Abstract

Gymnastics ability is useful and necessary capability children in their everyday lives. But in modern timeswith various forms of technological advancements, as now, most children choose to spend a lot more timeto play in a way that facilities are available, compared to an activity that should be moving a muscle.Cognitive abilities in children are also very important because it can hone accuracy, ability to think andsolve problems. This study aims to determine the relationship of exercise with cognitive skills in studentskindergarten group B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. This study aims to determine the relationship ofexercise with cognitive skills in students kindergarten group B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. Thisresearch was conducted using quantitative research methods. In this study took a sample of 31kindergarten students in group B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya. Data was collected using observationand study documentation. The technique of data analysis is product moment. Results of data analysis areknown to result count r is 0.213. At the 5% error level, then the price of the table r = 0.355. r count islower than r table so as to have low in view of the interpretation of the interpretation table r value. It canbe concluded that there is no relationship gymnastics skills with cognitive skills in students kindergartengroup B Kemala Bhayangkari I Surabaya.

Abstract

Each child has a variety of different abilities, and talents brought from birth. In the hands of intelligent and barrel teachers, children can grow into people who think, spirit, and work big. But with a variety of different abilities it needs to be done various ways to develop these abilities. One of these abilities is creativity. Creativity is not an innate ability from birth, but an ability that can be learned and developed. Creativity is important to develop because creativity affects a person's life. With creativity one is driven to create new ideas, discoveries or technologies that can improve the well-being of society at large. With their creativity, they can become creative individuals. So that this ability can be developed early on.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is based on the background that the importance of emotional skills in TK Aisyiyah 46 Surabaya at the age of 5-6 years. Initial observations were made during the language learning process using puppet media, when children were asked to come forward to retell the child did not want to do it, there were some children who came forward and cried, there were also children who ran when they were appointed to go forward. The purpose of this study was to improve emotional abilities through the cheerful method using hand puppets. The research design used a pre-experimental one shot case study. The research subjects were 25 children aged 5-6 years, in this study using observation and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis used the T test with the help of SPSS 20. From the results of the above calculations carried out on Group B students in Aisyiyah Kindergarten 46 Surabaya by conducting a pretest and posttest with the use of hand puppets it was concluded that, sig 0.000 <0.05 then Ha was accepted so there were differences in emotional development using hand puppets through the storytelling method. Based on the data collected and the results of the calculation of the data for each treatment, it can be seen that there is an increase in emotional development through storytelling using hand puppets.Keywords: Children, telling stories, hand puppets, emotional development AbstrakPenelitian ini didasari oleh latar belakang bahawa pentingnya kemasmpuan emosi di TK Aisyiyah 46 Surabaya pada usia 5-6 tahun. Observasi awal dilakukan saat proses pembelajaran bahasa menggunakan media boneka, saat anak diminta maju kedepan untuk menceritakan kembali anak tidak mau melaksanakannya, ada beberapa anak maju dan menangis, ada pula anak yang berlari saat ditunjuk untuk maju. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan emosi melalui metode berceria menggunakan boneka tangan. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre eksperimen one shot case study. Subjek penelitianya adalah anak dengan usia 5-6 tahun sebanyak 25 anak, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tenik penggumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi.. Analisis data menggunakan uji T dengan bantuan SPSS 20. Dari hasil perhitungan diatas yang dilakukan terhadap peserta didik Kelompok B di TK Aisyiyah 46 Surabaya dengan melakukan pretest dan postes dengan perlakuan penggunaan Boneka tangan disimpulkan bahwa, sig 0.000<0.05 maka Ha diterima jadi ada perbedaan perkembangan emosi menggunakan boneka tangan melalui metode bercerita. Berdasarkan data yang terkumpul serta hasil perhitungan data setiap perlakuan dapat menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan dalam perkembangan emosi melalui bercerita menggunakan boneka tangan.Kata kunci: Anak, bercerita, boneka tangan, perkembangan emosi

Abstract

This research was conducted against the background of underdeveloped children's ability to count numbers 1-20. The purpose of this study is to get a picture of the use of snakes and ladders media in developing the ability to count numbers and understand the function of playing instruments used as media in learning with play activities. Play is the most influential factor in children's self development, one of which is cognitive development. In this activity the method used is giving tasks and direct practice with observation as an assessment tool. The subjects of the study were all students of group A Tunas Mekar Kindergarten in Surabaya in the academic year 2019-2020 with a total of 20 participants. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed: The ability to count numbers before using the media was not optimal, in the assessment scores achieved from each indicator of completeness learning below the average, while using the media snakes and ladders experienced a very optimal development in the assessment scores achieved from each indicator of mastery learning very well.

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Project Based Learning Models and Learning Styles on the Ability to Make Educational Game Tools for Early Childhood in S-1 PG-PAUD Students of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya. The study aims to determine the influence of Project Based Learning Models and Learning Styles on the Ability to make Educational Game Tools for Early Childhood in S1 PG-PAUD Students of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach involving S1 PG-PAUD students class of 2015 classes A and B. data collected through learning style questionnaires, project assessment sheets and educational game tool assessment sheets. The respondents were 48 S1 PG-PAUD students class of 2015. There are only 2 free variables, namely project-based learning models and learning styles, while bound variables are the ability to make educational tools. The findings of this study show that the project-based learning model affects the ability to make educational game tools in early childhood while learning styles do not affect the ability to make educational game tools in students.

Abstract

This research was motivate by the lack of reading abilitys in group B children in TK Fatima Geluran. The low reading ability of children as a result of the learning method used by the teacher does not provide maximum results. The use of snake and lader game media researchers chose as one of the solutions, because snake and ladder game media has a positive impact on increasing children's reading skills. The formula of the problems in this study, is there any influences of snake and ladder game media on reading ability in group B children in Fatima Geluran. The purposes of this research is to finds out whethers theres is an effect of snake and ladder games media on reading ability in group B children in Fatima Geluran. The types of research that the author used is quantitatives with the types of one groups pretest-posttest design. The data collections technique used is observations and processed by Pair Sample T Test. The result show that there was a significant increased in the snake and ladder game media on children's reading ability, with df or db 11, if we look at the t-value table with a significant level of 5%, the "t" value is greater than tt, namely: 0.000<0,05. Then by comparing the results of t arithmetic (tₒ) with t table, it can be analyzed that t0 is greater than tt (t0 > tt), so H0 is reject and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Sexual education is a basic science about sexuality which is very important for early childhood so that children can adapt to the surrounding environment and protect themselves from the surrounding environment or other people they do not know. The introduction of sexual education for early childhood cannot be separated from the role of parenting style. The introduction of sexual education can be introduced in different ways, each parent has a different parenting style so that it has a different impact on the introduction of sexual education. This research was conducted to find out how the role of parenting influences the introduction of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the subjects of this study were 3 children who had democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles. Informants taken were 3 people who were parents, siblings and grandmothers who helped care for the object. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the type of parenting applied by parents causes differences in behavior towards knowledge of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The permissive parenting style used has more positive impacts than authoritarian and democratic parenting styles. The development of this research found that the number of children in the family, how to communicate and negative perceptions related to sexual education.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the role of parenting influences the introduction of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the subjects of this study were 3 children who had democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting styles. Informants taken were 3 people who were parents, siblings and grandmothers who helped care for the object.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the type of parenting applied by parents causes differences in behavior towards knowledge of sexual education in children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar di masa pandemi secara langsung tidak bisa dilaksanakan seperti biasanya dari pendidikan tinggi sampai dengan pendidikan anak usia dini. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada guru PAUD dalam membuat presentasi dengan memanfaatkan powerpoint untuk pembelajaran daring. Metode yang digunakan berupa workshop online. Peserta guru-guru PAUD di Kota Surabaya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respon bahwa penggunaan power point membantu para pendidik untuk membuat presentasi secara online yang memiliki daya tarik bagi peserta didik. Keterampilan guru PAUD dalam membuat presentasi dengan memanfaatkan power point menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi saat ini yang sudah dijalani sejak tahun 2019 sampai sekarang menuntut kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Setiap pendidik harus mampu beradaptasi terhadap proses pebelajaran secara daring yang membutuhkan kemampuan teknologi informasi termasuk pendidik PAUD. Pelatihan media interaktif ini diperuntukkan kepada guru paud untuk pembelajaran pengembangan motorik anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PPM adalah metode presentasi mengenai pembelajaran jarak jauh , cara membuat media interaktif melalui pengenalan Microsoft office power point, manfaatnya, serta penerapaan dalam membuat media interaktif, metode demonstrasi mengenai operasional program dan metode parktik yaitu membuat media interaktif untuk pembelajaran pengembangan motorik anak usia dini secara langsug oleh guru PAUD. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengamati perbedaan kemapuan guru PAUD sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dari hasil yang dicapai terlihat poeningkatan kemampuan yang cukup signifikan disbanding dengan sebelum dilatih, sehimgga dapat disimpulkan kegiatan PPM ini berhasil meningkatkan kemapuan guru PAUD dalam membuat media interaktif untuk pembelajaran pengemabangan motorik anak usia dini.
