Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a non-graded education models in this model, the curriculum materials are adapted into sequentially arranged materials. Students are grouped on the bases of Reviews their ages, it is possible to have a variety of learning materials and a variety of learning activities within one classroom at the same time. An individual is mastery learning approach is implemented. The location of research was in the town of Surakarta. The initial activity was adapting the existing curriculum materials into sequential learning units. The non ~ graded model was tried out in grade 1 of SO Al Firdaus with 62 students (parallel classes). Research results indicate: i) The initial levels of competence of students in a classroom are heterogeneous. 2) In terms of language and sequence of materials, the adapted curriculum package was rated as excellent, but in appropriateness to the levels of development, a few materials for the lower grades need to be revised. 3) Teachers and parents Agreed on the heterogeneity of classes in schools, but disagreed on the feasibility of multilevel curriculum materials and multi-modality of learning. The two groups Also Agreed on the low competence of teachers in teaching non-graded classrooms. 4) After one year in progress, the non-graded models Showed beneficial for fast and slow learners

Abstract

Prophetic education can be understood as a set of theories that not only describe and transform social phenomena, and not only change things for the sake of change, but more than that, are expected to direct changes on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. The three main pillars in prophetic social science are: amar ma'ruf (humanization), nahi munkar (liberation), and tu`minuna blades (transcendence). The existing education process tends to be monotonous, indoctrinative, teacher-centered, top-down, mechanical, verbal, cognitive and the mission of education has been misleading. No wonder there is an impression that Islamic education practices and processes are sterile from the context of reality, so that they are not able to make a clear contribution to the various problems that arise. Education, especially religion, is considered not effective enough to contribute in solving problems. Because of this, many ideas emerged about the need to interpret and reorient, including making a paradigm shift from the current educational practice. Education must be interpreted as an effort to help humans reach their reality by optimizing all their human potential. With this understanding, all processes leading to the realization of human potential optimization, regardless of place and time, are categorized as educational activities. Conversely, if there is a practice that is said to be education it actually hinders development, the potential for humanity in its various forms, then this is actually not the practice of education. However, it must be realized that there are indeed differences in methods or strategies between one another, but these differences should only be limited to the technical implementation, not the meaning of education itself.

Abstract

Leadership is a mandate and therefore, in an Islamic system, one must not demand a position. Leaders have a very important position for community groups, nation and state. A community, nation and state will not advance, safe and directed if there is no leader. Leaders become the key to success in a community, leaders who are able to provide a sense of security, peace, and able to realize the wishes of their people, that is what is considered a successful leader. Successful leaders are leaders who are loved by those they lead, so their minds are always supported, their orders are always followed and the people defend them without being asked first. The leadership figure that approaches this explanation is the leadership of the Prophet and his companions (Khulafaur Rasyidin). Abu Bakr was chosen to be the caliph to replace leadership after the Messenger of Allah was a blessing in itself, and this kind of privilege was given to him by Allah. Basically the companions of the Prophet are people who will inherit Islamic da'wah / treatise for all mankind, as well as being a leader for themselves with their exemplary example and the Islamic faith in carrying out the shari'ah of Allah Almighty and His Rasul, both through the book of Allah and the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah. In this paper, it will be discussed how the leadership progress in the Khulafaur Rosyidin period, as long as a leader, the problems faced as well as the progress that has been achieved in fighting for and expanding the Islamic territory, so that Islam can be glorious at that time.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren or Islamic Boarding School has become a sub-culture of the Indonesian people, assimilated with the community. Islamic boarding school students and alumni have long participated in community activities. This article aims to explore the role of Miftahul Ula Islamic Boarding School in community development through education. This research was conducted using the ABCD approach. The results showed that the Miftahul Ula Islamic Boarding School could develop the community through education by building formal and non-formal institutions that were recognized by the government, so that the surrounding community could fulfill their needs, especially in the field of education.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) Education is the potential that is an asset and material / non-financial in the school organization, which can be realized into real potential (real) physically and non-physically in realizing the existence of the organization / school. Human Resources consists of two dimensions, namely the qualitative dimension and the quantitative dimension. The qualitative dimension includes various potentials contained in every human being, including thoughts (ideas), knowledge, attitudes, and skills that influence the capacity of human ability to carry out productive work. Meanwhile, the quantitative dimension consists of the achievements of students, the quality of educational institutions and the number of teachers and education personnel in the amount of learning time. If spending to improve the quality of human resources (Human Resources) is increased, the productivity value of human resources (Human Resources) will produce a positive rate of return. Human resources are very important for the progress of all educational institutions. Moreover, Islamic educational institutions are institutions that are considered perfect by the community as institutions that make students have competence in the fields of science and religion. Strengthening all aspects of HR (Human Resources) becomes absolutely necessary in Islamic religious education institutions, competent HR (Human Resources) will bring changes in the institution to the expected goodness and progress.

Abstract

Kini hadir kurikulum baru bernama kurikulum merdeka belajar. Kurikulum ini wajib dijadikan tantangan untuk sekolah, guru, serta peserta didik sebab ketiga poin tersebutlah berfungsi pada terlaksananya sistem pembelajaran. Tetapi dalam kenyataannya masih banyak pembelajaran yang memerlukan inovasi serta kreasi agar guru serta peserta didik tidak bosan.Peneliti memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. . Guna mendapatkan data peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta studi pustaka. Adapun data dianalisis dengan memakai beberapa langkah sesuai teorinya Miles&Hubberman ialah menganalisa informasi dengan 3 tahap: reduksi informasi, penyajian informasi serta menarik kesimpulan ataupun validasi. Adapun dalam hal kemampuan atau keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru dalam proses pembelajaran dirasa masih kurang. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka belajar adalah belum mengerti penggunaan media pembelajaran dan kurangnya pemerataan sosialisasi. Disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah belum siap untuk menerapkan hal tersebut disebabkan persiapan yang masih minim pada sosialisasi dan bimbingan teknis terkait pembuatan perangkat ajar. Hal tersebut yang menjadikan kurang berkembangnya kompetensi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran dan kompetentsi guru dalam proses pembelajaran yang dituntut mampu mengembangkan bakat dan minat yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mengatasi dikotomi keilmuan antara ilmu umum dan ilmu agama dalam pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, artikel ini mengeksplorasi konsep integrasi ilmu keislaman dengan ilmu umum. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya integrasi antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dalam pendidikan Islam serta menggambarkan implementasinya dalam konteks madrasah ibtidaiyah. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan, memaparkannya secara diskriptif, dan menerapkan pendekatan analisis kualitatif untuk menyajikan keterkaitan informasi guna mengambil kesimpulan. Integrasi ilmu keislaman dengan ilmu umum di madrasah ibtidaiyah bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter religius, berbudi pekerti, berilmu, dan memiliki keterampilan sesuai tuntutan zaman. Upaya ini melibatkan berbagai pendekatan dalam pendidikan karakter dan menegaskan perlunya harmoni antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum. Integrasi ilmu keislaman dengan ilmu umum dalam pendidikan Islam di madrasah ibtidaiyah membawa implikasi penting untuk menciptakan generasi yang memiliki keselarasan pengetahuan, karakter, dan relevansi dengan tuntutan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas program anti bullying sebagai pendukung dalam membentuk karakter profil pelajar Pancasila di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) disalah satu daerah di Nganjuk. Kebutuhan akan upaya pencegahan bullying di sekolah menjadi semakin penting dalam konteks pembentukan karakter siswa yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila.Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana program anti bullying berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila di MI. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penggunaan wawancara, observasi dokumentasi. Data-data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa program anti bullying memiliki pengaruh positif dalam membentuk karakter siswa berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila di MI. Siswa yang terlibat dalam program tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila, sikap toleransi, dan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa program anti bullying memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Implementasi program semacam ini memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, mengurangi insiden bullying, dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya toleransi dan kepedulian di antara siswa.

Abstract

Effectiveness is the achievement of goals appropriately, which refers to a success or achievement of expected goals. The level of effectiveness can also be measured by comparing the predetermined plan with the real results that have been realized. The research objectives are: (1) To describe the implementation of online-based learning at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School. (2) To describe what are the advantages and disadvantages of implementing online-based learning at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School. (3) To describe the effectiveness of the implementation of online-based learning at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This research uses a qualitative research approach, which is a research method used to research on natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument. Qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behaviors that can be observed. The type of research is case study type research. The results showed that (1) The application of online learning through WhatsApp media at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School is that the teacher starts online learning through the WhatsApp grub that has been formed per class and the application of online learning through Zoom media (2) The advantages of implementing online-based learning for teachers and students at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School are that teachers are able to master learning media, teaching and learning activities continue despite the covid-19 pandemic situation, teaching and learning activities and assignments given are still well delivered. (3) The disadvantages of implementing online learning at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School for students are that students understand the material provided less optimally and the limited quota for conducting online learning and also some students are in pesantren. (4) The results of the application of online-based learning at Al-Qomar Integrated Islamic Junior High School are: Online-based learning is considered less effective because students' grades decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the skills of writing free verse poetry among fourth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negri Nganjuk in the Baron sub-district of Nganjuk district through the technique of describing concrete objects in their environment in the academic year 2021/2022. The research method used is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negri Nganjuk, with a total of 25 students. Data collection techniques used were observations, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed an increase in the average score of students' writing skills from 64.2 in cycle 1 to 81.6 in cycle 2. There was also an increase in the percentage of students who achieved the target score, which increased from 44% in cycle 1 to 84% in cycle 2. The use of the technique of describing concrete objects in their environment was found to be effective in improving students' writing skills in free verse poetry. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the technique of describing concrete objects in their environment can improve the skills of writing free verse poetry among fourth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negri Nganjuk in the Baron sub-district of Nganjuk district in the academic year 2021/2022.
