H), Behavioral Intention (BI) and use behaviour (UB). There are 200 valid responses and then it analyzed by using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that  hedonic motivation (2.193), habit (2,069), facilitating condition (2,841), Price value (0,404) are significantly influence behaviour intention to use e-money but effort expectancy (0,656), Performance expectancy (0,773), and social influence (0,504)not significantly influence behaviour intention. And then Habit (2,501), Facilitating condition (2,501) are significantly influence use behaviour, but behavioral intention (1,011), not significant influence use behaviour  to use e-money.
