Abstract

The village is the lowest regional unit in the state administrative apparatus in Indonesia Indonesia, where the village is currently entering a new era after the birth of the Village Law. Village are expected to become socially, culturally, economically, and politically independent. Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as business and economic institutions is expected to welcome the village community to be more independent, especially in economy. Currently BMUG Pulo Makmue is still facing various obstacles in carrying out its operations, especially in determining business strategies to increase business scale based on priority scales. This study aims to determine the policy priorities that can be taken as a business strategy to increase the Business Scale of BMUG Ulee Makmue. With the increase in business scale, BMUG Pulo Makmue will become an independent and advanced BMUG so that it can meet the expectations of the people of Ulee Pulo Village in terms of improving their welfare. The research was conducted by conducting surveys and collecting data directly in the field while still applying the Covid 19 process. The research method used was the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis to determine the potential for developing study BUMDes in Ulee Pulo Village. The expected result in this study is the potential of Gampong that can be developed by considering the available resources based on a priority scale.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of the parenting program and looks at the changes in the character of students after the implementation of the parenting program at SD Negeri 6 Bireuen. Researchers used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Research informants consisted of school officials, teachers, parents, school committees, and students. The results showed that the parenting program implemented at SD Negeri 6 Bireuen was running well by involving a socialization scheme, namely externalization, objectivation, and internalization of values and norms in the context of building student character. Changes in children's character are marked by changes in their daily attitudes that have become a habit. The values of character education that have been successfully implemented include religious values, discipline, responsibility, love for the environment, and honesty. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggambarkan pelaksanaan pola parenting dan melihat sejauh mana perubahan karakter siswa setelah penerapan program parenting di SD Negeri 6 Kabupaten Bireuen. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas pejabat sekolah, guru, orang tua, komite sekolah, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program parenting yang dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 6 Bireuen berjalan baik dengan melibatkan skema sosialisasi yaitu eksternalisasi, obyektivasi, dan internalisasi nilai dan norma dalam rangka pembentukan karakter siswa. Perubahan karakter pada anak ditandai dengan perubahan sikap sehari-hari yang mulai menjadi suatu kebiasaan. Adapun nilai pendidikan karakter yang berhasil diterapkan diantaranya nilai religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, cinta lingkungan, dan kejujuran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe learning mathematics from the teacher's point of view and the experience of learning mathematics based on self-confidence. The results of research related to distance mathematics learning with reference to 4 aspects (learning strategies, pedagogic models, learning technology, and assessment) found that the learning strategy carried out by the teacher is to make students active by conducting questions and answers during video conferences, giving rewards and punishments, and delivering material assisted by electronic media such as PowerPoint, YouTube, and learning videos. The pedagogic model used is still providing problem-solving questions that are also integrated with group learning and the use of other learning resources. The assessment is carried out by considering the activity and intelligence of students, assisted by the Google Forms application. In addition, it was also found that student self-confidence had an impact on most of the indicators of the experience of learning mathematics at a distance, and vice versa.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembenihan merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk memproduksi benih agar tidak terjadi ketergantungan stok pada suplier benih, sehingga kegiatan pembesaran ikan lele tidak mengalami kendala produksi yang diakibatkan oleh keterbatasan benih atau mahalnya harga benih untuk ukuran tertentu. Hal inilah yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengusul kepada Mitra yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Usaha Maju Bersama di Gampong Blang Kubu, Kecamatan Peudada, Kabupaten Bireuen. Tujuan pengebdian ini adalah untuk membantu kelompok mitra agar mampu menyediakan benih secara mandiri untuk kebutuhan pembudidayaan ikan lele bagi para anggota dan masyarakat sekitar yang tertarik untuk terlibat dalam usaha pembesaran ikan lele. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 05 September hingga 05 November 2022 menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif pada kegiatan pembenihan ikan lele mutiara melalui induced spawning. Tahapan kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi hal-hal seperti penyediaan induk unggul, persiapan wadah, perawatan induk, seleksi induk, dan proses pemijahan yang dilakukan. Hasil pendampingan khusus kepada mitra didapatkan bahwa banyak dukungan penuh yang diberikan kepada tim pelaksana agar target yang ingin dicapai bisa terlaksana secara optimal, hal ini terlihat dari banyak fasilitas yang dimiliki mitra dapat secara penuh dimanfaatkan oleh tim pengusul.
