AbstractFeminist theory attempted to analyze the various conditions that shape the lives of womenand explore diverse cultural understanding about women. Feminist theory was originallydirected to the political objective of the Woman Movement. The feminist rejected the viewthat the inequality between men and women are naturally. Thinking as a feminist involvesattempts to challenge many of the things that are considered as “knowledge”. Abstract

Women who work and have multiple roles allow them to face various challenges, obstacles and experience certain psychological impacts. To face these challenges, it is important for women who work and have multiple roles to adapt. This study aims to develop a valid and reliable adjustment tool for working women, which can be used as material for selecting or evaluating female employees in a company or can be used for working women who have multiple roles in general. This study used a quantitative approach. This research is designing a psychological scale. Respondents in this study were 389 women who worked and had multiple roles. This research produced a measurement tool called the Working Women Self-Adjustment Scale (SPDPP). SPDPP consists of 15 items that have good item discrimination and represent five aspects of adjustment evenly, where each aspect consists of 3 items. This measurement tool has good validity based on construct validity, where the value of the item-rest correlation ranges from 0.337 to 0.513. This measuring instrument also has high Cronbach's Alpha reliability with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.798.

Abstract

The Cianjur earthquake resulted in hundreds of deaths, minor to severe injuries, buildings destruction and landslides. Children studied in tents with appalling conditions. In addition, the impact of the earthquake that is even more serious is the emergence of trauma to children and adults. Before the earthquake happened, the children were cheerful and liked to play with their peers. The post-disaster turns the children’s feelings to gloom, quiet and afraid of the aftershocks' potential. The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, which is involving Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI), is also overseeing the integrated community service (PkM) Incentive Program MBKM based on Key Performance Indicators (IKU) for Private Higher Education (PTS). The aim of the activity is to provide strength learning activity in the study tents and psychological healing for early childhood, kindergarten and elementary school students. The activities carried out are providing study tents and learning facilities, accompanying children by telling stories, playing games and ice breaking.

Abstract

The state is obliged to protect its citizens, both men and women in various aspects of life, including in the family as the smallest part, and in the church community and in society as the largest part. Women and men also have the same position in all fields that have access, participation, control and benefits from development for themselves and their families. The church as a spiritual community is an important place to develop spiritual and social life for women and men. However, women often think that the church is only a place for personal life between their self and God, even though in fact the church can be a place or community that is able to give women access, participation, control and benefits for their lives as individuals and as a group.
