Abstract

Siamese oranges are the primary commodity of agricultural products in Tebas District. However, instability of the cost of capital in farming can cause uncertainty in the selling price of the product at each time of production. Therefore, this study focuses on the influence of production factors and allocative efficiency of Siamese citrus farming in Sambas Regency. Data were obtained from 88 Siamese orange farmers in Tebas Sungai Village who were selected by random sampling method using the Slovin formula. The research location was chosen based on the number of farmers and Siamese orange production among other villages in Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The coefficient of determination of 0.698 is calculated by linear regression analysis so that it shows the attachment between the two kinds of variables, while 0.302 comes from the external model. The F test shows the calculated F value > F table of 2.58> 2.04, which indicates the level of Siamese citrus production is simultaneously and significantly affected by the variables of land use, seed selection, and use of labor. The efficiency test found that the variables of land use and seed selection were efficient with a value of NPMx=1.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan adalah penataan hidup kemasyarakatan, materi, ataupun jasmani dan rohani melalui rasa aman, moral dan kedamaian lahir dan batin bagi warga negara dalam membangun bisnis usaha memenuhi keinginan yang semestinya pada diri, rumah tangga maupun masyarakat. Tujuan penelian ini mengetahui besarnya pendapatan tingkat kesejahteraan petani kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, sedangkan penentuan sampel secara acak sederhana. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden dari 414 populasi petani kelapa sawit. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendapatan petani kelapa sawit bersumber pada pendapatan on farm, pendapatan off farm dan pendapatan non Farm serta pengeluaran rumah tangga bersumber dari pengeluaran pangan dan pengeluaran non pangan. Analisis tingkat kesejahteraan dihitung berdasarkan presentasi pengeluaran konsumsi pangan (Gilarso). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp. 101.344,806/tahun, tingkat kesejahteraan berdasarkan analisis pengeluaran konsumsi pangan petani kelapa sawit masuk dalam katagori tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi sebesar 57,5% dan masuk dalam katagori tingkat kesejahteraannya sedang  42,5%.

Abstract

Kerajinan dari bambu dan rotan adalah produk andalan daerah Desa Parit Raja Kecamatan Sejangkung. Aksesibilitas bahan mentah adalah salah satu alasan spesialisasi kerajinan tangan masih berlangsung. Usaha kerajinan masih dihadapkan pada persoalan mendasar, khususnya dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan. Sampai saat ini, para pekerja terampil mengandalkan pengecer dalam memasarkan produk yang siap jual. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu dapat menentukan pilihan strategi pemasaran dengan tepat. Untuk menentukan alternatif strategi, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Terdapat 29 orang responden yang mana 8 orang dari mereka merupakan informan kunci, dan 21 lainnya merupakan informan biasa. Analisis SWOT yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil yang mengarah kepada strategi SO (Strengths – Opportunity) dan memiliki 4 alternatif strategi, yaitu  meningkatkan kualitas barang dengan cara berinovasi untuk menciptakan produk baru,  pemanfaatan fasilitas pemerintah, memanfaatkan digital marketing dan  memperluas jaringan kerjasama.

Abstract

The productivity of cayenne pepper in Jawai District is lower than the productivity of cayenne pepper in South Jawai District, even though both have the same harvested land area. The low productivity of cayenne pepper in Jawai District is due to the high level of risk. This study aims to determine the level of production risk and income risk of cayenne pepper farming in Jawai District and to formulate alternative strategies to reduce farming risk levels. Analysis of the level of risk in agriculture using Coefficient of Variation (CV) analysis and formulation of alternative strategies using SWOT analysis with Porter's Diamond component indicators. The results showed that the risk level of production and income from cayenne pepper farming was 0.61 and 0.75, respectively, or more than 0.5, indicating a high level of risk. An alternative strategy that can be applied by farmers to reduce the level of risk is the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, which includes intensifying cayenne pepper farming, providing counseling to farmers regarding proper farming knowledge and management, conducting counseling related to knowledge of the use of agricultural technology, and extensification by expanding farming land cayenne pepper farming.

Abstract

Sektor ekonomi yang paling berperan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yaitu UMKM.D i Indonesia tanaman padi merupakan komoditas pangan utama karena sebagian besar masyarakat mengonsumsin asi sebagai makanan pokok. Oleh karena itu banyak berdiri UMKM jasa penggilingan padi. Salah satu faktorp enting untuk mendukung keberhasilan UMKM yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap yang berperan dalam pengelolaand an perencanaan keuangan usaha sehingga daya saing dan kualitas UMKM dapat berkembang dengan baik.P enelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan kinerja usahap enggilingan padi serta mengetahui pengaruh antara pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan terhadap kinerjau saha penggilingan padi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenisp enelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dikarenakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai responden penelitiany aitu sebanyak 70 orang pelaku usaha penggilingan padi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi: pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan kinerja usaha. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam berpandu kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS dan SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisisd eskriptif, pengetahuan keuangan termasuk dalam kategori tidak baik (47,1%), sikap keuangan dikategorikanu Krang baik (58,8%), dan kinerja usaha penggilingan padi juga dikategorikan tidak baik (35,2%). Selain itu, hasilo lahan data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuanganb erpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha penggilingan padi.

Abstract

Aloe Vera is one of prime farming products in Pontianak so that the city government established Aloe Vera Center as the center for research and development of Aloe Vera product. In 2002, Aloe Vera Center also added an agritourism service there. Agritourism in Aloe Vera Center is expected to keep developing and face the challenge to attract visitors. For a unit of government under service sector, visitor is the most important parameter to make development planning. Therefore, as a basis of development planning, a research is needed to measure satisfaction variable in order to analyze visitors’ satisfaction. This study aims to determine the satisfaction variable of visitors who have the highest and lowest values and which variables are the main problems of visitors so that policy makers can use this research as a basis for planning development facilities, infrastructure and further service improvement. There are 100 respondents with the determination of samples from visitors who came. Conducted with non-probability sampling through convenience sampling method. There was a screening at the beginning of the questionnaire where the visitors who were used as respondents were visitors who had finished visiting. This research used Important Performance Analysis method and Customer Satisfaction Index. Research findings showed that from 5 dimensions and 27 variables analyzed, it was obtained that CSI score was 78,54%, which means that the satisfaction level of the visitors of Agribisnis Aloe Vera Center at whole is at the minimum limit, research finding is on the range 77%<X<80%. It means that, if there were no improvement on the attributes, the satisfaction of the visitors would also deteriorate. Besides, from Cartesian coordinate system, it was found that there were five prioritized variables that need to be improved. The researcher concluded that the Aloevera Manager must be giving attention to the parking area. More improving the cleanliness, comfort, neat location. Providing repairs to the Gazebo Facility and adding wudhu place, prayer mats and mukena as a prayer room facility. This needs to be done to increase customer satisfaction and increase visits. Managers must also make satisfaction analysis as a reference for preparing the following year’s budget.

Abstract

The obstacles faced by IKM that want to add value to similar products are increasingly complex, especially the amplang IKMs in Ketapang Regency. In order to have good competitiveness with various problems, it is necessary to have an elaboration of value-added improvement activities. then survey activities were carried out to find 9 IKMs, then compiled a questionnaire by making closed questions to Amplang IKM owners by violating the restrictions during production activities. on production risks such as machine breakdown, work environment discomfort, work accidents and requests such as contracts not going according to plan, demand for amplang fluctuates, competitors for amplang products. Furthermore, researchers seek to formulate several methods from experts in mitigating risk, namely using FMEA calculations so that they can prioritize the highest risk, namely the demand for ampalng which fluctuates by 28.87 because the IKM predicts orders from big holidays, using the ordering method via Whatsapp media, when Currently, IKM is trying to use social media, but it is difficult to access because using Google Mail which seems complicated, so IKM continues to use Whatsapp media as well as promotional media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi pendapatan rumah tangga dan distribusi sumber-sumber pendapatan (On Farm, Off Farm dan Non Farm ) serta menganalisis besarnya ketimpangan pendapatan rumah tangga dan sumber-sumber pendapatan (On Farm, Off Farm dan Non Farm ) di Kecamatan Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling) dengan pertimbangan bahwa persentase penduduk di daerah tersebut paling tinggi adalah bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 98 responden dipilih secara proporsional dari delapan desa yang ada di kecamatan tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Gini Ratio serta digambarkan dengan Kurva Lorenz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi pendapatan rumah tangga petani padi serta sumber-sumber pendapatan rumah tangga tersebut tergolong dalam merata miskin. Sedangkan ketimpangan pendapatan yang diukur dengan Gini Ratio didapat ketimpangan pendapatan rumah tangga petani tergolong dalam ketimpangan rendah atau relatif merata yang angkanya sebesar 0,21, sedangkan jika dilihat dari sumbersumber pendapatan On Farm, Off farm dan Non Farm termasuk dalam katagori ketimpangan tinggi yang angkanya masing-masing sebesar 0,62, 0,65 dan 0,67. Kurva lorenz menggambarkan bahwa distribusi pendapatan rumah tangga cenderung lebih merata jika dibandingkan disribusi pendapatan pada sumber-sumber pendapatan.Kata kunci : Distribusi , Ketimpangan, Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Analisis Gini Ratio dan Kurva Lorenz.

Abstract

Semangka merupakan salah satu jenis komoditas holtikultura yang banyak disukai masyarakat. Salah satu daerah sentral produksi semangka adalah di Desa Sarang Burung Kolam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran yang paling efisien, mengetahui besarnya keuntungan dari masing-masing lembaga pemasaran dan mengetahui fungsi dari setiap lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat dalam proses pemasaran buah semangka di Desa Sarang Burung Kolam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei. Pengambian data responden sebanyak 31 responden yaitu 23 responden dari petani semangka, 3 responden pedagang pengumpul, 4 responden pedagang pengecer dan 1 responden pedangang besar dari keseluruhan petani dan pedagang dilokasi tempat penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan Farmerʼs share, margin pemasaran dan profitability index.Pemilihan lokasi di Desa Sarang Burung Kolam Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa saluran pemasaran I buah semangka efisien, yang ditandai dengan Farmer's share yang lebih besar dari margin pemasaran. Sedangkan saluran pemasaran II untuk kelas A memiliki nilai persentase Farmer's share yang sama besarnya dengan nilai margin pemasaran, untuk kelasa B saluran pemasarannya dinilai efisien, yang ditandai dengan niai persentase Farmer's share yang lebih besar dari margin pemasaran. Sedangkan untuk saluran pemasaran III untuk kelas A belum efisien, yang ditandai nilai persentase Farmer's share lebih rendah dari nilai persentase margin pemasaran. Pada saluran pemasaran I untuk kelas A dan B persentase Farmer's share sebesar 100%. Dan saluran II untuk kelas A persentase Farmer's share sebesar 50%, kelas B sebesar 52%. Sedangkan untuk saluran pemasaran III untuk kelas A  persentase Farmer's share sebesar 41,67 %. Margin pemasaran terbesar pada saluran I kelas B yaitu sebesar 86,11% jika dibandingkan dengan saluran pemasaran laingnya. Apabila dilihat dari segi keuntungan, maka keuntungan tertinggi terletak pada saluaran pemasaran I kelas A sebesar Rp 4.179,1 /Kg.   Kata Kunci : Efisiensi Pemasaran, Margin Pemasaran, Farmer's share dan Profitability index.
